Dream Come True fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Dream Come True’s website domain (“dreamcometrue.ai”), was privately registered on September 26th, 2021.

Dream Come True’s FaceBook page was created in November 2021. Marketing began on or around May 2022.

Dream Come True’s marketing material cites Adnan Ahmed and Asim Jamil as co-founders of the company.

I wasn’t able to get a reading on Ahmed but Jamil appears to be a UK national with ties to Dubai and Pakistan.

As early as February 2021 BehindMLM readers cited Adnan Ahmed and Asim Jamil as co-founders of Ride to the Future.

Ride to the Future, commonly abbreviated as R2F, was an MLM Ponzi scheme that pretended to be operated from Panama.

Launched in late 2019, Ride to the Future collapsed in early to mid 2021. A few months later preparations for Dream Come True began.

Someone who appears to work closely with Ahmed and Jamil is Geocelh Gee:

Cited as “Geo G.”, Gee is Dream Come True’s “Country Manager”.

On its website Dream Come True provides a corporate address in Dubai. Dubai is the MLM crime capital of the world.

Similar to the Ride to the Future’s Panama ruse, Dream Come True pretends to have a head office in Ireland.

I found nothing suggesting Dream Come True has any ties to Ireland. The company is run from Dubai.

BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:

  1. If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
  2. If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.

Dream Come True has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able to market Dream Come True affiliate membership itself.

Dream Come True’s Compensation Plan

Dream Come True’s compensation plan is slightly confusing. The company references “PA”, which stands for personal assets.

I’m not 100% sure but I believe this corresponds to a 1 PA = $1 ratio. I’ll update the figures below if this isn’t the case.

Dream Come True affiliates invest funds on the promise of an “up to 3% daily” ROI.

  • B1 – invest $99
  • B2 – invest $249
  • B3 – invest $499
  • B4 – invest $749

The MLM side of Dream Come True pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.

Dream Come True Affiliate Ranks

There are fifteen ranks within Dream Come True’s compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  1. Affiliate – sign up as a Dream Come True affiliate
  2. Qualified Affiliate – recruit at least two Affiliates
  3. Bronze – maintain two personally recruited affiliates and have earned on 1000 BV in residual binary commissions
  4. Silver – maintain two personally recruited affiliates and have earned on 2000 BV in residual binary commissions
  5. Gold – maintain two personally recruited affiliates and have earned on 7000 BV in residual binary commissions
  6. Platinum – recruit two Qualified Affiliates and have earned on 15,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  7. Executive – recruit four Qualified Affiliates and have earned on 40,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  8. Senior Executive – maintain four personally recruited Qualified Affiliates and have earned on 100,000 BV in residual binary commissions volume
  9. Emerald – have four Golds in your downline and have earned on 250,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  10. Ruby – have four Senior Executives in your downline and have earned on 600,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  11. Diamond – have four Emeralds in your downline and have earned on 1,500,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  12. Double Diamond – have four Rubys in your downline and have earned on 4,000,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  13. Vice President – have four Diamonds in your downline and have earned on 10,000,000 BV in residual binary commissions
  14. President – have four Double Diamonds in your downline and have earned on 25,000,000 BV in residual binary commissions volume

Required and recruited downline affiliates must be split evenly across your binary team. E.g. if four affiliates are required, two must be on both sides of the binary team.

Note that once qualified for, rank maintenance requires meeting qualification criteria again at least once over a rolling six-month period.

Referral Commissions

Dream Come True pays an 8% commission on funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.

If a Dream Come True affiliate recruits two affiliates within their first 30 days (placed one on each side of the binary team), their referral commission rate is bumped to 12%.

Note that this increased 12% rate only applies for an affiliates first 30 days (from joining, not from when they qualify for the 12% rate).

Referral Bonus

If a Dream Come True affiliate has one personally recruited affiliate on both binary team sides that has qualified for a 12% referral commission rate, they receive a $50 investment position per additional recruited affiliate who also qualifies.

Note the referral bonus can only be earned up until 30 days after a Dream Come True affiliate signs up (when they qualify for the Referral Bonus is irrelevant).

Residual Commissions (unilevel)

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Dream Come True caps payable unilevel team levels at seven.

How many levels residual commissions are paid on, is determined by how much a Dream Come True affiliate has invested:

  • B1 to B4 tier affiliates earn 3% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
  • I1 to I4 tier affiliates earn 3% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 5
  • A1 to A4 tier affiliates earn 3% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 7

Residual Commissions (binary)

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day Dream Come True tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.

Investment volume (BV) isn’t the dollar amount invested, rather it’s about 20% of the value.

  • B1 – $99 investment = 20 BV
  • B2 – $249 investment = 50 BV
  • B3 – $499 investment = 100 BV
  • B4 – $749 investment = 150 BV
  • I1 – $999 investment = 200 BV
  • I2 – $2499 investment = 500 BV
  • I3 – $4999 investment = 1000 BV
  • I4 – $7499 investment = 1500 BV
  • A1 – $9999 investment = 2000 BV
  • A2 – $19,999 investment = 4000 BV
  • A3 – $34,999 investment = 7000 BV
  • A4 – $49,999 investment = 10,000 BV

Residual binary commissions are paid as 40% to 50% of new investment volume on the weaker binary team side.

  • B1 to B4 ranked affiliates earn a 40% residual binary commission
  • I1 to I4 ranked affiliates earn a 45% residual binary commission
  • A1 to A4 ranked affiliates earn a 50% residual binary commission

Note that residual binary commissions are capped daily based on rank:

  • Qualified Affiliates can earn up to $500 a day
  • Bronzes can earn up to $1000 a day
  • Silvers can earn up to $1500 a day
  • Gold can earn up to $2000 a day
  • Platinums can earn up to $3000 a day
  • Executives can earn up to $4000 a day
  • Senior Executives can earn up to $5000 a day
  • Emeralds can earn up to $6000 a day
  • Rubys can earn up to $10,000 a day
  • Diamonds can earn up to $15,000 a day
  • Double Diamonds can earn up to $20,000 a day
  • Vice Presidents can earn up to $25,000 a day
  • Presidents can earn up to $50,000 a day
  • Royal Presidents can earn up to $100,000 a day

After weaker binary team side volume has been paid out on, it is matched against the stronger binary team side and flushed.

Any leftover volume on the stronger binary team side carries over.

ROI Matching Bonus

Dream Come True pays a Matching Bonus on daily returns earned by downline affiliates.

The Matching Bonus is paid using the same unilevel compensation structure as residual unilevel commissions (see “Residual Commissions (unilevel) above).

The ROI Matching Bonus is paid out based on rank, down a maximum nine unilevel team levels

  • Executives earn a 3% match on level 1
  • Senior Executives earn a 3% match on level 1 and 2% on level 2
  • Emeralds earn a 3% match on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
  • Rubys earn a 3% match on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 and 4
  • Diamonds earn a 3% match on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 5
  • Double Diamonds earn a 3% match on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 6
  • Vice Presidents earn a 3% match on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 7

Dream Come True Conclusion

Dream Come True is a near identical Ponzi scheme to Ride to the Future.

Main differences are more investment tiers and a higher investment cap (Ride to the Future capped out at $19,999).

The problem for Adnan Ahmed and Asim Jamil when Ride to the Future collapsed is that was it. Victims lost money and the scam was dead.

In an effort to extend Dream Come True when it too inevitably collapses, we have Janex token (JNX).

JNX is a BEP-20 shit token. These take a few minutes to set up at little to no cost.

Watch for Dream Come True’s collapse when daily returns and/or commissions start being paid out in JNX.

This might be a combination payout at first, but eventually Dream Come True will only pay out in JNX.

JNX may also be dumped on public exchanges, facilitating a bagholder exit-scam.

Ultimately however Dream Come True collapses, math guarantees the majority of participants in a Ponzi scheme lose money.

Total Ride to the Future victim numbers and how much they lost remain unknown.

Dubai’s authorities did nothing about Ride to the Future. Don’t expect anything different for Dream Come True.
