Nunez was arrested in Spain in December 2022 and extradited to the US in April 2023.
Once in the US, Nunez pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in August 2024.

During his run as an MLM crypto Ponzi admin, Silva referred to himself as the “Cryptocurrency Sheik” and “boss of the pyramid scammers”.

Forcount co-defendants Antonia Hernandez and Juan Tacuri (both promoters), pled guilty.
Tacuri was sentenced to 20 years in prison last month. Hernandez is scheduled for sentencing on January 27th, 2025.
