Vietnamese OneCoin scammer arrested in Thailand
A top Vietnamese OneCoin promoter has been arrested attempting to leave Thailand.
Thailand’s Immigration Buraeu intercepted Mr. Ngoc as he attempted to leave the country.
Ngoc was on an international criminal blacklist and, after his passport triggered an alarm, was arrested at Suvarnabhumi International Airport on October 2nd.
Thai authorities claim Ngoc has been charged with promoting OneCoin to Vietnamese and Thai victims of the Ponzi scheme.
Part of Ngoc’s deception was falsely telling investors they could use OneCoin in place of Thai baht.
Following his arrest Ngoc has
confessed to working with seven other fraudsters, including Thai and Vietnamese, in deceiving people to invest in OneCoin.
The names of Ngoc’s accomplices have not been released.
I wonder who else’s name is on this international criminal blacklist…
Me too! Hoping that Simon Le is on that list along with the major Diamond Leaders.
I’m sure many more top tier multi millionaire one conners must be presently shuffling to hide their riches they stole!
What top tier figures had downline levels into the thousands?
If the Ruja podcast is anything to go by, Igor Alberts doesn’t give a crap. He’s in his Netherlands castle living off OneCoin victim funds.
Nobody there seems to care.
Everybody else seems to be hiding in Dubai.
Oh those silly rogue IMA’s. Of course OC is clean as the first winter snow and is not to blame…
Igor Albert’s made a mistake by talking to the press…
On Facebook exists this account of a OneCoin scammer from Vietnam:
Ngoc Cao OL OneCoin was in Bangkok on September 29th! Theoretically, this scammer could be considered.

Strange is that the Facebook account constantly receives new entries. đŸ˜® Of the arrested, they can not come, but possibly from another person, a member of his family?
I had a look for Ngocs in OneCoin and it seems to be a common enough name.
Wasn’t confident naming anyone in particular đŸ˜€
Will the arrest alarm the Vietnam gov?
Wait and see.
Thailand is doing what they said they would do.
First they arrested Mana Chu Mueang on September 4. The Thai authorities said several co-conspirators remain at large and may have fled the country.
One has to wonder if Ngoc was one of those co-conspirators.
