NovaTech FX withdrawal problems, CoinPayments blamed
NovaTech FX investors are having withdrawal troubles.
As per corporate updates shared with investors on Telegram, payment processor CoinPayments is being blamed.
Presently it appears NovaTech FX’s withdrawal issues are localized to tether withdrawals.
We are noticing a growing number of issues arising concerning USDT cash out requests.
We approve and send them, they are shown as SENT in the backoffice, but they are being rejected on the blockchain.
This is most likely due to the payments processor being unable to process – or – the exchange receiving the funds is rejecting the deposit.
We have brought this issue up to CoinPayments, who has attempted to whitelist exchanges in order to avoid further issue, but it still seems to be randomly occurring.
NovaTech FX investors are being told to withdraw using other cryptocurrencies, which still appear to work for now.
CoinPayments markets itself as “the world’s largest provider of cryptocurrency payment services”.
- CoinPayments is operated through UAB Star Ventures, a Lithuanian shell company
- CoinPayment’s marketing material points to the British Virgin Islands
- CoinPayment’s User Agreement cites the London Court of International Arbitration
CoinPayments was co-founded by Sina Mirzaie. As of March 2022 the processor is headed up by Dennis Pederson.
Mirzaie and Pederson are residents of British Columbia, Canada. CoinPayments’ official FaceBook page is managed from Canada, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic.
Despite ties to shady jurisdictions, it appears CoinPayments is primarily based out of and run by individuals in Canada.
NovaTech FX’s withdrawal problems follow a securities fraud warning issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission earlier this month.
BehindMLM can’t confirm NovaTech FX’s withdrawal problems are the result of an ongoing regulatory investigation. If they are, this will not be publicly disclosed until an enforcement action is filed.
What we can confirm is this:
The US makes up the majority of traffic to both NovaTech FX’s and CoinPayments’ websites.
CoinPayments’ User Agreement states;
We reserve the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, Sanctions Programs, legal process, or governmental request.
We reserve the right to cancel and/or suspend your Account and/or block transactions or freeze funds immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your Account is associated with a Prohibited Activity.
NovaTech FX is a Ponzi scheme committing securities fraud. Earlier this year BehindMLM reported on CoinPayments dumping OneCoin within 48 hours.
It would appear, at least in some circumstances, that running a Ponzi scheme is against CoinPayments’ TOS.
Coinciding with withdrawal issues, co-founder and CEO Cynthia Petion announced NovaTech FX has deleted all queued support tickets.
I know this is a drastic measure. It’s not something we would have liked to have done but I do think it’s a necessity in order for us to be able to address issues more quickly.
Cynthia and husband Eddy Petion run NovaTech FX from Florida.
Pending further updates, stay tuned.
Game over…move on!!….
Received my USDT payment from NovaTech without a problem yesterday. I’m on Binance by the way.
Was going to get into this….but now ???? I dunno.
Crypto-tuna in the next few months or years, karma will play out and you will loose 2 fold!! mark my words!!
Any deposit made now is a donation…
Coinpayments stopped allowing accounts from the US in July. Message from Coinoayments.
NovaTech FX is a US based and operated company with a majority US resident investor base.
Go figure.
Also “the market” didn’t change in the US. Securities fraud has been illegal since the 1930s.
If you go to the Coinpayments website and try to join , if you have an IP in the US you get this error message.
ERROR: YOU ARE IN A BLOCKED JURISDICTION
Novatech must be claiming to be in another country on their Coinpayments or using an IP outside the US.
I have reached out to CoinPayments and they confirmed that “NovaTech is not registered in the US”.
So they’re definitely using an international address to continue doing business with CoinPayments.
Having also provided CoinPayments will all of the proof of NoveTech being a scam, they replied with:
Fun Fact: An offshore shell company never stopped the SEC from regulating securities fraud.
CoinPayments is complicit, violating their own TOS and harming consumers by turning a blind eye to fraud.
I’d imagine NovaTech FX is one of their biggest revenue sources at the moment. We’ll no doubt get to read about it when the inevitable SEC lawsuit drops.
This is why due diligence is necessary. Whether you got in before or even now, you would be participating in a ponzi scam.
You should already have enough information to realize this. The real question is are you going to ignore the warnings and red flags.
Novatech has weekly zoom meetings. Does that make them more legitimate and safer to invest?
This is a parody post, right?
If I burned your house down and boasted about it on Zoom, would that mean I wasn’t an arsonist?
Why would holding Zoom meetings make criminal activity legitimate?
Weekly Zoom meetings mean nothing. The scammers count on them to add an air of legitimacy and to keep the suckers on the hook as long as possible.
One thing technology has done is make it easier for scammers to spread their lies.
I would say that makes them more risky and illegitimate.
Have you ever seen a Fortune 500 or even a medium-sized successful business need “Weekly Zoom meetings”.
No. They just make money.
I just withdrew using BTC. I think I will keep withdrawing every month from now on.
I can not even access my wallet to withdraw funds from novatechfx and i have submitted many tickets to them without any response.
i now consider myself scammed… lost a lot of hard worked money and also told my wife to put hers which is eating me from inside,,,
i trusted 2 years of record from a friend of mine who told me about it… but it seems i arrived and joined when it was too late… takes me years to recover from this…
Novatech not responding to support tickets….is anyone surprised…lol
Withdraws from trading account are supposed to be processed within 14 days…
Members are now reporting that they are waiting 20days or more….
Ponzi is imploding…
Keeping an eye on this. There seems to be some discrepancy between withdrawals from “trading” wallet and the “bonus” wallet.
I figure this is down to one being linked directly to new investment and the other a separate pool of previously invested funds.
Either way whatever is going on, only one reason a Ponzi scheme starts having inevitable withdrawal issues.
Bring on the annual holiday collapse run.
Since I have made a withdrawal from my trading account, I haven’t received it in my wallet address account, can I please get some help regarding that matter.
Sure. You tried to withdraw monopoly money that doesn’t exist.
You invested in a Ponzi scheme. Sorry for your loss.
Why is novatec taking a week to withdraw from bonus still don’t have
Because NovaTech FX is a Ponzi scheme.
No trading account withdraws requests made since 6th December have been paid…
Novatech is done…
Thanks for the update. I’ll give it till Feb 6th before calling it.
I like whole numbers :D.
You are going down as a company. We all know what’s happening in court!
Cynthia is blaming the new pay processor as part of the reason for the delays…
This is of course the exact opposite of what she said when AWS mining withdraws were delayed….

That sounds like a recent excuse after months of radio silence?
If so Petion is trying to piggyback on the recent (as in last weekend) banking issues affecting crypto exchanges.
That has nothing to do with NovaTech FX’s withdrawal delays backdated to last November.
What’s happening in court??..
From zoom call few days ago…
NovaTech is not yet thinking about closing the system to mean that those that have signed up are enough. This is to allow others that have struggling financially to have an opportunity to have a chance to overcome their financial difficulties.
However, should you be unhappy with NovaTech you are free to leave and not prevent others from achieving their dreams and attaining their goals.
The responsibility to protect NovaTech lies in those who benefit from it.
QuikiPay is a recent development, again doesn’t explain withdrawal non-payments backdated to last November.
Same issue here. If all is legitimate the CEO would let people know and get involved to get people their money now to assure.
If not people will stop investing and then company will fall.
Not looking good. Better off the just buy Bitcoin and sell on your own.
I finally received a 50 dollar cashout after a month. Ill post here if and when i receive the bigger amount.
But since the 50 test cashout happened.. i am now less concerned. One of my friends also cashed out 10k but it took him 30 days.
Why do you novatech shills feel the need to deceive people with your bs??…
You might have been paid from your bonus account(referral commissions)in 30 days but that should have taken 3 days…
Meanwhile members who requested 6th December are waiting now more than 7 weeks for trading account withdraws which should be done in 2 weeks…
No matter how hard you try to convince people otherwise the novatech ponzi scam has imploded…
I’m not here to defend or bash NovatechFX. In fact, I recently invested a very small amount into the company before I started to research the company.
I will say this for those complaining about the time it takes for you to get access to your funds, call your bank (Ozedit: snip, see below)
NovaTech FX isn’t a bank. Comparing it to a bank is a strawman derail. In other words, an attempt to defend financial fraud.
If you wish to discuss banks, Starbucks, lottery tickets, stock picks or anything else that has nothing to do with NovaTech FX, do it elsewhere.
I requested a cashout from my trading account from 2/1/2023 and its was still pending till today. I have not been able to get anyone in support.
I finally contacted my team lead and was sent that message saying not before April 1st.
No email was sent to me prior. She recommended me to cancel the request, but reading this I will be filling a complaint and can only hope this April 1st non-sense pays.
I strongly believe it is their exit scam. No more meeting invites, nothing on my telegram group since mid January.
We received 470$ bonus account cashout after around one month. i am still awaiting another cshout from my bonus account for about 3 weeks now and haven’t got it yet.
i have another friend who cashed out 30k and it took them 1 month.
i also had my total trading account cash out request but i cancelled it after they announced they will not pay them for 60 days.
one part of me thinks that as many ppl tried to cashout they got afraid and decided to stop this from going down.
i still remain pessimistic but will wait and see how the proposed 3 weeks working day Bonus account cash out works.
regardless we all took a risk by investing in a crypto platform with no known physical adderess and means of tracking.
it has worked for two years, and i hoe they figure out a way to make it work onward too.
or they will face long term prison sentences and we all know what happened to FTX…
@Milad
You can’t undo securities fraud. Regardless of what does or doesn’t happen, the Petions and top NovaTech FX promoters and earners face wire fraud charges. regardless.
At this point it’s a question of whether those charges will be civil (SEC), criminal (DOJ) or both.
