Adivah Tech provides no company ownership or executive information on its website.

Adivah Tech’s primary website domain (“adivahtech.com”), was privately registered on August 28th, 2022.

Adivah Tech also owns “adivahtradingacademy.com”, however the domain is currently parked.

The Adivah Trading Academy domain was first registered in September 2021. The private registration was last updated on September 15th, 2022.

Adivah Trading Academy’s official FaceBook page was created on May 8th, 2021. I believe this was the intended original name for Adivah Tech.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Adivah Tech’s Products

Adivah Tech has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able to market Adivah Tech affiliate membership itself.

Adivah Tech’s Compensation Plan

Adivah Tech affiliates invest $250 or more on the promise of a passive “3%-5% daily target” ROI.

Adivah Tech charges a 25% fee on generated returns.

Adivah Tech runs its MLM opportunity on EnviFX’s forex platform. Thus the MLM side of Adivah Tech is paid out based on EnviFX’s compensation plan.

Trading Commissions

Envi FX pays commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Envi FX caps payable unilevel team levels at five.

Commissions are paid per lot trade volume across these five levels as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – $1.50 per lot
  • levels 2 to 5 – 75 cents per lot

A lot is typically 100,000 units of the base currency being traded. How this factors into Envi FX’s simulated trading is unclear.

High Rise and Top Heavy ranked Envi FX affiliates receive higher commission rates:

  • High Rise ranked affiliates earn $2 on level 1, $1 on level 2, 95 cents on level 3, 30 cents on level 4 and 25 cents on level 5
  • Top Heavy ranked affiliates earn $2.50 on level 1, $1.50 on level 2 and 50 cents on level 3

Note that High Rise and Top Heavy rank qualification criteria is not provided.

Joining Adivah Tech

Adivah Tech Conclusion

Adivah Tech is the second EnviFX fraudulent investment platform BehindMLM has reviewed.

The first was Automated Capital, which predictably ended in widespread losses last week. Adivah Tech is more of the same.

Whereas Automated Capital was run by Kyle Cole and Hendry J Argus, who EnviFX has farmed Adivah Tech out to is unclear.

Adivah Tech has one marketing video, featuring a computer generated host and robovoice dub.

Like Automated Capital, Adivah Tech coordinates its investment fraud through a Telegram group.

If you take Adivah Tech at face value, the company is committing securities and commodities fraud.

Neither Adivah Tech or EnviFX provide evidence they have registered with financial regulators. In the US this would be the SEC and CFTC.

The MLM side of Adivah Tech adds an additional layer of fraud. Without retail sales, Adivah Tech as an MLM opportunity operates as a pyramid scheme.

BehindMLM maintains the only reason MLM companies opt to operate illegally is because they aren’t doing what they claim to be.

Be it tomorrow, the next day, next week, next month or whenever, Adivah Trade will inevitably end in the majority of participants losing money.

The only people making money in EnviFX’s fraudulent opportunities are the people running them and promoters.
