David Pike pleads guilty to OneCoin fraud, $2 mill judgment
OneCoin money launderer David Pike has pled guilty to one count of bank fraud.
As per a Consent Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, presented at Pike’s October 19th plea control hearing, he is also subject to a $2.09 million dollar judgment.
Pike’s 2020 superseding indictment detailed four instances of fraud across one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
As per the filing, the $2.09 million judgment amount represents
the amount of proceeds traceable to the commission of the offense charged.
The order was signed off on by Judge Ramos at the October 19th hearing.
Looking forward, a sentencing date has yet to be scheduled.
It’s anticipated, in addition to his $2.09 million forfeiture judgment, that Pike will spend time in prison.
BehindMLM tracks OneCoin sentencing dates in a separate regularly updated article.
Update 2nd March 2022 – On March 1st David Pike was sentenced to two years probation.
@Oz – spell check – RE:
*four
(Message shall self-destruct upon your command)
Interesting. So let’s see how Scott s manipulation with DOJ will continue.
Since Pike was hired by Scott to work for him and launder money for onecoin. How is going to get out of this one?
David Pike making 2 million vs Scott who pocket 50 million and he set up the fake hedge funds.
After using medical excuse and now perjury excused is all bullshit.
Scott is one who need to be in jail he is the biggest crook on earth.
I’ve been wondering who will have the “honor” of actually getting the fist US custodial sentence for the OC saga.
It would be absolutely sick for Pike to go away longer than Scott (his boss effectively), Armenta, Ignatov or Greenwood.
One thing is for sure. Whatever sentence Sebastian gets will be reduced by the mount of time he has spent in custody with the US Authorities.
Depending on when his trial is, or if he does a plea deal, then sentencing date, it could be 3 years reduction.
One thing is for sure, if he goes to trial the prosecution will ask for the maximum sentence if he is found guilty.
All good Tim, thanks for catching that.
According to Inner City Press Twitter coverage of the hearing, Pike’s sentencing is scheduled for January 21.

Thanks. Will hold off until there’s a filing on this particular one.
Sometimes dates change slightly between hearing and a scheduling notice.
According to Inner City Press, Pike’s plea deal is six to twelve months and 2 Million usd.

well this should help finally sentence scott, even if k perjured himslef.
so his assistant knew whats going on buT scott himself didn’t? also interesting what will happen to armenta, he cooperated somehow, but had a quite crucial role and still kept on doing shit after his arrest.
get those two out of the way and greenwood will plead guilty. they will hang him at trial… k’s time served is also gone.
I had no idea that Pike is 61. Facing any amount of time at that age is quite something

Call me a sceptic but is Grandpa Pike really going to spend a day in prison when years later Armenta, Scott, Ignatov, Ignatova are still basically at liberty?
Matthew Russell Lee says the David Pike’s plea deal doesn’t include a co-operation agreement
anchor.fm/innercity-press/episodes/Oct-20-Parnas-opts-to-not-testify–OneCoin-Pike-gets-easy-6-month-plea–UN-compared-to-Ghislaine-e1929ks
Mark Scott’s case is pretty hopeless given the overwhelming evidence against him, so Pike’s co-operation likely wouldn’t be needed there, but I thought that there are other pending cases in which he might be useful. I’m talking about key employees and affiliates of Gilbert Armenta besides Mark Scott.
Even if there is no co-operation element, Pike might still testify against Scott and other OneCoin criminals, but he is not doing it for more lenient setence.
But I still find the lack of it and dropping of three charges for this lenient agreement somewhat baffling…
@Oz, what were the 3 other counts Pike was facing?
All I see here is the “Count ONE: Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud”:
courtlistener.com/docket/16817637/220/united-states-v-scott/
well still you don’t know if he didn’t supply the government with information or evidence against scott they can use now.
also him pleading exactly now guilty, when scott is in his final desperate period of getting himself out.
once he gets sentenced, all others will too. the judge will see they are all a bunch of crooks. even if they worked with the doj they continued doing things.
and i doubt they will get lenient sentences. especially i have a feeling the goverment might be slightly pissed with all that scott is doing right niw
As someone who doesn’t understand the US justice system, could someone please explain to me how Armenta, Scott and Ignatov are all still under house arrest and not behind bars while having been caught out committing other crimes?
It is possible because of over crowding in the jail, COVID19 restrictions, they are paying for their home detention instead of the DOJ paying for their incarceration (the American Tax Payer) are my guess as to why.
Also, it does not mean that these violations will not be used against them at sentencing, which means they could end up with a longer sentence than they would have originally received.
Fuck, now I’m confused. I was going by my previous report:
https://behindmlm.com/companies/onecoin/details-of-david-pikes-onecoin-bank-fraud-indictment/
I must have gotten four from somewhere but as you point out, the superseding indictment only lists one count. And I acknowledged that later in the article:
I think what I’ve done is used “counts” in the opening paragraph, where I could have been clearer with “instances”.
The instances of fraud detailed in the indictment are:
1. The scheme (para 2)
2. lying to a bank (3a.)
3. emailing Scott (3b.)
4. lying to federal agents (3c.)
If it’s not that then four is an oddly specific number to come up with.
I’ll update both this article and the indictment one. Thanks for catching that.

Surely Pike pleading guilty takes away any chance of Scott not going to prison?
David Pike is a good man, a very good man. Innocent. Well, almost, innocent.
Because it was all Mark Scott’s fault of course.

Funny to read what Pikes lawyer is saying …a good men.
Full of shit. Mark s Scott and David R Pike know each other over 30 years.
Mark s Scott went to his wedding back in the days.
They also were close and both a criminal minded and criminals.
Out of sudden Pikes plates dump. ..and he only took the job to help his family…Jesus he is seating on his 3 million dollar home.
What makes me sick He used his son who has autism.
Pike as guilty as Scott for doing what he did and got caught.
That whole document drips of honey. If Pike can help nail Scott, Armenta, Dilkinska, Ignatov and Ignatova, good. Give him a pass if necessary
David Pike was sentenced to two years probation, three months of which will be with a 7pm – 7am curfew location monitoring.
Obviously very light sentence, even though couldn’t expect much because of the plea with 6-12 months max.
