Leonardo Cositorto not having a great time in prison
Pending the outcome of a criminal investigation, Generation Zoe’s Leonardo Cositorto is being held in Bouwer Prison.
From cockroaches to the food, Cositortia isn’t having a great time.
Bouwer Prison is a significant change of scenery for Cositorto who, prior to his arrest, enjoyed luxury hotels and resorts.
Speaking with CNN Radio Cositorto (right), moaned about having to kill ten cockroaches a day in his cell.
There is nothing that is not shameful here, from the food to the insecticides for cockroaches.
People sleep in pairs on mattresses, sleep under the beds, there are no bathrooms here.
We pee in a drum, I have pooped on top of a cardboard, They don’t give you toilet paper even for 5 days, and on top of that, if you say something, they put a sanction on you.
Despite running a very obvious Ponzi scheme, Cositorto maintains the legal system that eventually caught up with him full of “corruption, extortion and manipulation”.
Cositorto doesn’t acknowledge Generation Zoe was a Ponzi scheme and maintains his innocence.
A day after Cositorto’s radio interview, iProfessional published transcripts of leaked conversations between Generation Zoe insiders.
The conversations mostly pertain to invest into Generation Zoe and withdrawal problems.
One particularly interesting conversation, between Norman Prospero and a business partner, suggests Cositorto was making selective payments after Generation Zoe collapsed;
NORMAN: Cositorto cut off everyone’s groceries , so they call the professionals to see if there is a professional who tells them “look guys, this is over, it exploded, it’s no longer useful, such a thing, such another” …
COUPLE: In what way did you cut off his groceries?
NORMAN : There isn’t a sope for them, there’s only money to pay the interest issue by escrow.
COUPLE: And what did they charge?
NORMAN: And they came and told him ” che Leo, I have to spend 50,000 pesos on this, 1,000,000 on this, 3,000,000 on this”, and Leo gave them.
COUPLE: In things for the company?
NORMAN: Supposedly in things for the company. And there is one that used to have a 308 and now has a Mercedes 300.
Generation Zoe investors who fled after the Ponzi collapsed were referred to as “rats”.
Here’s one particularly colorful exchange by Prospero, discussing Cositorto rebooting the Ponzi with money he didn’t have.
NORMAN: There is an audio of Leo , there in the administration group that says: “guys we have to hold the stop until the weekend… I finish selling the metaverses…”.
GUSTAVO: (Laughs) This guy has been saying bank the stop, this week, the next, the next…
NORMAN : And the son of a bitch is going to pull the 40 sticks out of the ground . And I’ll tell you something, I’m going to sit down with him… I’m going to tell him “look, you don’t pay a penny for this and from now on all these fucking people who invested, yes… you’re going to sit down and negotiate with everyone, one for one.
And you’re going to tell him and I’ll give you the twine like this, like this and like that; and I’m going to give you this and this; and the new conditions are going to be this; and I can’t pay you more than 7.5 a month; and you shove it up your ass … ”
This is the new format of negotiation and assembly, and that’s it. And if you like it, you like it and if you don’t like it, let me know…
GUSTAVO: And Zoe Cash? There is no more talk of Zoe Cash…
NORMAN: 0.8 cents.
GUSTAVO: Ah well, if you have it, change it now, because…
NORMAN: No, you know I never had Zoe Cash. I never knew how to buy Zoe Cash, that’s why I don’t have one.
GUSTAVO: Why do you want to buy that cock…
That Prospero didn’t buy into Zoe Cash and was only interested in stealing actual money is telling.
Presumably these recordings are now part of the ongoing Generation Zoe investigation.
Earlier this month Cositorto’s ex-wife, presumably a primary beneficiary of the Ponzi scheme, vowed to reboot Generation Zoe.
Laura Schwindt (right) held a series of Zoom webinars earlier this month.
Addressing Generation Zoe victims in Peru, Schwindt told them she intended to launch Generation Zoe 2.0.
When all these situations occurred, I stood up to accompany and carry the load, to put it in some way. To carry the company forward.
Schwindt went on to falsely claim criminal charges against Cositorto had been dropped. She then “ranted” against whistleblowers on Twitter, the media and Public Prosecutors.
Working with his legal team, Schwindt hopes to secure Cositorto’s release so he can “run the business again”.
Cositorto’s Generation Zoe criminal case involves over sixty consumer fraud complaints.
Update 26th June 2022 – Following his interview with CNN Radio, Cositorto has purportedly been thrown into a “punishment dungeon”.
Miguel Angel Pierri is acting as Cositorto’s defense attorney.
Responding to Pierri’s claim, officials from Córdoba Penitentiary Service, who are responsible for Bouwer Prison, told the publication Clarin;
There are no places of confinement or punishment in any penitentiary establishment.
Addressing Cositorto’s moaning, prison officials went on to clarify;
The Córdoba Penitentiary Service carried out an immediate inspection in the different spaces of said module, not finding any anomaly of any nature in said spaces, verifying the proper functioning of all the facilities.
The accommodation rooms for inmates have a vandal-proof stainless steel sanitary system, made up of a sanitary unit (toilet and sink with running water), the place has natural light and adequate ventilation, as well as artificial light, heating in each of the rooms, a bunk bed, tables and shelves built into the wall.
Pest control was reportedly last carried on June 6th.
Clarin also provided this interesting snippet from Cositorto’s interview;
(Cositorto) denounced that there are many former members of Zoe “who have gone to a foreign company that is doing the same thing and paying more interest.”
He refers to a series of other firms, allegedly pyramidal, that emerged after the collapse of Zoe and where several of the former leaders of the business holding company are operating and that offer returns in dollars similar to those offered by their company.
“Today there are 30 mini Zoes”.
If the scams Generation Zoe promoters have flocked to are Ponzi schemes, and Cositorto represents they are “allegedly pyramidal”, isn’t that an admission from the top as to what Generation Zoe was?
Update 8th July 2022 – Turns out living with cockroaches into a good enough reason for release.
Cositorto had his third request for bail denied on Thursday July 7th.
The response from Bouwer:

Oops, you sent this in via email too! Just going through emails now 😀
Thanks for the updated report. Didn’t think there’d be any updates seeing as this was pretty recent but hey.
A bit of context or an explanation for the hilarious dialog:
A more accurate translation is: “And the sob is going to pull 40 million out of nowhere”
GUSTAVO: Why do you want to buy that shit… (Verga is indeed slang for penis, but in this context, translation can be “that rubbish/shit” and since Zoecash was a shitcoin…)
Zoe is a cult, comments like this
twitter.com/MariaGu58227906/status/1541063012148080640
Are common. And yet only 16 people congregated yesterday in support of Leo cositorto
Google Translate says (original run-on sentence structure preserved):
Okayyyy, maybe that does sound a little cult-y…
twitter.com/mis2centavos/status/1541155113594748928
The congregation is small but trust Lord’s power (?)
@Amos truth is that part of structure of Zoe is/was Iglesia Zoe, an evangelican / end times cult in which Cositorto was also a Pastor. The cult like part of the scam was visible for first time when a group of people started a protest in Buenos Aires to communicate “support and convey blessings to Leonardo Cositorto”
In addition, Cositorto’s zooms always included hints to the dark forces (the system, Argentinian entrepreneurs, the government and of course, Satan) which were responsible for the doom of Zoe
Poor Martyr Cositorto!
Regarding mini zoes, those are not mini at all! People have found former Zoe “leaders” (Nicolas “Nico” Lahargou and Maru Mantelli) with Instagram Posts at Omega Pro events in Panama.
And this was also said by Cositorto too in one of his first exclusive “Encuentro con un coach” $100 zooms. So, this was also a confession, the scammer was scammed.

Cositorto’s plan: set me free and will pay everything in 6, 12 months tops

Hard to tell if Cositorto is trolling or is just unbelievable stupid. He knew to run from authorities so I’m leaning toward the former.
Of course Generation Zoe victims are going to be mad, they’re the ones who lost money.
And if Cositorto is claiming he can “pay everything” in 6 to 12 months, push the point and ask “how?”.
We know the answer is by setting up a new Ponzi scheme, his ex-wife already laid that out. So then what happens to those victims?
Bold statement, specially since there are a few unanswered questions:
– What happened with the Gold mines they were buying? (specially since you cannot buy a mine, but get a concession?)
– What happened with the 18 million dollar mansion they bought for the so called Zoe country club???
– can Cositorto present invoices, or better yet accounting records of all the Zoe business empire (Zoe Cars, Pets, Burger, and all other investements)?
– He claims that he sent 17 million dollars in order to rescue the company when the media attacked them, ok, How can he prove the origin and destination of such money??
– What about taxes? Even if those resources are legal, how much did Zoe pay in taxes??
– Why did Cositorto change his opinion about the former justice Luis Yrimia? Initally he claimed that all those wrong decisions were Yrimia’s ideas and now it seems that Yrimia is no longer the one to blame but the Prosecutor and the Cordoba justice system??
– Why is Miguel Pierri (Cositorto’s Lawyer) telling foreing “investors” that there is a 350000 dollar bail for Cositorto when there is no such thing and Cositorto remains behind bars?
– And last but not least, why is Cositorto claiming that there is “not even five cents” and yet he says that his company managed earnings of 2000 million dollars per year?
For such a big powerful holding, it is kinda sad that “three twitter users paid by argentine corporations” destroyed it with no more than a few threads and retweets.
The level of the Argentine press is so poor. By not asking direct questions, they allowed Cositorto to control the interview.
A pity, just by asking him for proof of banking and cryptocurrency movements they would have disarmed his gross lies.
Well, yeah, that’s how Ponzi schemes work. Rip off the “last ones” to pay “the rest.”
Duh.
Guys, the second part is here:

Yeah, it’s not a scam
Ok for not Spanish speakers the conversation might look nonsensical after using google translator. So, key ideas:
* Prospero (accountant, one of the first people arrested) and Saavedra (Zoe lawyer) claim that Yrimia stole a lot of ideas and money, that’s why he fled to Dubai in late 2021.
* Leo tried to create (or had plans for) a second crypto currency (“Victory”) since Zoecash plummeted.
* Gladys Ortiz (another leader) now posing as a victim said that Cositorto was a dumb fuck and a madman, and she was asking for her money back.
* There was a feud between Max Batista y Cositorto. Mainly because Batista foresaw Zoe’s collapse and wanted to move to Mexico.
* All the Zoe Colombia money disappeared and no names are provided.
* Federico “Fede” Aguirre and Nicolas “Nico” Lahargou fled Zoe (they worked at the Moreno branch), took as much money as possible and now they are working on independent “endeavours”. Inside Zoe they were deemed “The Rebels”.
* When the organization (cof, cof, the Ponzi) started crumbling, Yrimia, and several other non identified “second tier leaders” decided to assault Zoe and flee.
* But the most alarming revelation is that Norman Prospero (Zoe accountant) hints that there is no problem with the Buenos Aires justice Lijo, since “with money everything can be solved..”
lol seriously he said “punishment dungeons”? Is this a secret society or a prison?
Hoping from Ponzi to Ponzi, here we can see Cositorto’s disciples/leaders jumping the OmegaPro train:

Cositorto reappeared today

House arrest shouldn’t be on the cards once you’ve fled.
@Oz you do not understand, Cositorto is such a kind soul that he wants house arrest in order to pay his pupils (Because remember, Zoe did not have investors, but pupils)
XD
Twice scammed:

$350,000 raised to fund Cositorto’s release, that never happened?
Tithe for the Church of Cositorto be expensive yo.
House arrest denied

Cositorto doesn’t know when to stop.

I feel like Generation Zoe 2 never went anywhere. Do I cover this or just let it quietly collapse?
Sunrise did not have enough time to fleece new victims. It was always GenZoe “investors”who attended their Zoom calls in the hopes of getting their money back.
Unfortunately in the process Cositorto via his former wife manage to get almost 300 thousand dollars for a bail that did not exist.
This so called “AllUs” is so lame that their using Slack to communicate with their investors, but so far only the loyalists are delusional people who still believe in getting their money OR former GenZoe leaders posing as victims.
What is truly remarcable is that Cositorto’s lawyer no longer talks about this case (despite being part of a radio talk show) and it seems that no one is willing to represent Cositorto.
And well, there are quite a few “leaders” who now are “Ponzi hopping” and seen in new Scams from Colombia and Uruguay.
And well, an enterprise “founded” by Cositorto has landed in Uruguay, but now is being promoted as “investment academy” or something like that

Neuroliderazgo (neuro leadership) has to be a red flag
Yesterday’s session showed a group of leaders with Cositorto’s former wife talking about all the possibilities of growing with other people’s money
And more
Cositorto is a true leader, so he’s telling everyone that “if you join now you’ll be on top of the pyramid”

I don’t think that he will get Life imprisonment, but a good 50 years might be good enough.
