Blessings In No Time co-founders Marlon and Lashonda Moore have pled guilty to related criminal charges.

Plea agreements were filed under seal on January 16th. In the agreements the Moores (right) each pled guilty to one count of money laundering.

defer[red] acceptance of the plea agreement until after review of the presentence report.

On January 31st the DOJ filed motions seeking preliminary orders of forfeiture for $446,761.

Blessings In No Time (BINT) was an MLM gifting scheme launched in August 2020.

In June 2021 BINT and the Moore’s were jointly sued by the FTC and Texas AG. The civil fraud lawsuit accused the Moores of running a multi-million gifting scheme.

The Moores settled with the FTC for $9.7 million in July 2023. They were then indicted on BINT related criminal charges a few months later in November.

Pending filing of pre-sentencing reports, the Moores’ BINT sentencing has yet to be scheduled.
