BG Wealth Sharing has received a securities fraud warning from the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC).

As per BCSC’s January 28th BG Wealth Sharing fraud warning;

[BG Wealth Sharing] is not registered with the BC Securities Commission.

If you have been approached by – or referred to – this entity, you should proceed with extreme caution and be aware of the risk before handing over any money.

Offering unregistered securities to BC residents violates Canada’s financial laws.

BG Wealth Sharing is an MLM “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. BehindMLM has documented hundreds of the scams since they first emerged back in 2021.

BG Wealth Sharing also goes by DSJ Exchange (DSJEX), a fake trading platform attached to the scam. BCSC issued a separate DSJEX securities fraud warning on January 28th.

In its BG Wealth Sharing fraud warning, BCSC flagged the domain “limitlesscrowd.xyz”.

As per the footer of the website hosted on the domain, it

is owned by Gagan Sarkaria a Founding Member of Blockchain Sports Crowdfunding Project brought to you by Limitless. Gagan is an investor and member of the Limitless Crowdfunding Community.

Blockchain Sports is a Ponzi scheme attached to Jeremy Roma’s collapsed Daisy Global Ponzi scheme.

On her personal website, linked to from her Ponzi promotion website, Gagan Sarkaria describes herself as

a high achievement book, branding, business & life coach.

I run a boutique-style creative agency called Unfold Your Success, LLC in the Dallas-Fort Worth market in Texas.

US authorities have yet to take action against BG Wealth Sharing, DSJEX or its promoters.

The two DSJEX domains BCSC cites in its DSJEX fraud warning have already been flagged for fraud by CloudFlare.

Since launch, BSG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX have burned through dozens of website domains. The scam shifts to new domains as registrars continuously flag existing domains for fraud.

BG Wealth Sharing was up until recently operating from “bg662.com”. That domain was abandoned on or around January 19th. BG Wealth Sharing has since spun up a new website on the domain “lk0860.com”, private registration last updated on January 26th, 2026.

DSJEX is currently active on the domains

There are likely other active domains in rotation.

British Columbia is the second Canadian province to take action against BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX, following Alberta earlier this month.

Outside of Canada BG Wealth Sharing fraud warnings have been issued by the UK, Tonga and Australia.
