Following reports of his arrest in the UK in mid 2025, Jimmy Bennett is now targeting North American consumers with a shady loan program.

Bennett’s is currently promoting Manifest exclusively through email to US and Canada residents.

You won’t find any mention of the scheme on Manifest’s website or social media profiles. In fact Manifest’s official FaceBook page was abandoned in March 2025. Manifest’s official Instagram profile hasn’t been updated since April 2025.

Bennett himself is still active, representing he’s returned to Dubai as of late February 2025.

Manifest’s latest scheme sees it pitch US consumers on “getting funded”.

We’ve already helped multiple Manifest members secure funding, and the demand has been moving fast.

If you’ve been considering funding for a business of personal need, now is a great time to explore what options may be available to you.

Manifest recently partnered with lending specialists that cater specifically to our clients.

Whether you need extra cash to finish a project, an injection of funds to start a business, help covering unexpected medical bills or emergencies, or you’re simply relying on personal cards to keep things moving – there are options to explore.

We focus on fast, flexible funding up to $150,000 for real people and real businesses, often within 24 hours, depending on the product and approval.

The loans are being offered under Manifest branding, however it’s unclear whether there’s an MLM referral component attached.

Alongside shady funding from non-disclosed sources, Bennett is also selling unregistered virtual Manifest shares;

We also have some remaining shares available on our 20 percent equity raise with most now allocated.

This secures 1 percent of all future profit of the company for just 5,000 GBP, 6750 USD.

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to get in at the ground level on something that is going to be built to stand the test of time!

This is going to help us rebuild the company back up with the regulated fund I really believe we can make this a multimillion dollar company again especially with the recovery of the previous broker funds [sic].

We are paying out company profits quarterly.

Neither Bennett or Manifest is registered to offer securities in either the US or UK. This means the selling of Manifest shares, virtual or otherwise, is illegal.

Wire fraud and money laundering may also come into play with the promise of passive returns each quarter.

In addition to Dubai, Bennett’s Instagram profile places him in Miami.

Whether Bennett has disclosed his purported 2025 UK arrest to US authorities is unclear.

Manifest began as Manifest FX, an MLM forex trading scheme launched in late 2021. BehindMLM revisited Manifest in 2024, confirming ongoing pyramid, securities and suspected commodities fraud.

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority issued a Manifest securities fraud warning in January 2025. Shortly thereafter Manifest’s unregistered trading scheme is believed to have collapsed.

Pending further action from authorities, investor losses across Bennett’s various Manifest schemes remains unknown.
