Lara With Me Review: Telegram-based Russian Ponzi community
There is no information on the Lara With Me website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The Lara With Me website domain (“larawith.me”) was registered on the 2nd of June 2016, however the domain registration is set to private.
A promotional video on the Lara With Me website is in the Russian language, strongly suggesting the Lara With Me admin is based out of Russia.
This is supported by Alexa estimating that 53.9% of traffic to the Lara With Me website originates out of Russia. Russia’s neighbor, Ukraine, is the second-largest source of traffic at 10%.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The Lara With Me Product Line
Lara With Me has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Lara With Me affiliate membership itself.
The Lara With Me Compensation Plan
The Lara With Me compensation plan sees affiliates invest $10, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, $2000, $3000, $5000, $10,000, $15,000 or $20,000 on the promise of an advertised infinite 3% daily ROI.
Referral commissions on funds invested by recruited affiliates are paid both directly and residually.
Lara With Me affiliates earn a 10% direct referral commission.
Residual referral commissions are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Lara With Me pay affiliates a 1% commission on funds invested by recruited affiliates in their unilevel team.
Joining Lara With Me
Affiliate membership with Lara With Me is tied to a $10 to $50,000 investment.
Conclusion
Lara – is an interactive robot, which is able to work with your money and pay you 3% of net profit daily. Your investment is active lifetime.
The problem with the ruse of AI that generates 3% daily, is that if the owners of Lara With Me actually had such a thing, they wouldn’t be operating a shady investment scheme.
Withdraw a token amount from a bank, set the AI to work and within a few years retire as the richest person on the planet.
Yet here they are, offering a shady investment scheme through Telegram.
Telegram itself is a legitimate messaging app that has nothing to do with Lara With Me.
Telegram claims to be “faster and way more secure” than other messaging apps, and is ad-free and cloud-based.
Our API is open, and we welcome developers to create their own Telegram apps.
We also have a Bot API, a platform for developers that allows anyone to easily build specialized tools for Telegram.
That “Bot API” is what Lara With Me have plugged into. In reality, it’s just fancy talk for a script that verifies affiliate investment via bitcoin. That’s it.
Bots on Telegram are publicly available. If you find bots on Telegram that you think are illegal, please ping us at abuse@telegram.org.
If Telegram investigate and shut down Lara With Me’s API access, the scheme instantly collapses.
In an attempt to come up with a legitimate explanation of where Lara With Me’s 3% a day ROIs come from, the owner(s) are feeding affiliates all sorts of nonsense.
LARA system invests investors’ money in carefully selected start-up projects with high income.
Carefully analyzing and selecting the best, long-term investment projects on the internet, managing the investor’s trust funds, LARA is able to generate passive income indefinitely.
High-yield online projects have always existed in a large number. Systems can be quite different: offering a small percentage and paying dividends for years, or the rapid and big projects, capable of bringing extremely high dividends of the initial investment in the short term.
The industry in which we operate for more than one year, and which by right can be considered one of the most profitable areas on the Internet, not excluding the risk of loss of funds for sure, is called “HYIP market.”
The majority of projects in this market, in whole or partially operate on the principle of a pyramid scheme.
This is a venturous zone in which the users are well aware of all the risks and the danger of loss of funds, but nevertheless invest huge sum of money (compared to the typical online casino) and manage to build strategies successfully “winning” from the project administrators, or other members of the project.
This sector is especially developed in the CIS countries and Russia. Probably it is the evolved legacy of the well known three letters MMM …
The basis of LARA portfolio is composed of just the projects of this type.
MMM Global was a Russian Ponzi scheme that promised affiliates a 100% a month ROI. It collapsed earlier this year.
Lara With Me’s admins would have you believe they’re investing funds in similar schemes, which enables them to pay out a 3% a day ROI.
Riiiiiiiiight.
As if a scam investing in scams wasn’t bad enough, get a load of this bullet-proof logic:
How actually does LARA provide 3% daily?
Let’s start with the fact that the system is not obliged to return the deposit, that is, namely the initial party investment.
“Hay guys, we’re totally sustainable because we initially pay you less. Math? Lolwut math?”
For what it’s worth, invest over $2000 and Lara With Me claim they’ll show you exactly what Ponzi schemes they’re investing your money in.
Demonstration of LARA’s investment portfolio is available only to users of the system, with a total volume of commitments no less then $ 2,000 (two thousand US dollars), and the profile should be registered for at least 30 days.
These measures are implemented to preserve the confidentiality of the instruments of capital increase, as well as to ensure the safety of members’ deposits.
Considering Lara With Me is fraud built on investing in more fraud, don’t expect too much transparency though.
As with all Ponzi schemes, once newly invested funds dries up Lara With Me will be unable to meet its 3% a day ROI obligations.
When that happens the scheme will have collapsed and the owner(s) will do a runner.
The use of bitcoin to management funds invested with Lara With Me makes victim fund recovery next to impossible.
on july 18th, 2016, lara with me was registered in delaware, USA, as a domestic limited liability company.
‘domestic’ means :
icis.corp.delaware.gov/Ecorp/EntitySearch/NameSearch.aspx
if lara with me originated from russia why would it choose delaware as its domicile? it could have chosen to register itself in some offshore shady location?
so, the delaware registration indicates that lara with me might originate from the US… or….the delaware registration is to win ‘confidence’ of potential investors that they are dealing with a legit company in the US.
russian traffic to lara with me on alexa has now fallen to about 16% with azerbaijan, germany, india, spain also attracting considerable traffic.
Delaware is pretty much the dodgiest state in the US to register in.
Russian scammers pay a small fee, register there and use the registration as a promotional point.
as of now, lara with me claims on its FB page that it has collected around $ 7 million from 30,000 investors worldwide.
the admin on the FB page uses the pronoun ‘I’ which indicates lara with me may have a singular ‘owner’.
…unless of course the ‘I’ refers to ‘lara’ the robot which has been assigned a female identity.
on its website lara with me claims to be ‘legal’ as it is registered in delaware.
by choosing to be registered in a US state, lara with me is obliged to follow US federal regulations.
so, is lara with me registered with the SEC as it is clearly selling ‘securities’ by collecting investments and offering a 3% daily ROI?
lara with me is clearly LYING to its affiliates when it claims it is ‘legal’.
it seems lara with me is attracting US investors too, and they better be especially careful.
That’d be that promotional point I was talking about. Totally baseless because all they did was pay a small incorporation fee.
Yeah but… Russians.
I’m one person who likes to review schemes before i join, being the journalist that I am. I’d say reviewers such as yourself are even dodgier than most of the scams out there, because you claim to know what you do not have any experience at all in.
I happen to have joined LARA and have first hand knowledge of how it works, at least in terms of doing what it promises to do with respect to investors. Lara works like clockwork and promptly pays you the 3% at exactly the same time in the day that you made the initial investment.
Withdrawal is instant and unproblematic. I’m a few days from realising all my initial deposit. Unless Lara crashes before my 33rd day, I have every expectation of getting back 100 % of my deposit and from the 34th day onwards, pure profit.
On current performance, your review sounds about as lost as someone wandering in the heat of the Sahara desert with no compass.
Considering that many people rely on reviews to assess an opportunity, it’s a shame that most people are kept away by self-righteous reviewers who post a lot about stuff they know little about!
How Lara With Me works is not a mystery. You sign up, invest and then get paid subsequently invested funds. It’s a Ponzi scheme.
As an early investor sure, and by “profit” you mean steal from subsequent affiliates. Screw them once recruitment dies down, like a true scammer.
Agreed, but you left a comment anyway. Best of luck with the scamming.
I am also in Lara, if its a scam, we will see after 33 days.
@YWW
Whether you successfully steal from subsequently recruited affiliates or not has no bearing on Lara With Me being a scam.
Larawith.me has a EV SSL Certificate from COMODO which states its Great Britain website. Supposedly Extended Validation certificates require you lot of paperwork to be issued.
One of them the true country of origin from your company. So then this gets confusing. Is a U.S.? Is it Russian? Is it British based?
It’s a Russian Ponzi scheme. Anything they’ve filed is likely fraudulent.
Long as you get paid right??
Takes all but a few seconds to see how scammy this is without spending a dime.
Greed always gets these types.
SO you reviewed it how?
and
You ran here and didn’t like the review here so you complain it does not match yours so you joined to prove OZ is wrong?
So in a few weeks when things are not working will you come back and tell us how wrong you were?
These scams always pay for a short while and leave many members without getting paid anything.
good morning. i am one with lara with me, investor for more than 20 days. i believe in lara but still in doubt until lara will run.
there’s still notion that someday lara will collapse, i hope it wont happen. as an investor we use coins app, this app is needed in the transaction wth lara.
if lara will collapse does our money in coins will vanish?
@michelle the “coins” are just Ponzi points. They’re not actually tied to real money.
Hey Everyone…
Can someone explain a few things for me please??
So you say this is a Russian Based Firm, because of a Russian youtube video and alexia Traffic?? When Russians are some of the wealthiest people on the planet?? ok. Also on their youtube channel they have all videos in English and Spanish. ok. Looking at the Alexia Traffic now, I don’t see Russia Listed??? ok.
Also The new contest they are running? For the new Jet Black investment option (50k and over investments). They are giving away 1 million in prizes etc. How are they running that??? If you go to the contest page and click verify funds. You can see the BTC address and all funds sitting inside it??
Im not sure when you created this article, but you can see the investment portfolio once you have invested $500usd (not $2000). and I must say its very handy to look at. The system is averaging 4.7% Daily return… We get 3%… Where does the other 1.7% go?? WHO CARES…. Its changing peoples lives right now.
Will it last forever??… Does anything last forever??… NOPE!! But it is showing no signs of slowing down. For example, Running contests, changing the % we receive, Opening new investment options (jet black), Support stop replying (Yes they need more support agents), Community chat rooms shut down, Most scams like the ones you are referring to close and run after 30 days… Lara is sitting at 109 days online.
I have been involved for 45 Days now and Im currently Living off Lara because I can. Thats how much money it is providing for me. Yes I have a Job and wont plan to give that up. But its a REALLY nice boost!!!
I can go on for days about how wrong this article is but im not going to waste my time. I was only shown this article because someone else who is going to join lara was laughing about it. So I felt the need to comment and enjoy a good laugh as well….
Lara is currently sitting at $28 million invested with over 80,000 investors and its been online for 109 days now…. Me and my team are crushing it right now and loving life!!
If you want to join (Ozedit: recruitment spam removed)
In the absence of information released about Lara With Me’s admin(s), this is the strongest indicator of Russian origin. The default marketing video on the site in Russian was an obvious giveaway.
This review was written right when Lara With Me started, which is typically when the admin and early adopters are the only ones viewing the site.
Quite obviously the scheme has spread globally, but the fact remains that at launch it likely originated out of Russia.
The same way Lara With Me is running the rest of the opportunity, by using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors.
Cool story bro. Has nothing to with Lara With Me using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors.
“Changing lives”, I thought that Ponzi cliche died out with TelexFree.
Like all Ponzi schemes, once withdrawals hit critical mass and new investment dries up, it will collapse. How long that takes is irrelevant.
According to who, the anonymous scammers running the show? Yeah no, totally a credible source of information.
And I bet they showed you documented proof to verify all those figures too.
Best of luck with the scamming. You and “your team” sound like Ponzi veterans.
Further evidence Lara With Me was set up by Russian scammers can be found in the company website source-code:
1715.5% per year, Eh??? And you believe it???
See how easy it is to fool people ???
You should get Bill Gates in your downline. He could throw in a couple of million and you could all retire in a couple of years
looks like lara with me is shutting down. apparently people were reporting lara with me as a scam to telegram and they blocked the functionality of lara.
lara investors were seeing this message for the last few days:
scontent-sin6-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/14516384_680961572069515_5214476883915332771_n.jpg?oh=d23571aa5bcdb27c8365541500c31c52&oe=586B37BF
lara with me posted 2 hrs ago on FB:
lara with me lasted all of approx 3 months? so much for a program which was ‘guaranteeing’ to pay 3% daily, forever and forever.
14 hrs ago lara with me posted on facebook that they were in talks with the telegram support team to clarify matters regarding the complaints against them:
well, i guess these discussions with telegram didn’t work out and lara with me got blocked.
Thanks for the heads up Anjali.
Hey. I am getting ready to win one of th 30 Private Airplan Voucher;s they are giving away with the latest promotion.
Invest 50K and become a JET member and you can win all sorts of stuff.
FYI – There investments are real and apparently they may soon stop taking new funds so take that and SNIFF IT..
Lol. Sniffed, smells like bullshit.
Only fifty grand, Eh ???
I’m sure the Lara With Me scammers are going to be over run with Russian citizens who can’t wait to throw their 3,111,470.94RUB to win a prize.
In a parallel universe, maybe.
Lara collapsed on Oct 9, 2016.
No withdrawal to Bitcoin wallet anymore.
CAN LARA TELL US WHATS GONNA HAPPEN NOW CAUSE I BELIEVE THEY CAN INVEST DIRECTLY TO THE BIG BITCOIN MINING POOLS.
@Mr. X
Invest what? At 3% a day the Russian admins have already paid themselves the majority of funds invested. There’s nothing left.
Caps lock sooo gives credibility I find.
And (apart from the fact you can’t invest in one) the big Bitcoin Mining pools pay what ROI, genius? (Answer ~1000 days)
So author, are u saying it’s impossible to make 3% per day from legitimate instrument trades? (Ozedit: Offtopic derail attempts removed)
I’m saying what the review states, that Lara With Me is a Ponzi scheme because it uses newly invested funds to pay off existing investors.
If you were able to legitimately and consistently generate a 3% daily ROI, would you waste your time running Ponzi schemes?
Of course not, and neither would the anonymous Lara With Me admins.
I wonder when people speak up for these schemes are they really thinking before they speak?
So back in reality as these schemes come and go.
No easy money comes easy. You always pay the price.
Lets hope your real job can make up for your losses on this one.
Larawith.me is gone! Take care investors..
