business-bot-incubator-logoThere is no information on the Business Bot Incubator website indicating who owns or runs the business.

At the time of publication Alexa estimate that most of the traffic (100% or close to) originates out of the Ukraine. The default language of the Business Bot Incubator website is also Russian.

This strongly suggests that whoever is running Business Bot Incubator is based out of the Ukraine.

An incorporation certificate for “Business Bot Incubator LTD” is provided on the Business Bot Incubator website.

Records from the UK Companies House shows Business Bot Incubator was incorporated on October 7th, 2016.

Ben Nolan is listed as the sole Director of the company, with an address in Manchester, UK also provided.

Further research reveals over thirty companies using the same address, suggesting Business Bot Incubator exists in the UK in name only.

A UK incorporation costs about £20 GBP and requires little more than a UK-based address.

Ben Nolan likely doesn’t exist with the real owner(s) of Business Bot Incubator running the company from the Ukraine.

The Business Bot Incubator website domain (“bbi.world”) was registered on the 5th of October. The domain registration uses the same details as found in Business Bot Incubator’s UK incorporation.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Conclusion

Business Bot Incubator is pretty much just a reboot of the Lara With Me Ponzi scheme, likely run by the same scammers.

Lara With Me was a Ponzi scheme launched a few months ago. Through Telegram, a third-party messaging platform, Lara With Me affiliates invested funds on the promise of a ROI.

The only verifiable source of revenue entering Lara With Me was affiliate funds, which the company used to pay off existing investors.

This made Lara With Me a Ponzi scheme.

lara-with-me-bot-scam-warning-telegramIt didn’t take long for Telegram to catch wind of Lara With Me’s financial fraud. On or around October 10th Telegram shut down the Lara With Me bot’s API access to the Telegram platform.

Lara With Me’s owners were evidently aware something was up and began to set up Business Bot Incubator. This is evidenced by the October 5th domain registration and October 7th Business Bot Incubator LTD incorporation.

Business Bot Incubator uses the same Telegram bot structure to coordinate investment deposits and ROI payments within the scheme.

Like Lara With Me, once Telegram’s owners realize the Business Bot Incubator bot is being used to commit fraud, they’ll shut it down.

What basically happened with Lara With Me is affiliates invested, the company paid a tiny fraction of invested funds out as virtual ROIs (little to no withdrawals), and then the bot was disabled.

Lara With Me’s owners kept invested funds and most affiliates took a loss.

The exact same thing is going to happen with Business Bot Builder, only quicker this time as Telegram have dealt with the Ponzi bot before.
