Onewiex has received a securities fraud warning from Ontario, Canada.

As per the Ontario Securities Commission’s December 14th warning

Onewiex is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.

Onewiex surfaced in mid 2023 and is believe to be the unofficial successor to Quwiex. Both Ponzi schemes are believed to be run by Russian scammers.

The first iteration of Onewiex operated from the domain “onewiex.com”. It collapsed in August 2023.

A reboot appears to have been launched on the domain “onewiex.org”, privately registered on August 19th, 2023.

SimilarWeb tracked just ~100 visits to Onewiex’s .ORG domain in November 2023.

As part of its reboot ruse, Onewiex registered Onewiex Ltd as a Canadian shell company on August 31st. This likely contributed to OSC’s Onewiex securities fraud warning.
