Over on Celion Hub’s official YouTube channel we learn three serial fraudsters are behind the company; Jonathan Sifuentes, Alfredo Villanueva and Alex Moreno Trujillo.

Jonathan Sifuentes is best known in the MLM industry for defrauding investors through his Xifra Lifestyle and Decentra Ponzi schemes.

Sifuentes fled to Dubai as Xifra Lifestyle was collapsing in 2022. While he hasn’t been held personally accountable for Xifra Lifestyle and Decentra, Sifuentes did face the music over his involvement in My Trader Coin.

Sifuentes last popped up on BehindMLM radar in mid 2024, as a promoter of the Mavie Global Ponzi scheme.

Alfredo Villaneuva is a former Mavie Global promoter:

Celion Hub’s website domain (“celionhub.com”), was privately registered on August 12th, 2024. This ties into Mavie Global’s core Ponzi collapsing in June 2024.

Celion Hub fails to provide a corporate address on its website. That said, Jonathan Sifuentes was last know to be hiding out in Dubai.

Due to the proliferation of scams and failure to enforce securities fraud regulation, BehindMLM ranks Dubai as the MLM crime capital of the world.

BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:

  1. If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
  2. If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.

The MLM side of Celion Hub pays on recruitment of affiliates who also pay fees.

Celion Hub Affiliate Ranks

There are fourteen affiliate ranks within Celion Hub’s compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  1. Visionary – purchase Premium membership, generate 100 GV a month on your weaker binary team side and recruit and maintain two active recruited affiliates
  2. Entrepreneur – purchase Elite membership, generate 500 GV a month on your weaker binary team side and maintain two active recruited affiliates
  3. Executive – purchase Platinum membership, generate 1000 GV a month on your weaker binary team side and maintain two active recruited affiliates

An “active” Celion Hub affiliate is one that purchases a minimum amount of product each month. This isn’t defined in Celion Hub’s compensation plan.

Celion Hub pays commissions on fees paid by recruited affiliates:

Note that above commission percentages are coded. This means that higher ranked Celion Hub affiliates are paid the difference between their rank percentage and lower-ranked affiliates in their downline.

Residual Commissions

Celion Hub pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day Celion Hub tracks new fee and product purchase volume on both sides of the binary team.

Affiliates are paid a percentage of generated volume based on rank:

  • Visionarys earn a 10% residual commission rate
  • Entrepreneurs earn an 11% residual commission rate
  • Executives earn a 13% residual commission rate
  • Premiers earn a 15% residual commission rate
  • Premier Elites earn a 16% residual commission rate
  • Premier Pros earn a 17% residual commission rate
  • Master Premiers earn an 18% residual commission rate
  • Diamonds earn a 20% residual commission rate
  • Royal Diamonds earn a 21% residual commission rate
  • Presidents earn a 22% residual commission rate

Matching Bonus

Celion Hub pays a Matching Bonus through a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Celion Hub caps the Matching Bonus at seven unilevel team levels.

The Matching Bonus is paid as a percentage of residual commissions earned across these seven levels based on rank:

  • affiliates who purchase Ultimate Master membership but don’t Premier rank qualify earn a 50% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
  • Premiers earn a 50% match on level 1 and 10% on level 2
  • Premier Elites earn a 50% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
  • Premier Pros and Master Premiers earn a 50% match on level 1 and 10% on levels 2 and 3
  • Diamonds and Royal Diamonds earn a 50% match on level 1, 10% on levels 2 and 3 and 5% on level 4
  • Presidents earn a 50% match on level 1 and 10% on levels 2 to 5
  • Presidential Black Diamonds earn a 50% match on level 1, 10% on levels 2 to 5 and 5% on level 6
  • Crown Black Diamonds and higher earn a 50% match on level 1, 10% on levels 2 to 5 and 5% on levels 6 and 7

Loyalty Points

Celion Hub rewards affiliates who purchase products each month by rewarding them with Loyalty Points.

  • purchase 100 PV in products a month and receive a 25% Loyalty Point rate
  • purchase 100 to 199 PV in products a month and receive a 75% Loyalty Point rate
  • purchase over 200 PV in products in a month and receive a 100% Loyalty Point rate

Loyalty Points are rewarded based on recruited affiliates also purchasing Celion Hub products each month:

  • first recruited affiliate = 25% Loyalty Points
  • second recruited affiliate = 50% Loyalty Points
  • third recruited affiliate and onwards = 100% Loyalty Points

Celion Hub’s compensation plan states that Loyalty Point percentages are calculated against “a percentage of the binary points of the products” recruited affiliates purchase.

What Loyalty Points can be used for within Celion Hub is not disclosed.

Global Bonus Pool

Celion Hub takes 3% of company revenue and places it into three smaller 1% Global Bonus Pools

The Global Bonus Pool is paid out to Royal Diamonand and higher ranked affiliates:

  • Royal Diamonds and Presidents receive a share in a 1% Global Bonus Pool
  • Presidential Black Diamonds and Crown Black Diamonds receive a share in a 1% Global Bonus Pool

Founder tier Celion Hub affiliates receive a share in 2% of the company’s annual membership revenue.

Celion Hub Conclusion

Celion Hub is a combination of pyramid fraud with backdoor securities and commodities fraud.

The public facing side of Celion Hub is a simple MLM pyramid scheme. Recruited affiliates pay fees and get paid to recruit others who do the same.

Purchase of products each month is mandatory to qualify for MLM commissions, with the products serving as a vehicle to collect fees to pay commissions out each month.

Securities and commodities fraud comes into play through Sniper Signals SupersonicGPT and AI Next:

Providing automated trading signals to consumers requires registration with commodities related financial regulators. Then there’s AI Next, which offers “process optimization with advanced AI”.

Or as per Celion Hub’s website;

AI Next [is a] cutting-edge AI assistant designed to streamline processes and queries.

If any of that “optimization” or “streamlining” is automated, securities laws are triggered requiring registration with securities regulators.

Celion Hub fails to provide evidence it has registered with financial regulators in any jurisdiction.

Simply put, Celion Hub is the same trading BS Jonathan Sifuentes and friends have been peddling dating back to Xifra. If any of it was legitimate (and registered as is legally required), Sifuentes and friends would have a series of Ponzi collapses behind them.

At a minimum, with Celion Hub we have verifiable pyramid and commodities fraud plus potential securities fraud.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will commissions.

Math guarantees that when a pyramid scheme inevitably collapses, the majority of participants lose money. With Celion Hub, that’s on top of acting on trading advice provided by an MLM company acting as an unregistered broker.
