Sol People Review: Awakend reboots with new execs
Sol People emerged about a fortnight ago. At the time all we knew was Sol People was an Awakend reboot, headed up by co-CEOs Ashlee Headlee James and Whitney Rose.
Although he’s put others in charge through executive title, Awakend owner Rodney James is believed to still own and ultimately call the shots within Sol People.
Awakend was one of the more memorable MLM launches over the past few years.
Originally a silly NFT gimmick combined with a product whose right to manufacture was still hotly disputed, by the time Awakend resembled a “ready to launch” MLM company the damage was already done.
Danelle Meoli, the face of Awakend, disappeared and the company limped along rudderless for most of 2022 and 2023. The bungled Q Sciences acquisition appears to have been the final nail in Awakend’s coffin.
As to Sol People’s new co-CEOs, Ashlee Headlee is known to BehindMLM as the person who put together Awakend’s doctored Zenith study.
Whitney Rose stars in Bravo’s Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHoSLC). Rose’s RHoSLC bio cites her as “a descendant of Mormon royalty”.
On the MLM side of things Whitney is married to Justin Rose, former President of Awakend. Prior to Awakend Rose was Chief Sales Officer at LifeVantage.
In 2018 a class-action was filed against LifeVantage. The suit alleged Lifevantage was a pyramid scheme selling snake oil. The suit fizzled out in April 2022 after class-certification was denied.
On a 2022 episode of RHoSLC, Justin told Whitney Lifevantage had fired him over concerns about the reality show.
On The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Justin was seen telling Whitney that he had been let go and that his boss at LifeVantage had expressed “concerns” about Whitney’s fame due to her role on the TV show.
“He said how much he appreciated the work I had done but, ‘With Whitney being a public figure, I just didn’t see how we were going to be able to make this continue to work,'” he said. “That was how the conversation started.”
Justin also has prior executive experience at Shaklee and Nu Skin and Shaklee.
Sol People, its founder and executives are all based out of Utah in the US.

UKFarm Review: Stolen identity “click a button” Ponzi
UKFarm fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
UKFarm’s website domain (“ukfarm.vip”), was privately registered on June 2nd, 2024.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, UKFarm cites a clothing store and the “Red Tractor Assurance Scheme” as regulatory authorities:
This is false on both counts.
UKFarm has already attracted the attention of financial regulators. The Central Bank of Russia issued a UKFarm pyramid fraud warning on June 14th, 2024.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Olive Tree People Review: Olive oil + illegal medical claims
Olive Tree People operates in the personal care and nutritional supplement MLM niches.
The company provides two corporate addresses on its website, one in California (Olive Tree People Inc.) and one in Germany (Oliveda Deutschland GmbH).
Oliveda has been around since 2003 and manufacturers personal care products. Olive Tree People launched in March 2023.
It seems rather than run an MLM company under its own name, for some reason Oliveda has gone with Olive Tree People.
Olive Tree People and Oliveda are headed up by founder Thomas Lommel (right).
In his Olive Tree People corporate bio, Lommel claims he came up with the idea for the company in a treehouse in his olive grove.
Lommel doesn’t appear to have any MLM executive experience prior to launching Olive Tree People.

ABQTBOT Review: Quantitative trading “click a button” Ponzi
ABQTBOT fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
ABQTBOT’s website domain (“abqtbot.com”), was privately registered on May 21st, 2024.
Of note is ABQTBOT’s website domain being registered through the Chinese registrar Alibaba (Singapore).
In an attempt to appear legitimate, ABQTBOT offers up a UK shell company certificate:
AB Quantitative Investments Limited was in fact registered in the UK in August 2020. Given this predates ABQTBOT by almost four years, it’s obvious AB Quantitative Investments has nothing to do with ABQTBOT.
ABQTBOT also offers up this “company employee contract”:
I’m sure whoever put that together figured it was supposed to signify something. No idea what.
ABQTBOT has already attracted the attention of financial regulators. The Central Bank of Russia issued an ABQTBOT pyramid fraud warning on June 11th, 2024.
