Xifra Global (Decentra) securities fraud warning from Spain
Xifra Global has received a securities fraud warning from Spain’s Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores.
Xifra Global is part of the Xifra Lifestyle Ponzi scheme, which was rebooted as Decentra earlier this year.
As per the CNMV’s June 27th warning, Xifra Global
is not authorised to provide the investment services set out in Article 140 of the Spanish Securities Markets Act, which include investment advice.
This is the equivalent of a securities fraud warning in other jurisdictions.
Xifra Global is a front website for Xifra Lifestyle, a Ponzi scheme launched by Jonathan Sifuentes in late 2019.
The CNMV issued a separate Xifra Lifestyle securities fraud warning in November 2020.
Xifra Global’s social media accounts were abandoned back in April:
This coincides with Sifuentes rebooting Xifra Lifestyle as Decentra.
Sifuentes fled to Dubai following his January 2022 arrest in Mexico. Authorities in the US have also sued Sifuentes for securities fraud.
Last month Philippine authorities issued a similar securities fraud warning against Decentra. This was followed up by the arrest of nineteen Decentra affiliate promoters.
Sifuentes has not made any public appearances since fleeing to Dubai. Decentra has not publicly addressed its securities fraud warnings, or the arrest of promoters in the Philippines.

I have invested $3,000 in IFRA.For my return on my investment was in order until June 1, 2024 in the amount of $797.80, or 27%. From that date to today, I have not received any notification and cannot log in and see the problem.
I beg for an answer. Greetings…
