Global Mobile Network Review: VOIP & Power Units?
Global Mobile Network (also known as World Global Mobile Network, World GMN and Wor(l)d Global Mobile Network) launched in late 2010 and is headed up by CEO and President Fabio Galdi.
The company appears to be headquartered in Singapore, although Global Mobile Network also provides addresses in Italy (marketing and logistics) and China (product design and manufacture).
Prior to the launch of Global Mobile Network, Galdi (right) states on his LinkedIn profile that he was a “business partner” of Telme Network Pte Ltd between April 2006 and March 2010.
Telme Network doesn’t exist today, but seems to have been some sort of telecommunications based MLM company. Despite not being stated on his LinkedIn profile, I found affiliates crediting Galdi as the founder of Telme Network on various social media platforms.
Read on for a full review of the Global Mobile Network MLM business opportunity.
The Global Mobile Network Product Line
The Global Mobile Network website is cluttered with irrelevant information and videos making it a laborious effort to ascertain what their products are.
As best I can tell, the company markets a tablet PC they call the “Diamond Pad” and a “mobile advertising delivery app” they call AdKash.
For the first time on the market, a mobile device is capable of generating continuous revenue for its users and for all entrepreneurs who take part in the project.
Our mobile devices are unique to the world. They pay you each time you receive a call, an sms or an mms, thanks to your innovative AdKash system.
A “video comm suite” also features on the Global Mobile Network website, which appears to be some sort of VOIP communications app.
As per a Global Mobile Network affiliate’s replicated online store, the prices for the company’s products are as follows:
- Diamond Pad – $465
- Unlimited calls via VOIP (monthly) – $55
- Video Comm Suite (monthly) – $55
- VOIP Airtime – $6, $12, $25 or $65 as required
There’s also something about “power clouds” where affiliates can buy “power panels” that supposedly generates “clean energy to the world”.
This information, although present on the Global Mobile Network redirects visitors to the Power Clouds website, which appears to be a separate company altogether. Global Mobile Network does feature on the Power Clouds website, indicating that it’s a subsidiary, child company or some such.
The Global Mobile Network Compensation Plan
The Global Mobile Network compensation plan primarily revolves around the recruitment of new affiliates at either the Master or Master Power levels.
Additionally retail commissions and various commissions and bonuses on the sales volume of an affiliate’s downline are also available.
Commission Qualification
In order to qualify for commissions, an affiliate must purchase at least 20 Personal Volume (PV) each month from their “affiliate store” or “stock center” every 30 days.
If a Global Mobile Network affiliate meets the above requirement, the company classifies them as “active”.
Retail Commissions
Global Mobile Network offer retail commissions on the sale of any of its products via replicated online storefronts.
Global Mobile Network define a retail commission as the difference between the retail price paid and wholesale price of a product.
Recruitment Commissions
Global Mobile Network offer recruitment commissions on the company’s “Power” and “Master Power” affiliate membership options.
How much of a commission earnt depends on an affiliate’s own affiliate membership option and how much a newly recruited affiliate pays for their membership:
- Affiliate ($39) – no recruitment commissions available
- Power ($600) – $60 on the recruitment of a new Master or Master Power affiliate
- Master Power ($1600) – $120 on the recruitment of a new Master or Master Power affiliate
Binary Recruitment Commissions
In addition to the recruitment commissions available above, Global Mobile Network also utilise a binary compensation structure to pay affiliates residual recruitment commissions.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of the structure with two positions directly under them.
These two positions form the beginning of two sides, with each position again branching out into another two positions and so on and so forth down a theoretically infinite number of levels.
Each position is filled via the recruitment of either a Master or Power Master affiliate. Positions can be filled either via direct recruitment or the recruiting efforts of an affiliate’s up and downlines.
As an affiliates binary fills up, Global Mobile Network group filled binary positions in what they call “bricks”.
A brick occurs when a personally recruited Master or Master Power affiliate recruits two new Master or Master Power affiliates of their own.
When this happens on one side of the binary, a brick is created and a Global Mobile Network affiliate is paid a $20 commission.
Binary Volume Commission
Both Global Mobile Network’s products and affiliate membership sales generate sales volume within the company. This sales volume is tracked as above using a binary compensation structure, with an affiliate’s own sales and that of their downline contributing to their team sales volume.
Again, using two sides of the binary, sales volume is tracked on each side with an affiliate receiving 20% of the volume created by the weaker side as a commission.
This volume is counted one hundred points at a time, with an affiliate paid $20 per 100 points of volume in their weaker binary leg.
Binary volume commissions are capped at $50,000 per week per business center, with Master Power affiliates able to have three business centres operational at once.
An additional 1% of the volume of the lesser team is kept in what Global Mobile Network call a “money-box”, with affiliates paid out whatever is in their money-box once every 12 months.
Matching Binary Volume Bonus
A matching bonus is available to Master and Master Power affiliates’ downline generated binary volume.
This matching bonus is tracked using a unilevel compensation structure. A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of the structure, with ever personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1).
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates of their own, they are placed on level 2 of the unilevel. If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth, with Global Mobile Network paying out down 7 levels of recruitment.
How much of a matching bonus percentage is paid out and on how many levels is dependent on how much sales volume an affiliates lesser binary leg is generating each week:
- Bronze (100 lesser side volume) – 10% on level 1
- Silver (500 less side volume) – 10% on level 1
- Gold 1 Star (1000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on level 2
- Gold 2 Stars (2000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on level 2
- Gold 3 Stars (3000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on level 2
- Platinum (5000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on level 2
- Diamond (10,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
- White Diamond (15,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
- Blue Diamond (20,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
- Black Diamond (25,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
- President Gold (50,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 4
- President Platinum (100,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 5
- President Diamond (150,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 6
- President Millionaire (250,000 less side volume) – 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 7
Power Unit Commissions
Power Unit commissions are available to Master Power affiliates and pay out $1 per Power Unit purchased by affiliates in their downline.
Power Unit purchases are tracked using a binary compensation structure and are paid out monthly.
Power Unit Residual Commissions
Master and Master Power Global Mobile Network affiliates are able to buy Power Units, with the purchase of each unit by a recruited affiliate generating a commission for Master Power affiliates.
The purchase of Power Units are again tracked using the same binary compensation structure used for recruitment commissions. When a Master affiliate in a Master Power affiliate’s binary team purchases a Power Unit a $60 commission is generated. If a Master Power affiliate purchases a Power Unit a $160 commission is generated.
Residual Power Unit commissions are capped at $150,000 a week.
AdKash Commissions
AdKash commissions are paid out weekly to Master and Master Power affiliates per recruited affiliate installing the AdKash application on a mobile device.
- Master and Master Power affiliates installing AdKash generate $1 a week
- Master and Master Power affiliates who aren’t “active” (see commission qualification above) generate 20 cents a week
- Affiliates installing AdKash generate 5 cents a week
AdKash installs are tracked throughout an affiliate’s downline using a binary compensation structure as previously explained.
Dream Car Bonus
If an affiliate generates two bricks (one on each side of their binary) and maintains Diamond affiliate rank for four consecutive weeks, they qualify for a $1000 a month Dream Car Bonus.
If an affiliate maintains Diamond President for four consecutive months they qualify for a $4000 Super Car Bonus.
Joining Global Mobile Network
Affiliate membership to Global Mobile Network is available in three options:
- Affiliate – $39 annually (retail commissions only)
- Master – $39 annually + $600 (three business centers (binary positions), no access to Power Unit commissions)
- Master Power – $39 annually + $1600 (three business centers and access to all commissions in the compensation plan)
As above, the more an affiliate spends on their membership the more they can earn via the Global Mobile Network compensation plan.
Conclusion
On the retail side of things, there doesn’t seem to be a problem with Global Mobile Network’s offerings. AdKash doesn’t appear to cost anything to install and the VOIP software is feasible, as is the tablet PC.
When it comes to the affiliate side of Global Mobile Network however, it’s hard not to look at the opportunity as a recruitment-driven pyramid scheme. And retail possibilities within the business fail to negate concerns surrounding this.
The recruitment commissions offered are straight up pyramid scheme territory. I sign up and the more I pay for membership dictates how much of a commission I can make off recruiting others, with the more they spend on affiliate membership resulting in a larger commission payout for myself.
This is true both of the upfront recruitment commissions and those paid out through the binary.
The AdKash commissions would appear to advertising supported, but how the company can guarantee a $1 commission per month per install, is a bit of a mystery. Advertising is not static so guaranteeing commissions on the mere installation of the app raises a red flag.
Given that how much of a commission is paid out is tied to how much an affiliate pays in upfront membership, there’s a question of whether or not these commissions come out of membership fees paid, as opposed to solely being paid out of AdKash advertising.
If this is the case (and I strongly suspect it is), this would add weight to the pyramid scheme nature of Global Mobile Network’s business model.
The Power Unit’s are suspicious, in that they are only available to the Master and Master Power affiliates and have no retail component.
Revenue wise affiliates pay Global Mobile Network $240 USD or so a year to “hire” our a panel, which the company then pays out a commission on. Firstly upfront on each sum paid and then residually via the binary.
This is quite obviously new affiliate money being shuffled around to affiliates who recruited them, and residually to affiliates who have already purchased panels.
Remove the whole solar panel hiring schtick and quite simply affiliates are purchasing positions that generate commissions for their uplines, qualify them to recruit new affiliates who can purchase the same and pay out a monthly residual commission per position purchased.
This appears to be a money game within the general recruitment-driven hierarchy of the Global Mobile Network compensation plan and business model.
Retail could make a dent of legitimacy to the model but it appears highly unlikely to exist given the way the compensation plan is structured.
With everything except retail commissions available to those who put in $600 and $1600, and Power Unit commissions only available to those who put in $1600, clearly the idea here is to focus on recruiting Master Power affiliates ($1600 + $39).
Once this recruitment slows down and affiliates stop pumping money into the scheme, those at the bottom of the recruitment pool will find themselves unable to earn commissions. As memberships are annual the effect of them not recruiting will be delayed, however binary commissions will slow down as a result.
This eventually trickles up the recruitment chain until it starts having a noticeable effect on those at the top of the chain, at which point the pyramid implodes.
Apart from the $20 “active” requirement, Global Mobile Network is big money upfront, meaning once the system implodes due to a lack of recruitment, pretty much anyone who bought in and didn’t mass recruit will lose out.
Update 10th April 2017 – Global Mobile Network has since relaunched as Wor(l)d International.
BehindMLM published an updated review of Wor(l)d International on April 10th, 2017.
They also seem to have a phone.
However, to get anything on it you have to go through an affiliate subdomain?!
The specs of the Diamond, as posted on their website:
Which are sourced from China for about $125 or so, wholesale. You can easily find makers here, even shows you the price:
http://www.made-in-china.com/productdirectory.do?subaction=hunt&mode=and&style=b&isOpenCorrection=1&word=Cortex+A9+9.7&comProvince=nolimit&code=0
Street price for such a tablet, even with 3G, is $250 So if they sell it at $465, they are marking it up 100%.
If you like paying 2x market rate for a no-name tablet, you shouldn’t join any MLM since you obviously have no business sense.
I read quite a few review on Cnet on cheap tablets since I wanted to get one and basically any new tablet under $300 in a store(on sale) is a garbage. Better buy a used one from a decent manufacturer.
As I am picking up my jaw from the floor, $55 dollars for just calls? I am sure you can get $40 right now with unlimited calling and text easy.
And that it would not be confusing, by $300 table I mean 8inch plus tablet with full functionality. Not a Nook or reading tablet.
The cheap ones either have lousy battery capacity, or lousy internal specs (really old A6 or A7 and lousy GPUs). Nobody knows how to upgrade them, no XDA support or love at all… It’s no more than a toy and a gimmick.
Here I have to say something important, I was in the company and I have to say that their products are crap, your phone and your calls are just faster.
You pay 35 a month for just talking a few minutes, is never clear where you can see the real time and also the company only focuses on selling shares and now that of renewable energy, is a complete scam.
Hi, I’m from Barcelona, Spain. As my English is not very good, I translated my comment with Google translator, so I apologize if you find a bit odd article in its expression.
I will not comment on whether GMN is or is not a pyramid scheme, (Ozedit: Then I’m going to cut you off there, this isn’t the place for marketing spam).
They sent an email to members and “customers” announcing that the game had gone defective phone in the charging connection and that we would change.
Mine I can just load it and connect it. I’ve been waiting 3 months if my answer about Diamond phone is defective series they have communicated. And keep getting longer …
=||= Here I have to say something important, I was in the company and I have to say that their products are crap, your phone and your calls are just faster.

If you search for MP-809T in google you’ll understand why their products are crap. They’re nothing but low cost chinese products.
And their PowerClouds thing is only there as a camouflage to hide a PONZI sheme.
(Ozedit: offtopic waffle removed)
I don’t want to discuss here a compensation plan and its sustainability. I want to focus only on the core business, its efficiency and sustainability.
(Ozedit: more offtopic waffle removed)
Sorry but you don’t get to ignore the core of the MLM business opportunity and post mountains of spam.
If the compensation plan isn’t sustainable, what difference does the “core business, its efficiency and sustainability” make?
🙂 Anyway, I am forum moderator at one of Google products. So I know moderators nature…
I’d like to send my post for re-review of moderator, but cannot find some “send personal message” option. But I’ve monitored this shady “opportunity” for about 6 months and my post was filled of hard facts, I’d like to share it with others.
Sorry for my original post not being short, but it was not possible to simplify it more!
You can repost, but if it’s not explicitly about Global Mobile Network the MLM opportunity it’ll find its way to the spam bin again.
Since this review has been written, many things in the company World Global Network operation has changed… look at this post as an update of the review.
Don’t get fooled – World Global Network is renamed and branched: all these companies are “brothers”: Wor(l)d Global Network (formerly World Global Mobile PLC), Wor(l)d NRG, Wor(l)d GMN, Power Clouds, Wor(l)d AdKoin (formerly AdKash), Wor(l)d Global Group (formerly World Assurance Group) – to name a few @ worldassurancegroup.com
All these comapnies are here to perform various tasks in MLM business established by Fabio Galdi and I will call them together “World”.
Here are some facts changed against the original review:
– Main focus of this MLM shifted from AdKash and “free” VoIP calling on solar power units.
– World has changed compensation plan, business positions and “packages” pricing (web site describing products and their pricing is very vague and it’s hard to elaborate, what are sold products here, who is qualified to buy/resell them, what is the price and what is package content). Don’t rely on original review.
– World has changed the terms and conditions for their partners. E.g. now it’s harder to qualify for commissions.
– World entered a stock market. They’ve bought (an empty) World Assurance company, already quoted at “pink chip” or “penny stock” market: OTC. “Pump and dump” scenario in progress?
– Network of the “branches” of the company (with similar names) has been established, some branches were renamed (some more than once).
– World has new hardware: re-sold branded cheap mobile World Phone 4 (same price as World Phone 3, same cheap China based mobile producer… so not a big change in fact)
Business is spread in Russia, France, Morocco, Czech and Slovak Republic. Target: mostly uneducated small investors and affiliates and enthusiastic MLM entrepreneurs. The main bait is a “guaranteed” income from the solar power units, but this is a big lie.
Let’s look at core business, its efficiency and sustainability. For the sake of simplicity, forget about payout commissions and bonuses for a while.
First – MAIN BUSINESS HERE ARE SOLAR POWER UNITS.
It’s most expensive product in portfolio and you can get highest “passive income” of it. Everything else (AdKash, WorldPhone/Tab, Online Video Conferencing, VoIP calls…) is only “entry level” of business, camouflage and bait attracting partners to buy power units.
You can buy unit for $1200 and “hire” it back to company. You are promised to receive your share – profit on your power unit energy production. You are “guaranteed” to get back $168 per year over the next 20 years (nice 14% per year return of the investment).
So, let’s put away all commissions and bonuses (which are even prettier than this energy production profit) and let’s look at basic business plan calculation:
a) Partner perspective after contract duration:
power unit cost: -1200
business package “master” (mandatory): – 639
“guaranteed” payout: 20 * 168 = +3360
———————–
Total customer balance: +1521 (nice!)
b) Company perspective after contract duration:
Received amount from parter (power unit cost): +1200
Received amount from parter (package “master”): + 639
Power unit purchase and istallation costs: -1200
Paid to partner – “guaranteed” payout: -3360
Feed in tariff – sold energy: +1440
Unknown operating and overhead costs: -xxxx?
———————–
Total company balance: -1281 (company is running into “planned” loss).
A few remarks:
a) Power unit price
A real solar power unit price is lower than $1200. As partner, you are going to buy solar unit for very inflated price. In fact, usual price is 3-4x lower. So here can the company save bucks on partner margin, but still it’s going to yield loss. And the real margin is lower, as the company has to invest into the power unit installation, a power park planning and building…
b) Feed in tariff
Every power unit can produce energy and sell it for $1440. Very important figure and parameter of this business – and kept “secret” or at least “unknown” by World.
This tariff represents the price at which solar energy can be sold in Romania (where only so far built power station is located). This tariff is fixed for the next 16 years and guaranteed by the country government (renewable energy production support programmes).
This figure (feed in tariff) is NEVER admitted and revealed by World itself or by its affiliates. You can get only “Nobody know” or “Don’t care” or “Find it yourself” answers of them.
So even without knowing the operating costs, we can see World is bound to pay more to the investors ($3360) than it can get from the energy production ($1440). A sustainable business? How can they make it? Are there any other resources (other than shuffling entry fees from business packages)?
Mind you:
AdKash (now renamed to AdKoin) does not generate profit at all. Shared profit payout for affiliates watching ads is higher than usual “pay per view” price for advertisers! And again – we did not calculate with the bonuses made by “networking”.
More over: who wants to advertise with a company targeting and forcing the consumers to watch ads by… paying them for watching the ads? Who wants to make a business with CellAd comapny (responsible for marketing AdKash for World) – they don’t have the legal terms for advertisers finished and published after more than 6 month of their operation!
They don’t react to emails about their terms, conditions and pricing… Who wants to have impressive advertising impact about 100 000 users World Wide!
cellad.com/legal/
VoIP and other communication services are heavily overpriced and seems to be used only because partners MUST consume some minimal package to qualify themselves to “team commissions and bonuses”. I wonder if anybody use these services because he found them useful and as “must have from World”.
Sounds to me like all they’ve been busy doing is making the Ponzi scheme (invest, “rent” investment back to the company, collect ROI), better hidden.
Still just affiliate money pumped in and paid out to earlier investors.
I’d rather call it pyramid scheme than simple Ponzi scheme. A compensation plan is strongly focused on recruiting of the new members and although there is a (formal) option to become the retail customer… in fact – there are NOT known retail customers (unless you redefine retail customer as “affiliate that failed to make any business”).
Personal and professional history of Fabio Galdi is another red flag – TELME was a scam and very, very unrealistic project.
Leaders from Czech and Slovak Republic have their history in other dubious projects: SiteTalk/Unaico, Talk Fusion, World Ventures. But they claim – now it’s for real. Another red flag.
Here in Brazil, the company is coming and attracting more people. The company said it had joined the DSA and show ua matter in the wall street journal, but just below the report warns in red letters have no involvement in the matter.
I am seriously studying, but here in Brazil we still have few references. The base according to them is that the company is 100% legal and registered in this DSA. I can not do research in depth about this record.
I know they are talking about that are in the stock market, but realize that the price is falling every day. On the unit, has some coming here in Brazil and I had no way to assess its functioning.
Would you like more information and help from colleagues. I can not speak English and use the translator. If I can be misunderstood translation. I await a response.
I think it’s pretty obvious this one is a sham. I wouldn’t waste too much time trying to uncover it further. What’s on the surface is condemning enough.
TelexFree opened the floodgates for south American/Portugese scams. Eventually they’ll die off as people educate themselves and/or learn the hard way, but till then not much you can do.
No. World is NOT a member of DSA.
You cannot find World in the list of DSA members:
dsa.org/forms/CompanyFormPublicMembers/search?action=find
World keep on saying they are a PENDING member of DSA. It means – they’ve might asked for membership, but it is not already processed. Question is: Will they be ever accepted? And have they really asked for the membership? There is no way to prove it online.
Moreover – Only VoIP telecommunication branch of their companies chain asked for DSA membership.
Anyway – even with DSA membership there is no guarantee they are OK. More questionable companies are DSA members (examples: Herbalife – now under FTC investigations, Talk Fusion – useless online video services and already crashed pyramid scheme in my country… etc.).
Positive review in Wall Street Journal is in fact the Press Release issued by the company World itself.
Don’t take it seriously.
PR manager from World “umbrella company” WDAS (World Assurance Group) published this Press Release via Business Wire publishing service (here you can pay to submit anything you want and call it press release).
You can find the same press release quoted by other media and servers, including mentioned Wall Street Journal.
I made some research… but was not able to verify their statements about World and JETRO relationship and business negotiations.
No other info than this press release.
World Assurance Group (WDAS) is listed on OTC – penny stock market.
That’s true. Wor(l)d bought World Assurance group (WDAS) – an inactive and empty company which had been listed on OTC market many years before Wor(l)d itself has been established. (Check Google finance for OTCMKTS:WDAS to see their full history).
This way World gains the access to a stock market. Possible prelude to “Pump and Dump” scheme.
OTC and other penny stock markets are favourite targets of risk operations, HYIPs, scams, pump and dump schemes… Don’t get fooled – serious companies may be also traded here, but they are NOT listed here.
See the film “The Wolf of Wall Street” to get more background information about penny stock markets and “pump and dump scheme” in popular form. 😉
Marcelo, I think you can recall TELME Network Latin America – other scam managed by Fabio Galdi, current CEO of World.
Don’t you have enough red flags here?
Some legal action against French branch of World GMN partners – info taken from the forum of French customer protection organization Que Choisir:

Anyway, French top “millionaire” partner Toufik Rezig is no more active on Facebook and did not participate at millionaire meeting in Singapore.
Armand Allenbach an other french leader wih Toufik Rezig did not participate at millionaire meeting in Singapore neither, they pretend he was sick and in the hospital ROTFLMAO!
So both were heavily sick at the same time ?
Global Mobile Network is no longer pending member of the DSA since September 2014. (page 17)
dsa.org/docs/default-source/committee-minutes/sept14boardbook.pdf?sfvrsn=2
Interesting. Syntek Global have been booted to.
DSA loved to point out that they never approved FHTM (who was “pending” for years) before Feds hit FHTM with the banhammer.

Update about World GN operation:
Product portfolio and compensation plan has changed again.
Now World focus on
– Space Lumina Glasses (virtual reality gadget)
– Space Phone (no name smart phone)
– Space Station (wireless router, docking station for phone, printer for business cards size prints)
– Opportunity to build 5G mobile network (by sharing signal from routers and via app for implicit connection pre-installed on Space phones) – crazy idea, previous scam TELME reloaded.
As one partner-leader stated: World has pause in Europe now. Scam is exported and rolling out to Turkey and Asia now.
However, there are some reports from partners which has ordered Lumina Glasses that glasses were not delivered. I have not seen any video of unboxing of Space Station too (this may be because of too common product name, which brings a lot of search results of unrelated “space stations”).
Support for older “products” is cancelled – they are not part of compensation plan anymore.
Advertising and revenue sharing application AdKoin/AdCash does not pay out since middle of last year (due to high cash withdrawal fees, most partners were not able to get back their “investment”).
Same for solar panes – payouts are at least problematic since mid 2015. Many partners has troubles to withdraw their “residual income” for panel rental.
However, perhaps some leaders are still allowed to withdraw the cash – I saw offers from some of them: “send me private message” as reaction on laments of some affiliates. So maybe payouts are selective now (it’s not good new anyway).
Can’t tell if it’s really VR glass or just Google cardboard in plastic. But it’s not gonna be close to Oculus.
Source from China for like $100… depending on spec. 1280×720 is what they claim. I was pretty sure my original Droid from couple years ago had that resolution. 😀
Cute, stealing Comcast’s idea about making all their Xfinity routers radiate PUBLIC wifi from private houses.
What they’re really doing is using the unlicensed 5GHz spectrum (where all the new routers live) and claim it’s some sort of LTE. Cute marketing.
Microcells are not supposed to go beyond one’s house. Though I’d imagine in India one router may cover a couple houses given the high density. However, that router must be connected to some sort of broadband. That’s how microcells work.
In return, they claim to rebate you some money if people (esp. you) connect to “your” router.
But how many people are going to be using this phone, to make the router worthwhile? Real phone networks use large cell towers and connect hundreds / thousands of people at a time and directly connects to signal trunk.
These guys don’t have a network. They are using YOUR network bandwidth to do their thing. Let’s hope your internet is unlimited bandwidth every month.
Some Power Clouds investors received email about the decision to change the frequency of payments – guess how?
From now on they will be paid yearly instead of monthly. Looks like Power Clouds are running out of funds.
Before that, this excuse message has been spread:
nolink://worldgnisrael.com/2015/12/12/2897/?lang=en
and there is (in “News” section of Power Clouds web) another “excuse” and explanation about situation of investors in Romania:
nolink://powerclouds.com/index.php/romania-the-situation-of-incentives-to-renewables/
BTW, Romania government decision cutting down the support of renewable energy was known before the start of Power Clouds project in Romania.
So what, Wor(l)d affiliates will only be paid annually now?
Yeah, nothing suss about that…
Considering they are having these problems the stock of the tech company has gone from 30 cents on March 10 to $1.40 today. The power cloud stock has gone up 500% since last week from 3 cents to 15 cents.
Funny thing is I don’t see the end game if this is pure BS. If they have what they claim to have in technology I can see the tech company going to $100 a share if they have the wearable glasses and the space station that acts as a transmitter along with the phone and watch that monitors your health this will be a big winner.
If they do not have the goods then Fabio will have a hard time selling his restricted stock. However he may be able o sell a million shares at $20 or $30 and would be a nice pay day.
Based on the way he is structured I think he is looking to be bigger than Zuckerberg or the Google founders. The issue I am seeing is nobody I know has the phone.
My upline has been waiting six weeks but they have his money. Then there is this press release today that looks like hype finance.yahoo.com/news/wrmt-manufacture-100-000-helo-153400718.html
This is giving me some caution and thoughts about selling the stock.
It is simply supply and demand. Fabio controls close to 24 million shares of the 28.5 million shares outstanding of the tech company.
There is another few million held by people around him so the float is probably only 500,000 shares. The demand for the stock is huge so that caused dramatic movement in one direction only.
My question is how can he unload his shares. He probably is only able to sell 3% per year as an insider. If the technology is real he will be a multi billionaire if not a multi millionaire and get away with stock manipulation and leave distributors and stockholders holding the bag.
Is it really true that Power Clouds are not paying the people that bought the panels? The model is brilliant, have the public fund panel purchases and share the revenue but if costs are still out of line and he company is subsidizing the business then it is not viable.
Update. Since I first looked at the stock on march 10th 2016 it has gone from 30 cents per share and traded yesterday as high as $7.99 but closed at $5.60 cents.
That means the value of the company has gone from $8.5 million on march 10th to $159.6 million and Fabio Galdi on paper is now worth over $130 million having made over $120 million since march 10th.
As I stated in my previous post this guy will be a billionaire if the company has he goods. There is still a lot of questions surrounding the company that just does not smell right.
For example according to Direct Selling news WGN ranks number 77 in the list of top 100 direct selling companies with sales of 157 million in a year.
directsellingnews.com/index.php/view/2016_dsn_global_100_list#.VxYm9DArLIW
The only thing is that World Media Tech the public company reported sales of less than $1 million in the quarter ending September 30th 2015.
So the question is unless they did the $150 million in sales in the December 30th Quarter which has not yet been reported to the SEC and should not be public before a general press release and filings I do not know where this information is coming from.
Fabio commented on this as seen in here, seeming to accept this $157 million revenue number.

Something does not add up here or I may have it wrong. Is this stock being manipulated or is there real value here? Time will tell.
Any comments Mr Czech?
$1 million in sales and $157 million in revenue?
Seems legit…
Tower5:
I don’t follow World on stock market (and I don’t understand stock markets in depth), so I have no much to comment about it.
Maybe these remarks:
a) AFAIK – OTC is is known playground for various dirty investment games, like “pump and dump”. And we are talking about World traded on OTC market, is it true?
b) I don’t see any real reason (by monitoring World’s product porfolio, marketing and busness operation) for such a value increase.
Mr. Czech, yes the OTC market is does have a lot of Scammers and is not very well regulated. What I am trying to find out is if WGN is for real or not.
Do they have the technology? Do they have the factories to produce the product. How well does the phone work? Does the transmitter work to handle calls from other Phone carriers in order to pay revenues to distributors who have the space station?
Is the six week or more wait for the phone a result of backlog of orders or are they using distributors money to order and pay for product.
Also WGN is a company independent of World Media the public company but it seems that they are trying to create a perception that they are the same. There are a lot of things that just does not seem right.
I had friends try to get me involved in World Global Network. They must be very good at SEO and hiding things because they only appear on website they own and have people pumping the internet full of key words.
There are NO independent stories about this. PR New wire is a paid site that looks like an AP network new website. But this is just a advertisement.
My gut has scam scam scam all over it. I wish the BBB or someone would expose this company and people.
Nobody seems to want to report and talk about their problems with the non existing payoff of their Power Clouds Investors and why suddenly and far from public both companies seem to be splitted.
People got no information about this issue and what really will happen with the Powerclouds model in the future. …
50.000 people joined this program… each with a minimum of 1200 USD. It’s a miracle why so few people are talking about this issue.
Powerclouds was always just smoke and mirrors for Ponzi fraud.
Ponzi schemes run out of money and people lose it. That’s appears to be what has happened.
A friend recently told me about WRMT…… took hours to investigate….. this site was very helpful, thx.
looks clearly to be a pump and dump stock play……
I was just approached by someone trying to recruit me into this. I believe this is nothing but a total pyramid scam with useless (or garbage) products and a “pump and dump” listing on the OTC market.
Hi can you do new review as at 2017. New helo product is selling very well!!!
What about all the false promises they made before that!
They have partnered with toshbia?? And listed a stock exchange company which isn’t actually company doing mlm side of business
I’m lost!
The stock has sorred in the market! Pump & dump but heading up now!
There’s not much to report on from what I gather. It’s the same old business model attached to a new shiny product.
Sign up as an affiliate, pay big fees and get paid to recruit new affiliates who do the same. Everything else is, as you note, false promises.
The IPO, partnerships (which likely don’t exist) etc. are just smoke and mirrors. And it’s OTC anyway, not a real public listing.
Good Morning everybody,
The situation of world global network in Tunisia is worse than you can imagine.
Last thursday, the most popular tv program talked about persons who subscribed since the solar panels and didn’t get anything. Same thing for many who bought the pack of the phone plus sim card plus space station (which has not been produced until today.
Only 1 space station has been turned on last year in bali during a meeeting). the designer of the company, antonio di rosa posted some photos of dozens space station ready to be shipped but then removed them without any explanation.
the founder of the tunisian branch has escaped the country and is wanted by our police.
the tunisian president millionnaire can’t enter our country because it will be arrested immediately in the airport (by the way she left world GN and has been deleted from the top earners in businessforhome.org site. Normally she continues to earn 50.000$ per week even if she doesn’t recruit anyone more).
Last thing, since februray 2016, the state has blocked the bank account of World GDM (another name) with almost 6 million dollars in it for suspicion of scam and pyramidal scheme.
And of course, new subscribers with helo packs can’t work anymore because of this scandal and the reputation of world in GN in tunisia is affected.
No wonder. Scam never changes.
This is how it supposed to turn out since the very beginning in 2013.
AFAIK, people have hard time to withdraw their “rewards” and passive income for their solar panels rental (since mid 2015).
Situation cannot be saved by some “restarts” with new “products”: expensive VoIP services, crazy idea of community based wifi/voip cell phone network over non-existing space stations, virtual reality glasses and fitness wrist band.
World GN was and always will be combined Ponzi/pyramid scheme (scam).
It’s always good to ask yourself “is not it too good to be true?” first. And a basic calculation of the supposed income from rented solar panels rental and promised rewards never matched. So… be more careful next time!
I’ve flagged this review for an update, should be out next week.
Hello,
Last night, the same popular tunisian Tv program talked again about world gn (GDM). In fact they corrected the amount of money frozen in the bank (5.5 million $ instead of 3 million $.
I said in my last comment 5 million $ because that’s what we know)) and gave an approximative number of the victims who didn’t receive their products: 2200. i should say that this is not correct and that the number is more than 5000 tunisian victims.
The other surprise came from the representative of the DSA in Tunisia, who was present in the program and said that she contacted World gn USA.
Acoording to her, the answer of WGN was that they are planning to refund all the victims within 2 months!
In other words, they threw her under the bus.
Announcement regarding Powerclouds refunds on Wor(l)d official site:
website.worldgn.com/worldgn-rectifies-powerclouds-payment-default/
May this be the “result” of Tunisian DSA settlement?
I wouldn’t give it a shit. Very likely, it is only the next false promise in the series of false promises, or … they are trying to lure the victims into other “opportunity”… your decision, your call.
