KTC Global Review: Our Kingdom Alliance Travel Club spinoff
KTC Global operates in the travel MLM niche. The company does not provide a corporate address on its website.
Bobby and Michelle Schaffer are presented as KTC Global’s founders.
The earliest MLM activity from the Schaffers I was able to confirm was them co-founding NouVara in 2011:
NouVara appears to have marketed skincare and dietary supplements.
A 2016 court filing suggests the Schaffers (right) may have been involved in Xyngular prior to NouVara but I wasn’t able to definitively confirm.
The other founders improperly created and operated a company named Nouvara that competed with Xyngular. [pgs 17-18]
After NouVara collapsed the Schaffers joined Isagenix as promoters:
2020 was a bad year for Isagenix. We had the Modere raiding lawsuit, the Amazon/eBay racket and Canada product recall.
That same year the Schaffers left Isagenix to launch Girl Power Alliance. Later on a Real Men Alliance was launched, before both “alliances” were merged into Kingdom Alliance.
Our Kingdom Alliance is an MLM opportunity that leans heavily into religion.
From Our Kingdom Alliance’s website;
While the story of Kingdom Alliance may have been decades in the making, it truly began in 2019. Bobby and Michelle had become elite leaders in the network marketing profession.
They had earned multiple seven figures, helped thousands of people become leaders themselves, and earned hundreds to millions due to their leadership.
Michelle felt the call of God in her life to change directions completely. They walked away from the seven-figure business they had built as distributors.
Michelle knew that God was calling her to the marketplace to create a community where women to grow together.
In June 2020, she launched Girl Power Alliance – a faith-forward membership where women would gather and grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
In March of 2022 along with her husband, they re-launched Girl Power Alliance with additional resources for growth and a network marketing compensation plan.
In January of 2024, Real Men Alliance was born. We saw a need to provide the same resources and community for men.
Once both Girl Power Alliance and Real Men Alliance were growing separately, Bobby and Michelle knew that God was calling them yet again to evolve the company.
Since its foundation in 2020, the company has added ICF accredited certifications, academies, new resources for growth, and areas of expansion that God was using to build a rock-solid foundation for what was birthed in October 2024 … Kingdom Aliance. [sic]
One offering through Kingdom Alliance was “Kingdom Travel Club”, a discount travel platform:
Kingdom Travel Club is where the “KTC” in KTC Global’s name comes from.
Rather than an actual new MLM opportunity, KTC Global appears to just be a rebranding of Kingdom Alliance:
Both Kingdom Alliance and KTC Global run the same website design template. And the login link on KTC Global’s website redirects to Our Kingdom Alliance’s website:
It’s unclear why the Schaffers have launched KTC Global, but today we’ll be reviewing it as the latest iteration of Our Kingdom Alliance.

KTC Global’s Products
KTC Global has no retailable products or services.
Promoters are only able to market KTC Global promoter membership itself.
KTC Global promoter membership provides access to a third-party discount travel booking engine of undisclosed origin.
KTC Global’s Compensation Plan
KTC Global’s compensation plan pays on recruitment of Basic ($198.85) and VIP ($299.99) promoters.
KTC Global Promoter Ranks
There are seven promoter ranks within KTC Global’s compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- Ambassador – sign up as a KTC Global promoter
- Partner – qualify for five residual commissions in a week
- Elite – qualify for ten residual commissions in a week
- Influencer – qualify for twenty-five residual commissions in a week
- Silver Influencer – qualify for Fifty residual commissions in a week
- Gold Influencer – qualify for one hundred residual commissions in a week
- Platinum Influencer – qualify for two hundred and fifty residual commissions in a week
Direct Recruitment Commissions
KTC Global promoters receive a commission on direct recruitment:
- recruit a Basic promoter and receive $45
- recruit a VIP promoter and receive $75
Note that if a KTC Global promoter recruits two or more Basic or VIP promoters, the above commission rates are doubled.
Double Up Bonus
The Double Up Bonus is a recruitment bonus that pays:
- $50 when a KTC Global promoter recruits two promoters (placed one on both sides of the binary team)
- another $50 each time a personally recruited KTC Global promoters qualifies for the first $50
Note that recruitment must take place within a KTC Global’s first thirty days of signing up (30 days for the initial promoter and then 30 days from the date each recruited promoter signs up).
Residual Commissions
KTC Global pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of promoters. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
Residual commissions are paid when 200 GV and 400 GV in sales volume is matched across the binary team (200/400 GV can be on either side).
GV stands for “Group Volume” and is sales volume generated through recruitment of KTC Global promoters:
- recruitment of a Basic promoter generates 68 GV and then 45 GV each month
- recruitment of a VIP promoter generates 110 GV and then 65 GV each a month
For every 200 GV and 400 GV matched across the binary team, a KTC Global promoter is paid a $50 residual commission.
Note that once GV is matched and paid out on, it is flushed from the binary team.
KTC Global caps residual commissions at $12,500 a week.
If a KTC Global promoter maxes out residual commissions for four consecutive weeks, they receive a new position in their binary team.
This effectively allows KTC Global promoters to “double up” on residual commission volume. There is no limit to how many additional binary positions a KTC Global promoter can qualify for.
Matching Bonus
KTC Global pays a 10% residual commission match to Elite and higher ranked promoters.
The Matching Bonus is paid on residual commissions earned by personally recruited promoters.
Note that if a personally recruited promoter qualifies at Elite or higher, the Matching Bonus is increased to 20%.
Rank Achievement Bonus
KTC Global rewards promoters for qualifying at Partner and higher with the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:
- qualify at Partner and receive $250
- qualify at Elite and receive $500
- qualify at Influencer and receive $1000
- qualify at Silver Influencer and receive $2000
- qualify at Gold Influencer and receive $4000
- qualify at Platinum Influencer and receive $10,000 ($30,000 if qualified for within twelve months of signing up)
Joining KTC Global
Basic KTC Global promoter membership is $90 and then $99.99 a month.
VIP KTC Global promoter membership is $160 and then $139.99 a month.
VIP KTC Global promoter membership adds additional savings and travel coins on booked travel.
VIP KTC Global promoters can use travel coins to further offset the cost of booked travel services.
KTC Global Conclusion
Like most travel discount MLM opportunities, KTC Global operates as a pyramid scheme.
Nothing is paid out on booked travel, meaning the travel booking engine is reduced to a ruse to cover recruitment commissions.
As per the FTC, an MLM company without retail sales is a pyramid scheme.
In KTC Global, 100% of commissions paid out are tied to recruitment.
I suppose to their credit, KTC Global is open about running a pyramid scheme. As per KTC Global’s official Income Disclosure Statement;
Ambassadors must be actively working to build their Ambassador network to earn.
Unfortunately being open about running a pyramid scheme doesn’t make it legal, or reduce inevitable consumer losses.
As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will commissions.
This will see those at the bottom of KTC Global’s pyramid scheme eventually stop paying monthly fees.
KTC Global doesn’t offer retail access to its travel discount platform as part of its MLM opportunity. This means the argument that promoters would continue to pay for access based on offered discounts can’t be made (there’s no way to verify this without a retail membership offering).
Those at the bottom ceasing to pay monthly fees will see KTC Global promoters above them stop getting paid.
Unless new recruited promoters are found, eventually these KTC Global promoters will also stop paying fees.
Eventually enough KTC Global promoters stop paying monthly fees, triggering an irreversible collapse.
It’s highly likely this is what already happened with Our Kingdom Alliance. KTC Global is an attempt to restart under a different name.
Hat tip to Danny de Hek for the heads up on this one:

N.B. De hek, citing earlier BehindMLM reports, appears to have misidentified the Schaffers. I’ve emailed him about that.
