My Wealth Connect, or MWC, fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

MWC’s website domain (“mywealthconnect.shop”), was privately registered on January 26th, 2025.

Immediate red flags on MWC’s website include a provided UPS Store address and AI-generated images.

Further research reveals MWC promoters citing Mel and Amie Gill as MWC’s co-founders:

Why this information is hidden from consumers is unclear.

BehindMLM last came across Mel and Amie Gill back in 2020, as co-founders of Renao Global.

Renao Global appears to have collapsed last year and been rebooted as Renao Connect. As of April 2025, SimilarWeb wasn’t able to detect any measurable Renao Connect website traffic.

Renao Connect’s effective collapse has likely prompted the launch of My Wealth Connect.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

My Wealth Connect’s Products

MWC markets a range of plastic patches:

  • Brain Enhancement Patch (aka Brain Power Patch) – “containing ginkgo biloba, acetyl L carnitine and other ingredients associated with brain function”
  • Women’s Plus Patch – no description provided
  • Men’s Plus Patch – no description provided

MWC claim their patches are “drug free” and contain “vitamins and botanicals”. Patches are sold in groups of fifteen per pouch.

Note that MWC does not provide retail pricing on its website. MWC’s compensation plan material suggests a patch pouch retails at $52.

Also note that (some of?) Renao Connect’s products appear set to be sold through MWC:

Note that there is no mention of or reference to Renao Connect’s products on MWC’s website.

My Wealth Connect’s Compensation Plan

MWC’s compensation plan pays on the sale of patches to retail customers and recruited affiliates.

For an explanation on the binary team and cycles, refer to “Residual Commissions” below.

Retail Commissions

MWC pays a 35% commission on retail customer orders.

Note at time of publication there is no indication retail customers can purchase My Wealth Connect’s products.

Recruitment Commissions

MWC pays a 30% sales volume commission on purchases made by newly recruited affiliates.

Residual Commissions

MWC pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of day MWC tallies up new “cycles” across both sides of the binary team.

MWC defines a cycle when 1 Pair Volume Point (PVP) is matched on both sides of the binary team. PVP is generated through the sale of MWC products.

Residual commissions are paid as $6 per 1 PVP matched on both sides of the binary team. Note that residual commissions are capped at $14,300 a day.

Once paid out on PVP is flushed. Any leftover PVP on the stronger binary team side carries over.

Other than the same mandatory monthly product purchase and recruitment criteria as the Presidents Club Bonus and Car & Lifestyle Bonus, qualification specifics aren’t provided.

 Speed Bonus

MWC pays a 200% passive ROI on each affiliate’s initial “$40 product purchase”.

Daily 2.5% payout is complete once you achieve $100+ in total earnings (from all bonuses combined).

Note that to qualify for the Speed Bonus, a MWC affiliate must recruit two affiliates within 7 days of joining.

MWC affiliate membership is $10 plus a $40 mandatory purchase of the Brain Enhancement Patch.

Note that in order to fully participate in MWC’s MLM opportunity, affiliates are forced to place a product order each month.

My Wealth Connect Conclusion

My Wealth Connect is quite obviously set up as an autoship recruitment scheme.

And across Wow Nutrition (2019), Renao Global (2020) and Renao Connect (2024), MWC marks the fourth recent pyramid reboot from Mel and Amie Gill.

In the interest of saving time, this is from BehindMLM’s 2020 Renao Global review;

Considering Mel Gill has been at this since 2002 (and makes a big deal about it), there is no excuse.

The first compensation major red flag I came across was Renao Global classifying affiliate purchases as retail sales.

As far as I can tell there aren’t any retail customers in Wow Nutrition Global. Everyone is an affiliate.

The Leadership Advance Bonus requires an affiliate to maintain monthly autoship, which I believe underlies the primary focus of the opportunity; affiliate autoship recruitment.

Some of the compensation plan names have changed, but four years on the underlying pyramid scheme remains the same.

With that out of the way, we can move onto MWC’s new Ponzi addition.

Sign up as a MWC affiliate, invest $40 on the promise of 200%, recruit two affiliate investors who do the same and collect 2.5% passively to 200%.

The 200% ROI is paid out of subsequent $40 investments, making the Speed Bonus component of MWC a Ponzi scheme.

On its website MWC provides a corporate address in California. Ponzi fraud aside, at a minimum MWC’s 200% ROI scheme requires it to register with the SEC. It hasn’t. Nor are Mel and Amie Gill registered either.

On MWC dressing up its 200% ROI Ponzi scheme as “cashback”, cashback is

a form of incentive offered to buyers of certain products whereby they receive a cash refund after making their purchase. [Oxford Languages]

You can’t pay 200% cashback because that would be double whatever was purchased. 200% is squarely in ROI territory, making the required $40 qualification amount an investment.

On MWC’s products, I’ve previously covered what I think of Black MP Living Powder. I think across three MLM companies now we can safely say it isn’t worth the asking price.

On MWC’s new patches…

…apparently not only are “citizenship”, “team building”, “character”, “creativity”, “confidence” and “mindfulness” health benefits, slapping a patch on your arm somehow increases these uh, benefits.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve MWC of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

Math guarantees that when a Ponzi scheme collapses, the majority of participants lose money. The same is true for pyramid schemes.
