Been getting the odd comment from people a bit lost over there Zeek Rewards claim. I typically tell them to get in contact with the Receivership but that doesn’t really help when the Receivership apparently isn’t responding to every email sent in. Well, good news for affiliate victims stuck in this situation.

This one’s been going on in the background for a while now but pending a resolution, I haven’t given it any airtime. Pertaining to the SEC’s case against Zeek Rewards, the court-appointed Receivership recently filed its Status Report for the third quarter of 2014. Below is a summary of the more important points outlined in the report.

Although it was filed back in August, we only found out about the Zeek Receivership’s lawsuit against Canadian net-winners through a Receivership update published yesterday. A complaint was first filed on the 15th of August, with an amended complaint (which added additional investors to the list of defendants) filed shortly thereafter on September 4th. In the aftermath of the Zeek Rewards Ponzi scheme, Robert Craddock (right) self-styled himself as a major player in hustling of disenfranchised investors into new reload schemes. An update from the Zeek Rewards Receveirship today concerning insider and net-winner settlements. At the time of publication, all insiders bar Darryle Douglas have entered into settlements with the Receivership. Douglas has thus far failed to hold himself accountable for his part in the $850 million Zeek Ponzi scheme, and remains in hiding. Default judgement [Continue reading…]
