Mark Scott requests OneCoin sentencing be delayed indefinitely
In an endorsed memo filed on March 18th, convicted OneCoin money launderer Mark Scott has requested his sentencing be delayed indefinitely.
Scott’s cited reason for requesting an indefinite delay is ongoing “medical tests and procedures”.
Mr. Scott is undergoing a series of medical tests and procedures.
Mr. Scott requests that the Court adjourn sentencing sine die.
Sine die is defined as “without any future date being designated”.
Scott was found guilty of assisting OneCoin launder hundreds of millions back in November 2019.
He was originally scheduled to be sentenced on February 21st, 2020.
Shortly after being convicted, Scott’s need for medical tests and treatments for undisclosed medical issues surfaced.
Add COVID-19, delays with post-trial motions and conflicting scheduling, and here we are 398 days later.
Scott was released in March 2020 to 24/7 home incarceration with monitoring. A new sentencing date, which will almost certainly be delayed again because reasons, has been set for June 7th.
This will mark 472 days since Scott’s originally scheduled sentencing hearing.
Scott is not alone in benefiting from ongoing judicial delays. OneCoin defendants have both had their sentencing hearings repeatedly pushed back too.
Then there’s Sebastian Greenwood, whose indictment was made public in April 2020.
Since then details of the case has been bogged down with ongoing discovery issues.

I guess Mark doesn’t think that prisons have doctors and hospitals to treat him. Time to sentence him and let the prison doctors and hospitals continue his treatment.
I hope the US Attorneys fight this request and the judge agrees to proceed with sentencing.
In a new video Kingsize Jayms answers — with visible anger and frustration — some tough questions like what happaned to Ruja & Konstantin:
youtu.be/pdSu_yBVm4k?t=1445
He brazenly lies that Ruja is not missing, she is not hiding, there is no search warrant or other law enforcement action against het, and she has done nothing wrong.
Mr. Kingsize also says Konstantin did nothing wrong. He uses his insane interpretation of US criminal code to make a case that DOJ frivolously cooked up charges against him.
At around 52:00 he talks about the cost of the new Dealshaker platform the new IT team is in process of building. It costs whopping €1.5 million! Shocked by the cost, he tells, some leader has apparently offered to build it for “mere” €50 000, but this offer had to be declined “because this company is a different beast”.
Indeed, working with a beast like Bulgarian mafia doesn’t come cheap.
And amazingly, the context in which he brought the Dealshaker cost, was a question about when will the members be able witdraw/cash out their earned MLM comissions again.
He replies that “Money has been stolen in epic proportions” and they need to rebuild everything.
Which means that the money is gone for good, and the only way they have any hope of getting the cash outs working again is to bring in fresh money to the criminal enterpise — and that is if Kristina & VIS-2ka manage to fix the banking problems (i.e find a new & creative way to commit a bank fraud by hiding the OneCoin stench).
The cost of the new Dealshaker was supposed to give assurance that “this time it’s different”, that the company leadership is finally taking good care of their hard-earned money by building something real & amazing with it.
The current OneCoin IT team surely has a proven track-record of building amazing and working IT platforms, as all members members can personally attest. ;-D
OneCoiniacs are supposed to believe that paying them €1.5 million sounds eminently reasonable, and not like the stealing stuff again.

Kingsize Jayms should sue the dailymail. They claim that Ruja is wanted by the FBI!
