As per the CNB’s November 11th, 2024 warning;
The Czech National Bank draws the public’s attention to investment offers through the Eaconomy project from Eaconomy LLC, which does not have any license to provide investment services or any other license to operate on the financial market in the Czech Republic.
The business model of the Eaconomy investment project shows signs of a pyramid scheme and is offered to the public mainly through various people on social networks (financial influencers).
Any investment is not legally insured or otherwise protected.
As per Czech law, offering securities to Czech residents without registration is illegal.
In addition to Czechia, Eaconomy has received regulatory fraud warnings in Quebec (Canada), Norway, New Zealand, Slovakia and the UK.
