Forcount Ponzi scammer Antonia Perez Hernandez has been sentenced to 30 months in prison.

In addition to spending two and a half years in prison, Hernandez (right) was also ordered to forfeit $231,709.

As part of her January 28th judgment, Hernandez will surrender to the Bureau of Prisons by April 27th to begin her sentence.

Forcount was a crypto mining ruse MLM Ponzi scheme launched in late 2017. It was part of a larger $800 million Ponzi empire, run by Francis Da Silva.

As a top promoter of Forcount, Hernandez was indicted on multiple criminal charges in December 2022.

Hernandez pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in August 2024.

Francis Da Silva was arrested in Brazil in 2022 around the time of his indictment. There have been no updates on Silva’s status since.
