Property Robots 3D Review: Camhirst 3DCP spinoff Ponzi
Property Robots 3D is a spinoff of Camhirst 3DCP.
As presented on Property Robots 3D’s website;
Property Robots Community has signed a special agreement with Camhirt Robots to purchase 3DCP robots.
Camhirst 3DCP is a non-MLM Ponzi scheme whose ruse was 3D printing houses.
Camhirst 3DCP ran its Ponzi scheme through its Camhirst3DCP token, on the promise of a passive 200% ROI.
Camhirst 3DCP is headed up by co-founder and CEO Adam Ahmed.
Ahmed is based out of the UK. His history prior to Camhirst 3DCP is unclear.
Update 23rd November 2023 – A reader in the comments below has provided information tying Adam Ahmed to the DasCoin Ponzi scheme.
DasCoin was part of John Pretto’s Coin Leaders (aka Net Leaders) Ponzi scheme.
Michael Mathias was CEO of DasCoin. Adam Ahmed was purportedly DasCoin’s Head of Global Business Development.
Of note is DasCoin’s advertisement of a “new Polish agency” in the Telegram announcement above.
Polish authorities seized $11.6 million from DasCoin scammers in Poland in 2018. DasCoin itself collapsed in mid 2019. /end update
SimilarWeb tracked just ~3200 visits to Camhirst 3DCP’s website in September 2023. From this we can surmize Camhirst 3DCP is dead.
This appears to have already prompted at least one spinoff in Passivo, a Dubai MLM crypto Ponzi launched in August.
Adam Ahmed made a cameo appearance in one of Passivo’s official marketing videos:
Be it from Dubai or the UK, Ahmed and the scammers he’s working with are assumed to be behind Property Robots 3D.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Property Robots 3D’s Products

Note that for RLP11, a 300% passive ROI is pitched over 12 months.
The MLM side of Property Robots pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.
Property Robots Affiliate Ranks
There are fifteen affiliate ranks within Property Robots’ compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- Status 1 – sign up as a Property Robots affiliate
- Status 2 – invest at least 100 USDT and generate 500 USDT in downline investment volume
- Status 3 – generate 2000 USDT in downline investment volume
- Status 4 – generate 5000 USDT in downline investment volume
- Status 5 – generate 10,000 USDT in downline investment volume
- Status 6 – generate 25,000 USDT in downline investment volume
- Status 7 – generate 60,000 USDT in downline investment volume

- Status 15 – generate 80,000,000 USDT in downline investment volume
Referral Commissions
Property Robots pays referral commissions are tracked via unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Referral commissions are paid out as 40% of USDT invested. The catch is this is pro-rata based on rank:
- Status 1 ranked affiliates earn a 12% referral commission rate
- Status 2 ranked affiliates earn a 19% referral commission rate
- Status 3 ranked affiliates earn a 24% referral commission rate
- Status 4 ranked affiliates earn a 26% referral commission rate
- Status 5 ranked affiliates earn a 28% referral commission rate
- Status 6 ranked affiliates earn a 30% referral commission rate
- Status 7 ranked affiliates earn a 32% referral commission rate
- Status 8 ranked affiliates earn a 33% referral commission rate
- Status 9 ranked affiliates earn a 34% referral commission rate
- Status 10 ranked affiliates earn a 35% referral commission rate
- Status 11 ranked affiliates earn a 36% referral commission rate
- Status 12 ranked affiliates earn a 37% referral commission rate
- Status 13 ranked affiliates earn a 38% referral commission rate
- Status 14 ranked affiliates earn a 39% referral commission rate
- Status 15 ranked affiliates earn a 40% referral commission rate
Property Robots’ referral commission are coded, meaning higher ranked affiliates can collect the difference paid to their downlines.
E.g. A Status 9 ranked affiliate recruits a new affiliate investor. They are paid the Status 9 34% referral commission rate, leaving 6% to be paid upline (40% minus 34%).
The system searches upline for a Status 10 or higher ranked affiliate.
Let’s say a Status 12 ranked affiliate is found first. They are paid the difference between 37% and the 34% already paid out (3%). The system then searches upline for a Status 13 or higher ranked affiliate to pay the remaining 3% out to.
Note that if a Status 15 ranked affiliate is the referrer or are found upline, they receive the 40% commission on their own referral or the entire percentage left still to pay out.
In other words, nothing is ever passed up from a Status 15 ranked affiliate.

Property Robots 3D calculates Rank Achievement Bonuses using different rank criteria to its referral commissions.
There are twelve affiliate ranks within Property Robots’ Rank Achievement Bonuses.

Joining Property Robots 3D
Property Robots 3D affiliate membership is free.
Note however that free affiliates don’t earn MLM referral commissions. Full participation in the attached MLM opportunity requires a minimum 100 USDT investment.
Property Robots 3D
With Camhirst 3DCP having collapsed or on the verge of collapse, we now have Property Robots 3D.
Other than the compensation plan, nothing much has changed. Property Robots 3D continues Camhirst 3DCP’s 3D printed house ruse.
No verifiable evidence of Property Robots generating external revenue is provided.
The only verifiable evidence would be legally required audited financial reports filed with regulators.
By failing to meet this requirement, Property Robots 3D is at a minimum committing securities fraud.
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Property Robots 3D is new investment.
Using new investment to pay a daily return to affiliate investors would make Property Robots 3D a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Property Robots 3D of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Being an effective reboot Ponzi, this is doubly important in Property Robots 3D.
Property Robots 3D is weighed down by Camhirst 3D bagholders from launch. By signing up to lose money as a new investor, those bags are transferred to you with little hope to recovering anything before Property Robots 3D inevitably collapses.
Update 5th August 2024 – Property Robots 3D appears to have collapsed.
As a the time of this update, Property Robots 3D website has been pulled. As above, the previously accessible site has been replaced with a “coming soon” message.
Lisa Holt and Wes Garner promote it very intensive.
Richard… Their names seem to appear over and over again on here….
Wes Garner and Lisa Holt are heavily promoting this. They are promoting Daisy as well but Daisy is all but dead.
That said, there wasn’t much interest in Camhirst 3dcp and there doesn’t appear to be a lot of interest in Property Robots. This ponzi will last the same amount of time as a Kardashian marriage.
About 15 previous companies that Wes Garner and Lisa Holt have promoted have collapsed and investors have lost all their money, this will just be one more to add to that list.
They are currently trying to move out of the UK because various government departments and previous victims are after them.
If you fall for this ponzi you do kind of deserve to lose your money, it’s just utterly bizarre.
Top marks for the photo of something that clearly isn’t a 3d house printing robot in a shipping container though.
Property Robots is unlikely to even get more than a handful of investors before collapsing.
Wiley Wirral Wes and Lisa Lisp going all out promoting this one lol.
Wes Garner is currently saying they have 700 orders worth 175 million GBP
This is despite the company not advertising their machines anywhere.
They are also waiting for one of the printers to be delivered to an old bank in Manchester, I have no idea what the point of that will be, and if course that will never happen because its a scam and the whole thing is nothing but a Ponzi.
Camhirst 3DCP was meant to raise money for the machines, so why aren’t all the victims who bought the tokens not getting a share of the £175 million?
Why aren’t the tokens they bought now worth a fortune?
Oh yeah, it’s a scam and Wes Garner and Lisa Holt are evil scammers.
Unless Wes Garner can provide audited financial reports filed with regulators, Wes Garner is full of shit (as usual).
I see they have also set up a CamPolymer website with the names of their supposed Management Team… campolymer.com/
And here’s their supposed Head of Global Business Development, Bux Amjad, on LinkedIn… linkedin.com/in/buxamjad/
And here’s their supposed Co-Founder, CEO and Head of R&D, Ed Rowland, on LinkedIn… linkedin.com/in/rowlanded/
And here’s the Camhirst Ecosystem taken from a YouTube presentation on May 25th 2023: Camhirst Media, Camhirst 3DCP, Camhirst ATM, CashBitcoin, HybridTech, and Global Campaign.
They didn’t show CamPolymer as part of the ecosystem at that time. Saaqib Malik is the presenter and Head of Communications… youtube.com/watch?v=CCtvrAUpIIc
And this is from their Telegram announcements channel…
Another Uk Ponzi pimp Steve Sexton back to his usual Ponzi promotion, pushing this shite.
let me fill you in: Adam was Head of Global Business Development at DasCoin/NetLeaders
t.me/s/dascoin_announcements?q=Adam
And before that he was selling fake kitchens outside a Tesco:
harrowtimes.co.uk/news/14759600.who-will-sort-this-out-kitchen-firm-customers-call-for-investigation/ after which he was banned from being a company director
Thanks for that. I’ll add the DasCoin link to the review intro.
Someone claiming to be from Camhirst recently contacted a European associate of mine with whom I’m co-operating on a project.
I checked Camhirst out. The following information is on the UK Govt Companies House website. Camhirst is actually two UK companies:
Camhirst Ltd was formed in Jan 2021, with a stated capital £2, and in October 2023 they filed accounts as a dormant company for the y/e 31 Jan 2023.
Up to that date it had never traded. It has two directors: a Nigerian, Nkemjika Prince Ozoemena with the company’s registered office as a UK correspondence address; and Sarwat Sheikh who lives in Bradford and uses a Bradford address for correspondence.
Camhirst 3DCP Ltd was registered in 2022 with £1000 capital, and the sole director is Adam Ahmed. No accounts have been filed with Companies House yet.
The two companies share the same registered office.
Other sources:
Apparently, there may be a USA associated Camhirst 3DCP LLP, which is also associated with Adam Ahmed.
Also, there is a Camhirst Foundation with its own website which is obviously associated in some way with at least one of the above persons.
I haven’t yet discovered the jurisdiction in which the foundation is registered (if it is registered at all!). Although it apparently isn’t a registered charity, the website does invite donations and investment.
Based on my research so far, it would appear that entities operating under the ‘Camhirst’ umbrella create the impression that they are large, well-established, and successful.
However, so far I haven’t found any evidence to support that impression or any evidence of significant financial income or standing.
Nigerian Prince Ozoemena sounds completely legit
i have been approached regarding camhirst robots and am just in the process of undertaking due diligence, This thread makes very interesting reading indeed.
I wont at this point make any comments about any individuals in view of the limited knowledge i have at this stage but clearly the content of this thread does not bode well so far!
i have set notifications and look forward to reading further input.
thank you OZ many have pointed a finger at you in the past as creating behind mlm to increase you marketing profile but in my experience i can honestly say ive never known behind mlm to be wrong.
OZ, we discussed this way back, before the MLM angle was being exploited.
If you want to buy a 3DP construction robot, there are legit sources who sell a system without the smoke and mirrors, and who exhibit at well know industry exhibitions such as (Ozedit: removed, see below)
Incidentally, putting up the walls of the house is not where the biggest costs lie………..
Take it from someone who’s really been around the (3DP) industry.
Namedropping a specific company name feels a bit spammy. Not much point discussing 3DP construction seeing as Property Robots 3D has nothing to do with it.
Bit like discussing the finer points of forex on an MLM “trading” Ponzi review.
I thought that this wouldn’t get a lot of victims because it’s all just so stupid and clearly a scam.
I greatly underestimated the ability of people to be really stupid.
They have a contract to build 2 million houses in Kenya. I’d say you can’t make this shit up but they have.
They have set up offices and a factory with nothing but a basic metal structure which they claim is a property robot, but clearly isn’t.
Unless this is disclosed in audited financial reports filed with regulators, it’s all bullshit.
Ponzi marketing videos = always bullshit.
Latest from Lisa Holt and Wes Garner is that if you pay in 100 dollars you will get 1.6 million back in 7 years by the power of compounding.
You deserve to lose your money if you are stupid enough to fall for that bullshit.
Adam was also associated with HybridTech, and Solidray as was Wes and Lisa.
I’m on a group with Wes and Lisa and some of the claims they make. Become a millionaire in 7-8 years with $100. lol
The warehouse machinery must have cost they £3-£5 k. Now people believe they are building houses across the world. I mean…. Really?? It’s just a front…
How gullible . People deserve to loose if they believe this spew..
Is this Ponzi still alive ?
Probably not, or at least Property Robots 3D is in decline. Social media was abandoned last month.
CAnt wait to see the next Garner/Holt collaboration VOLT. They are living the dream abroad. Probably cos they are shitting themselves that their grifting days are over in the UK.
If Camhirst properties are as robust as their business it’ll be like the house of straw.
Funds credited to an account called Global Community Limited that has a turnover of 9k. The whole thing is flimsy.
I see still being promoted by Ponzi pimp in UK name of Sexton. I told a friend to stay away as she was about to join.
it’s still alive and kicking. last week we got treated to a wall being built by their prototype housebuilding 3d robot. It looked more like diarrhoea that was coming out than anything that could be called a wall.
It was incredibly funny. Idiots are still thinking it’s real despite them saying last year they had hundreds of orders for the machinesthey are now saying they haven’t even got the prototype right.
Sounds like an AliExpress job for the cameras.
Hi someone has collected and posted wrong information, these two different companies.
It will be good to investigate before. Posting this.
It’s all the same Ponzi scheme. Sorry for your loss.
Our friends Wes and Lisa are currently going hell for leather to promote a ‘double your money investment’ into these non-existent robots, which doesn’t seem to be much more than an infographic which shows what 2 x some amounts of money are.
Anyone who sinks cash into this shitshow without even basic due dil needs an intervention.
Review updated to note Property Robots 3D has collapsed. Website gone.
Interesting comment Oz,
I am no longer a PR member….. I was months ago.
However… the website is working fine.
As yet there are no 3D robots , there is a part built one in the factory in Manchester that has built a small construction, and I’m led to believe there are new engineers working on new machines
Will it ever become a Billion dollar global 3D construction company.
My personal view is… Probably not.
However I think it’s unfair to post that the website is down and the company has collapsed.
When at this point, that is incorrect
Website is up, if you consider a landing page only with “Property Robots coming soon” as UP.
And there are plenty of 3D printing robots, indeed houses built using the technology, just not from Property Robots or Camhirst 3D.
Whether the technology is suitable for low cost housing remains an open question, pleeeeenty of issues with that.
This. Obvious collapsed Ponzi with non-functioning website is obvious.
This robot has been part-built for about two years, and periodically a few people in a rented office in a cheap part of Manchester get told huge contracts are just around the corner, whilst they get rinsed for their monthly ‘investment’.
It’s the ponzi-est ponzi to have ever ponzied.
Regarding the website, no idea which one you’re looking at because the website is fine, there are a few websites, (so it seems) the website we all joined on last year is the same one everyone is still using propertyrobotsplan.
SFW… Part buit for two years.?? Really, the factory in Manchester was only opened in October last year, so again 2 years is incorrect
What monthly investment, nobody pays anything monthly.
Plus… Because of the ‘hold up, and Robots not being ready, nobody can join PR or invest any money at present.
So, once again. False information, or just guessing. Yes, I agree it’s not looking very promising, however last night was another update from the owner. With a very positive feel
As I’ve said, I’m not convinced. However it has not closed, gone. Or collapsed…… Yet.
Property Robots 3D has only ever had one website, and it’s disabled.
My guy it’s over. Property Robots 3D has collapsed, it’s website is gone and you’re on here banging on about being nOt CoNvInCeD.
Only had 1 website
Your MAD, the website is
Propertyrobotsplan. Com
(Ozedit: snip, see below)
My guy, that domain was registered on November 9th, 2023 – over a month after this review was published.
Notwithstanding;
Last warning, denying reality = spambin.
And all members are given the Go daddy password. (Ozedit: snip, see below)
Goodbye Nick, you’ve wasted enough of my time.
Withdrawals stopped. Wes garner and Lisa Holt stopped promoting it which concludes it has rug pulled.
Well done Wes and Lisa, another scam under your belt.
You guys are still hanging on to Daisy even though they stopped paying also.
