Daniel Pacheco’s iPro Network fraud settlement tops $2 million
Daniel Pacheco’s iPro Network fraud settlement with the SEC has topped $2 million dollars.
As previously reported Pacheco settled fraud charges with the SEC last December.
As per the terms of a filed September 6th Final Judgment, Pacheco (right) is subject to a permanent injunction prohibiting further violations of the Securities and Exchange Act.
On the money side of things, Pacheco is
liable for disgorgement of $1,814,479, representing net profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest thereon in the amount of $82,859.07, and a civil penalty in the amount of $207,183.
Pacheco’s total monetary penalties comes to $2,104,521.07.
iPro Network was an MLM pyramid scheme Pacheco launched in 2017.
The SEC filed suit against Pacheco in 2019, alleging iPro Network was a $26 million pyramid scheme.
