TelexFree victim claim deadline extended to March 15, 2017

Following a hearing held on December 21st, the TelexFree victim claim deadline has been extended until March 15th, 2017.
Earlier this month the TelexFree Trustee requested the extension in anticipation of publicity surrounding the sentencing of James Merrill in February.
The Trustee believes Merrill’s sentencing will prompt some TelexFree victims who have not yet filed a claim to do so.
In an order made on December 21st, Judge Hoffman agreed.
@Oz – did TelexFree have any affiliation in Central/ South America with UniverTeam (one of the failed ponzis OneCoin “partnered” with)?
I came across a site that seemed to affiliate the two, but I’d never heard of any known connection prior and want to know of you had heard of any link. Thanks.
Not officially. Would have been a lot of crossover affiliate wise though. The Ponzi community was strong there at that time and jumping collectively from one scam to the next.
Now the deadline for claiming/filling the form has come what is the next step and how and when are we goner get our money back??????
Now you wait for the Receiver to allow/deny claims. Getting some of your money back is still 6-12 months away at a minimum.
