The Click Dot Ad website contains no information on who owns or runs the company.

The Click Dot Ad website domain (“click-dot-ad.com”) was registered on the 29th of August 2013, however the domain registration is set to private.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Click Dot Ad Product Line

Click Dot Ad has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership to the company itself.

The Click Dot Ad Compensation Plan

The Click Dot Ad compensation plan revolves around affiliates paying a 60 cents a day participation fee and  investing in one of two “packs”.

The “Daily Pack” costs $12 and pays out a 24 cents a day ROI for 100 days, with Click Dot Ad affiliates being able to invest in up to ten Daily Packs at a time.

The “2n1P Pack” costs $24 and pays out the same 24 cents a day ROI for 100 days. The 2n1P Pack also comes with a cycler commission, which pays up to $60 when the position cycles.

When purchased, a cycler position is placed at the end of a single-line queue. Each cycler position purchase feeds the position at the top of the queue, which once it reaches $60 “cycles” out.

When this happens the next position moves up in the line and starts receiving funds from newly purchased positions until it too reaches $60.

This process repeats itself as long as new positions are being bought at the end of the queue.

PTC Commissions

Click Dot Ad also offer affiliates participation in a PTC Pack scheme, with affiliates able to purchase “PTC Packs”.

  • Pack 100 – $6
  • Pack 500 – $25
  • Pack 1000 – $40
  • Pack 5000 – $150
  • Pack 15,000 – $300

Details on this PTC scheme are sketchy, with Click Dot Ad only stating that each click an affiliate makes ‘pays from $0.005 up to $0.02 per click‘.

I think the idea is that after paying their participation fee, an affiliate is able to earn on up to 15,000 clicks they make on company-supplied ads.

A 10% commission fee is payable on the sale of PTC Packs to any personally recruited affiliates.

Joining Click Dot Ad

Affiliate membership to Click Dot Ad is free, however affiliates must pay a 60 cents a day fee if they wish to invest with the company.

This equates to a rough monthly participation fee of $18.

Conclusion

With no retailable products or services, all revenues sourced from participating affiliates and paid out via a daily ROI, Click Dot Ad functions as a $12 Ponzi investment scheme.

The cycler positions function in the same manner, with new affiliate investment in positions being used to fund an eventual $60 ROI on the top cycler position.

Furthermore the ~$18 a month fee adds a “pay to play” element to the scheme, serving no function other than to recoup some of the money paid out to participating affiliate investors.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once affiliate stop investing Click Dot Ad will have no money to pay out existing affiliates. Similarly with the cycler positions, if affiliates aren’t purchasing new positions then the position at the top does not receive any funds. This results in the entire cycler queue stalling.

What happens then?

At any given time the administrators of the site may decide that for continued growth and sustainability of the program it might become necessary to change the earning rates and referral commissions.

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any given time and at our sole discretion without notice.

In a nutshell, the scheme collapses and everyone loses their money.
