OneCoin conviction appeals in China mostly denied (Ignatova still MIA)
Back August/September it emerged that thirty-five OneCoin affiliates had been arrested in China.
In a ruling that pretty much certified OneCoin an illegal pyramid scheme across China, affiliate sentenced ranged from probation to “several years imprisonment”.
Appeals against the sentences were filed, with a ruling handed down a few days ago.
As per a December 27th ruling by the Zhuzhou Intermediate People’s Court:
- five affiliates had their appeals rejected (sentences stayed the same)
- two affiliates had their appeals rejected for being improper
- one affiliate was given permission to retract his appeal
- five affiliate appeals were upheld and their sentences vacated
The remaining twenty-two affiliates will pay penalties and/or serve out their sentences as originally ruled.
Sentences given to the OneCoin affiliates range from four years to ten months and fines topping $230,535 USD.
The $2.1 million authorities recovered at the time of the initial arrests was ordered to be handed over to the Chinese treasury.
OneCoin itself began to implode globally in the second-half of 2017.
Top affiliates fled the sinking ship for top positions in similar Ponzi schemes, many of whom also convinced their OneCoin downlines to follow.
To the best of my knowledge none of these scammers have taken responsibility for their role in the promotion of OneCoin and victim losses.
Ruja Ignatova, OneCoin’s founder the last remaining executive, hasn’t been seen or heard from in public since mid 2017.
Last we heard she was sailing around Bulgaria in a $15 million dollar yacht, believed to have been purchased with stolen OneCoin investor funds.
To date Bulgarian authorities have given no indication they are investigating OneCoin or any of its principals.
Lol, stay classy Gerlach:
So uh, the President of Bulgaria is now running OneCoin? Alrighty then.
gerlachreport.com/news/bulgarische-mafia-hat-onecoin-uebernommen
but but but gerlach was insisting that they stood by their story of ruja’s ‘arrest’ in germany?
now they’re whispering about a ‘violent end’? it seems gerlach will not turn over a new leaf in the new year. same ole same ole rubbish journalism.
though, it is true that bulgaria is one of the most corrupt nations in the EU and the mafia is intertwined with politics. it has often been hinted that onecoin also has mafia backing.
but you need proof to make such claims decisively. sorry gerlach cant take your shit seriously!
violent end of Ruja Ignatova? nah, she’s probably on a beach somewhere stuffing herself.
The Bulgarian Prime Minister murdered Ignatova in a $15 million dollar yacht jail on New Years Eve. #obvious
There, that’s more believable.
OneLife Team??? Happy New Year 2018!

Dealshitter open deals decreased almost by 4,000 last night when mass-produced Chinese deals expired all at the same time. Instead of 12,000 open deals there are now 8,000 open deals in Dealshitter.
You don’t need to be the brightest bulb in the box to understand how fake those deals were to begin with.
To expire at the same time they’d have had to of been added at the same time.
So um what, 1/3rd of the offers on DealShaker were added on the same day? Riiiiiiiiiiiight.
No, that’s not true. The person who creates the deal can set the expiry date separately from the begin date. But for some reason one third of the merchants had collectively shared the idea to use the same end date for their deals.
(Riiiiiiiiiiiiight)
Haha come on guys..

Hmm 10K challenge….now where have i heard that before?
Ahh yes it was the December-January month when Vick Strizheus told everyone to work extra hard at promoting Big Idea Mastermind or BIM but unknown to those sheep he was doctoring the signup form so every BIM signup went to his Empower Network affiliate link and netted him over $700k in 28 days i believe.
This article is not related but I think it always helps to remind ourselves what these scumbags are capable of and never forget the real crooks on the internet 😉
RE: $10K Challenge
…for an alleged MULTI BILLION $€ COMPANY??? LMAO. For relativity sake, they should just call it “The Penny Challenge.”
Greedy Bastards. Lol. What’s that? Like 2 packages? Hahaha. Poor saps and suckers.
Hey Tim
How did your court case turned out? If I remember correctly there was some sort of on important date at the end of December…
@Peter Rener
On Dec. 22nd the Plaintiff, Chris Principe‘s Attorneys, attempted to win a motion for injunction regarding shutting me up from including Chris Principe’s good name (Lol) in my public service and consumer advocacy warnings against Onecoin scam and it’s most infamous and active promoters/ scammers.
Specifically, they wanted no contact, no tagging on social media or Twitter, no contacting anyone in his circle (or some such strange request). That would also go for any of my …agents, employees, affiliates, associates, assignees….and other things I believe they probably just made up.
Needless to day, my Attorney and I believe that no such injunction order would be granted. In fact on my Twitter account I’ve been sharing various Onecoin related data and documents, including those related to Principe’s connection with Trade Solutions Group and the MoonLearning(.com series) Gift Code channels used to facilitate delivery of Onecoin packages for payments, around the world.
Oh. And they don’t like made tagging various local Authorities, FBI, SEC, FINRA, FCA, The ECB, FinCEN, and various media and other govt agencies on such communications, either.
We still await The Honorable Judge Staton’s official statement and ruling, which is pending and should be published within the next days.
RE: Chris Principe:
It appears Judge Staton’s Ruling has been released!!! I haven’t even opened it yet, and I may need to pay ANOTHER fee to do so, but HERE IT IS: pacermonitor.com/public/case/21058933/Chris_Principe_v_Timothy_Curry
I’m publishing it before I’ve even read it myself ..eeek
Had it on my calendar for an update next week.
On it, give me an hour or so depending on how long the judgment is.
Motion denied and it’s seven pages long. Going through it now.
As said before, Dealshitter went through quite a cleanup at the end of year (more precisely, almost one third of all open deals just magically happened to be set to expire at the same time).
Here is a coverage of it: http://kusetukset.blogspot.fi/2018/01/onecoin-dealshakers-new-years-flush.html
