How Payza & friends are screwing Zeek Rewards investors

Yesterday BehindMLM reported on a court order directing Payza, Payment World and VictoriaBank to return $13.1 million dollars in funds stolen through Zeek Rewards. Today the Zeek Receiver’s filed accompanying Memorandum has also been unsealed, shedding light on the games the three entities have been playing over the past three years.


Zeek Receiver demands Payza turn over $13 million

The ongoing battle between the Zeek Rewards Receiver and Payza looks set to heat up, with the filing of a contempt motion on February 12th. The motion requests the court order Payza, Payment World and VictoriaBank turn over stolen Ponzi funds, or in the alternative they be found in contempt.


NxPay to return $3.5 million to Zeek Ponzi victims

SEC sues top Zeek Rewards promoter Trudy Gilmond

Trudy Gilmond was one of the top earners in the Zeek Rewards Ponzi scheme. For her efforts, Gilmond was named a net-winner and was sued by the court-appointed Zeek Rewards Receiver. Robert Craddock sentenced to 6 months jail

Despite pleading to be spared any jail time just over a week ago, Robert Craddock has been sentenced to six months in prison. The sentence is in connection to two counts of wire fraud, which Craddock plead guilty to back in June.


Zeek Reciever going after Darryle Douglas for contempt

With his plans to launch Auction Attics using the Zeek affiliate database in ruins, Darryle Douglas’ mounting legal problems continue to escalate. The latest has seen the Zeek Receiver file a motion ‘requiring Darryle Douglas to personally appear and show cause‘. This filing sees Douglas now facing contempt for failing to comply with court orders.


Craddock begs to be spared jail time

Zeek Rewards figure Robert Craddock plead guilty to unrelated wire fraud back in June.
