Happy World Meal Gate Review: Get paid in food?
There is no information on the Happy World Meal Gate website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The Happy World Meal Gate website domain (“happymealworldgate.com”) was privately registered on September 21st, 2016.
On their website, Happy World Meal Gate claim to be a ‘dynamic Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company of African extractions‘. This aligns with Alexa’s estimate that pretty much all traffic to the Happy World Meal Gate website originates out of Nigeria.
An address in Lagos, Nigeria is provided on the Happy World Meal Gate website but appears to be spelt incorrectly.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The Happy World Meal Gate Product Line
Happy World Meal Gate has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Happy World Meal Gate affiliate membership itself.
The Happy World Meal Gate Compensation Plan
Happy World Meal Gate affiliates purchase $30 positions in a five-tier matrix cycler.
Matrix sizes used in the Happy World Meal Gate compensation plan are 2×2 and 2×3.
A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (six positions in total to fill).
A 2×3 matrix adds a third level, again by splitting the four level 2 positions into another two positions (fourteen positions to fill):
Positions in each matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of new Happy World Meal Gate affiliates.
When all positions in a matrix are filled, a “cycle” is generated and the following commissions are paid out:
- Farms State (2×2 matrix) – $16 commission, paid in “food items”
- Green Garden (2×3 matrix) – $160 commission, paid in “food items”
- Golden Garden (2×3 matrix) – $360 commission, 40% in “food items” and 60% cash
- Great Garden (2×3 matrix) – $3500 commission, 40% in “food items” and 60% in cash
- Famous Farm (2×3 matrix) – $5000 commission, 40% in “food items” and 60% in cash
- Food Bank (2×3 matrix) – $84,000 commission, 40% in “food items” and 60% in cash
When a personally recruited affiliate cycles out of a matrix tier (excludes Food Bank tier), a $6.40 referral commission is paid.
Car Bonus
Happy World Meal Gate reward affiliates who cycle out of the Great Garden and Famous Farm matrix tiers with a car.
- cycle out of a Great Garden matrix and receive “a brand new car worth $22,000”
- cycle out of a Famous Farm matrix and receive “a brand new SUV worth $30,000”
Joining Happy World Meal Gate
Happy World Meal Gate affiliate membership is tied to at least one $30 matrix cycler position purchase.
Conclusion
The anonymous admin(s) running Happy World Meal Gate see it as a vehicle to “end hunger”.
We strongly believe hunger and malnutrition are a global threat and a monstrous emergency which must be tackled decisively and without delay.
This can only be fully achieved via the provision of food which is obviously a basic human right as enshrined in the United Nations (UN) human rights charter.
The only acceptable percentage for hunger is ZERO!
Say NO TO HUNGER TODAY and get empowered economically and otherwise via HAPPY WORLD MEAL GATE!
The twist of paying affiliates in food, while interesting, does nothing to legitimize what is still just another cycler Ponzi model.
Whether you’re recycling newly invested funds and paying it out directly or converting it into food, you’re still only rewarding those who have invested.
Happy World Meal Gate’s talk of ending global hunger is (marketing) hogwash.
The nature of the “food items” Happy World Meal Gate affiliates receive is not disclosed.
The cynic in me can’t help but point out the food is probably bought in bulk and at a discount, so as to only represent the commission value it is supposed to be worth.
This allows the anonymous Happy World Meal Gate admins to keep a slice of what is supposed to be paid out, on top of their own cycler position earnings.
As with all matrix cycler schemes, when affiliate recruitment dies off cycle payments will grind to a halt.
Each tier of the cycler requires new position purchases being fed into tier one, without which the upper cycler tiers stall.
When they do Happy World Meal Gate will have collapsed, with funds attached to uncycled positions retained by the admin(s).
Mathematics dictates that the majority of Happy World Meal Gate affiliates will lose money.
Thanks for taking out time to review the happy world meals gate.
Please can you also write a review on a new scheme called alwayspays. they promise 900% ROI. Thank you.
Added to the review list, although I think you already know what I’m going to find.
I wouldn’t bother, Oz. Alwayspays.com’s website has been suspended.
Damn. These Nigerian scams are collapsing faster than I can review them.
could you do a thorough review on MY SURE CASH. there seems to be nothing available online about them. is it a wise investment?
Single-level ref commissions, not MLM.
May God help. Hardship is too much in this our country. MLM again. Will it last?
are you trying to say that all MLM are scams? (Ozedit: No, you just made that up yourself. Offtopic derail attempts removed.)
^^ Not here to give personal MLM recommendations. You due-diligence is ultimately on you.
Happy World meal gate might be a ponzi scheme as you say but it’s a really good one and Nigerians are plenty enough to enjoy the benefits without it having to crash if it’s done honestly by all.
There’s no such thing as a “good” Ponzi scheme, they are all scams.
There’s no such thing as an “honest” Ponzi scheme either. You coming on here with your alternative math is proof enough of that.
All Ponzi schemes collapse and mathematics guarantees the majority of investors lose money.
How come Reputable Companies are listed as Sponsors of Happy World Meal Gate and you still maintain your position that it is a Scam?
Browse their site, you’d see 3 companies: Dangote Group, Nestle and PZ Cussons @ the bottom.
Adding company logos to a website without permission != sponsorship. Nor does it negate Happy World Meal Gate’s pyramid recruitment business model.
It’s a weak attempt at legitimacy by association.
happy world meal gate is no ponzi. it is a multi level marketing.
in ponzi, you pay to someone and someone pays you back with no product to market. but in happy world meal gate, you invest in d company, and you are rewarded for bringing people to invest.
we are paid for marketing the companies products. you have a cut for each member that joins your team.
i think you really need to study MLM very well because you review with your indepth knowledge of ponzi with little or nothing about MLM please. thanks.
False. A Ponzi scheme uses newly invested funds to pay off existing investors. This is what happens in Happy World Meal Gate.
What is bundled with that core mechanic is irrelevant.
a ponzi can have a product or not have a product. some ponzi’s offer eBooks so they don’t look like a ponzi because they have a product.
but what will some one do with an eBook they paid 50 dollars for that explains how you can learn how to turn a water faucet on in 10 seconds. or how to get a date or whatever it would be a product but not one that can be sold.
the commissions are what draws the greedy suckers in even if they will never earn a dime from selling the eBook they let the 100,000 a month income draw them in. (by the way, many ponzi’s do actually have eBooks for their product).
4corners alliance actually sells you a news letter for your product that should be free. if you don’t get signups that pay monthly for the news letter you sell you get no income.
so they end up paying the person at the top for something that is worthless and if they can bring in more greedy suckers they will get paid from those sending in their payments.
so, yes a ponzi can have lots of products or none. people need to check the product out and see if it’s something that will sell because once you pay the guy at the top your money is not coming back unless you scam someone else.
Well, happy world meal gate pays in foodstuffs and so far no one has complained of not getting paid.
They are expanding opening branches all over the country. Famous faces have visited and endorsed them.
As for your analysis.. It leaves a little to be desired, clearly you haven’t studied or done your research very well. I have benefitted many of my friends have benefitted and still benefiting from the scheme.
It’s registered to CAC well sponsored.. I have carried out research that far. You should do that a before taking and Barmouth ingredients certain schemes just from your sit.
real money. Don’t be disingenuous.
As long as new affiliates sign up and invest, why would they.
By the time a Ponzi scheme like Happy World Meal Gate has collapsed and people complain it’s too late.
Feel free to point out how using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors isn’t a Ponzi scheme?
Famous faces endorsing a scam and you personally profiting by stealing from others doesn’t justify a fraudulent business model.
Although I’m not through with my research yet but this is what i found. On may 8, Dangote raises fraud alert against Happy World Meal Gate. I’m planing to go their office and ask questions.
So, my dear blogger, I’ve given you another topic to write on. Do another review and let the content be backed up with convincing details not on assumptions. I’ve just given you one.
Another review based on what?
This review is based on Happy World Meal Gate’s compensation plan. Y’know, the heart and soul of any MLM business.
Y’all need to stop wasting your time focusing on irrelevant waffle. Facts are facts and Happy World Meal Gate operates as a Ponzi cycler.
Dangote, Nestle and PZ Cussons are not sponsors! Infact, they all raised fraud alert against Happy World Meal Gate, disassociating themselves from it.
To Smooth:
What product does the company produce? Don’t get so sucked into the scheme that you fail to see the obvious.
The company’s website is full of mis-spelled words and bad English that it makes one wonder. No Admin, no picture, no video and no product. You’ll be better off finding a wholesale store or supplier to spend your money on.
“No question is a stupid question” but step outside yourselves for a moment and look at some of your attacks on Oz and the review, you are practically confirming the review.
Thanks Oz for the review and again thanks everyone for your questions and comments. I took a lot out it, almost made a huge mistake of paying for someone to join the scheme.
Happy world uses a recycle matrix and is so good that the moment you fulfill the required u get back your investment.
In business, liabilities accrue when the business grow exponentially and liabilities are not shared.
In Happy world you become a share holder without liabilities; your investment is insured by a repressive tendencies of willing co investors. Assets derived cannot become lose assets and a derived capital cannot accrue liabilities beyond insurance.
As it is the case with every business; there is a measure of risk, but you can measure your risk proportionally, invest what lose you can bear.
The risk is 50:50 and if this is the case! HWMG is one of the most least liability investment in the world; because your risk is bore by others.
^^ What a load of Ponzi horseshit.
Only as long as new gullible idiots such as yourself sign up and invest.
Stealing money from people who join after you has nothing to do with share holders, insurance, assets or derived capital. Stop blowing financial smoke up a Ponzi horse’s ass.
The risk in a Ponzi scheme is on you and you alone. It hinges solely on whether gullible idiots continue to sign up and invest after you.
Just happy being a member.
Most gullible MORONS are happy being the next victim….until they realize they themselves have been the next victim!!!
Oh Man…..
i entered stage 3 since last year April and up to the time of writing.
i have not been paid the stage 3 bonus. i will not relent until i get the stage 3 money, because i work for it and it is my sweat.
