North Carolina Sec Div urges USI-Tech victims to come forward
Following less than successful attempts reach out to USI-Tech victims in North Carolina, the Securities Division is broadening its appeal.
With permission from an investigative agent working for the North Carolina Secretary of State, the following message is conveyed;
The Securities Division of the NC Secretary of State would like to speak with anyone who believes they have lost funds through USI-Tech and are residents of North Carolina or whom were brought into USI-Tech by a sponsor from North Carolina.
If you meet this criteria, please contact the Securities Division through their website at www.sosnc.gov or by calling (919) 814-5505.
We usually don’t like to broadcast that phone number but, the fact of the matter is that our earlier attempts on social media have not been as successful as we had hoped, so we are willing to put that number out there this time.
The North Carolina Securities Division are currently pursuing a case against Frank Calabro Jr., one of USI-Tech’s top investors.
Separately the regulator is believed to be investigating USI-Tech as a company. Whether this investigation extends to a federal level with the SEC has not been confirmed.
Is there any Sec Div for South Florida USI-Tech victims to contact as we have lost close to $100,000 of our hard earned money with USI-Tech and there is no resolution or attempt being made to pay us back our investment. Let alone the promise of 20 to 40 percent.
There are a lot of people throughout Florida that need to be able to contact the SEC or proper government agency to be able to come together for help with a resolution.
I don’t know if there’s an investigation open but your best bet is the Florida Division of Securities.
