Awakend misleads consumers with doctored Zenith study
BehindMLM reader Mickey Burns stopped by earlier today to let me know
I love your stuff on this blog, it’s helped me a lot over the years.
She also took aim at our coverage of Awakend’s prelaunch, specifically pertaining to their leptin supplement Zenith.
Oz, the white paper is on the website. And even a the teeniest Google effort will explain how the hormone Leptin works.
This prompted me to head over to Awakend’s new website (which didn’t exist when I covered the company’s prelaunch), and grab a copy of their “whitepaper” (tell me you’re a crypto bro without telling me you’re a crypto bro).
Oh dear.
In the first line of the whitepaper study, you’ll note is it’s a 2008 study published in 2009. In other words, the study was conducted fourteen years before Zenith existed.
The next thing you’ll notice is someone has edited in “Zenith”, effectively doctoring the published study.
This renders it useless.
What was the original study as published for? Is Zenith the exact same formula? Are the researchers OK with their study being doctored?
I’m not intimately familiar with academic protocol but I can’t imagine doctoring published papers going down too well. I know I’d object to someone taking a published study I’d put my name on and modifying it.
The correct protocol here would be Awakend publishing the original study, and adding an addendum confirming Zenith uses the exact same formula as studied in 2008.
If we look at the document’s properties, we can see it was last edited by Ashlee Headlee on August 12th, 2022.
Ashlee Headlee James is one of the admins of Awakend’s private corporate FaceBook group. Her exact role within the company hasn’t been disclosed.
Awakend’s website is devoid of company ownership or executive information. Compensation documentation is also omitted, with recruitment currently the only focus of the company.
BehindMLM’s complete Awakend review is pending release of the company’s compensation plan.
Update 27th August 2022 – Awakend has replaced the doctored study with a blanked out version of the original.
Seemingly in response to this article, the following message has been added to the provided 2008 study;
As discussed in the comments below, the provided 2008 study pertained to Trisynex.
Trisynex is sold by Roger Catarino through First Fruits Business Ministry LLC.
Awakend claiming to have “exclusive worldwide rights” is problematic because products containing Trisynex are and have been available for some time.
At time of this update Awakend has not addressed Trisynex being readily available in competing products.
Update 1st September 2022 – Uncertainty, surrounding Awakend’s claims that Zenith is an exclusively licensed formula, has prompted formulator Vietal Nutrition to issue a statement.
That has unfortunately only raised even more questions as to Zenith’s exclusivity.
Update 9th September 2022 – First Fruits Business Ministry has sent Awakend a cease and desist, pertaining to its Zenith marketing claims.
Update 14th September 2022 – TriPharma (dba Vietal Nutrition) has secured appointment of a Receiver.
The Receiver will be put in charge of FFBM. Generated revenue will be put towards satisfying TriPharma’s 2013 judgment against FFBM.
Also unless I’m missing something, Awakend has removed the previously provided Trisynex study form their website.
Consider yourself Mickey Burned.
Also if you’re wondering what was in the original study, it was “Trisynex”.

You can find it in other products, eg. Prevent BMI Control Swiss Chocolate με Trisynex.
Prevent’s offering is 42.68 EUR for a 420 gram tub of drink powder.

Trimfit with Trisynex, 120 capsules for $39.99
hypnoaminos.com/shop-amino-acids/trimfit
Chip Macgill has stated Awakend affiliates will be paying $135 a month for Zenith autoship.
One last thing, on an official corporate webinar last week, Danelle Meoli stated Awakend has “the global rights to this incredible product.”
But anyone can buy Trisynex from Roger Catarino @ First Fruits Business Ministry LLC:

Lulwut?
Well that got Streisanded.
Kudos to you for always being diligent and thorough. I admire your research skills…
Zenith is not a leptin supplement. It is a supplement that balances hormones specifically leptin resistance. The original formula has NOT CHANGED (as confirmed today)and has simply been rebranded.
This product is protected by 2 patents and has been in litigation for over a decade. That sounds like a pretty exciting product. (Ozedit: recruitment spam removed)
Awakend has secured the full rights to distribute the product.
Mickey Burns is a top industry marketer and SHE is a networking genius. #1 income earner in several companies. She is too busy to dignify your comments with a reply, but I have some time tonight. (Ozedit: derails removed)
Back to your article” Doctors argue that the effect of taking leptin orally to curb obesity and weight gain is non-existent. This, according to Dr. Robert H. Lustig, pediatrics professor at the University of California, is because” this is 100% accurate and Zenith is NOT leptin.
In fact in your article you talk about taking leptin to increase it. According to the Cleveland clinic. “
So to clarify we are NOT selling leptin. We are selling capsules that work to regulate leptin. I think you missed this part.
We are selling a DOUBLE patented formula that helps BALANCE your body’s RESISTANCE to Leptin. That’s great news for peri menopausal women who particularly have struggles with obesity.
Oh and the hormone best known for hunger is called Ghrelin. Leptin And Ghrelin work together. Leptin controls the energy and balance and Ghrelin is the hunger hormone.
Dig a little deeper. The deal is if you are fat you have more leptin resistance and your leptin is too high causing your body to become unaffected by the Leptin. Throwing your Ghrelin off and making you tired and starving.
I agree you are no expert and frankly I would stick to writing your conjecture. I mean articles. Not throwing shade I just wonder why you are so hell bent on minimizing how unbelievable it would be if those who struggle with obesity and cardiovascular disease had a real viable SAFE solution to persistent weight gain.
The science is here. We have many Drs and Nurses joining as they can see they can HELP patients.
“Awakend Self also has a free workout platform they’re calling AwakendBody” this part is true.
Also amazeballs that awakened is encouraging fitness as well as mindset training. We all know a balanced approach to weight loss is best. Moving and fitness are important in a healthy lifestyle. My favourite part is even if you don’t use the product you can still access the fitness aspects of the program for FREE.
University study showed participants lost an average of 21 lbs in 8 weeks! 4-5 the first 4 weeks and the like magic (that part that is patented lol) the fat starts to melt away in the last 4 weeks.
If you want to see some pictures I’m happy share 😉 so Mr. Oz the only thing burning up here is how freaking on fire our new little company is at the 7 day mark. (Ozedit: recruitment spam removed)
Wait, Mickey Burns is an actual person? I thought it was an alias. Apologies to Ms./Mrs. Burns then, I probably wouldn’t have made the burned joke had I of known.
That and TIL women go by Mickey.
If you scroll up in the comments you’ll see we’re talking about Trisynex from First Fruits Business Ministry LLC. This has been and still is available in alternative products for seemingly a fraction of what Awakend are charging ($135 a month on autoship as per Chip Macgill).
With respect to leptin reduction, if leptin stops your appetite, how does decreasing leptin decrease your appetite?
As stated in the original review, I don’t doubt Awakend curbs appetite – but that’s probably other active ingredients at play.
I’m not. I’m against bullshit in the MLM industry and from pretending Trisynex hasn’t and isn’t readily available in other products, to doctoring studies to a NFT grift pushing over $70 million, there’s a lot of it with Awakend.
Is that Trisynex on its own or the Max WLX formula? This is an important differentiation to make because the cited doctored study pertained to Trisynex.
If Zenith is anything but a bottle of pure Trisynex with nothing else added, doctored or not that Trisynex study doesn’t apply.
I don’t blame you for not touching Awakend’s NFT dumpster fire but any thoughts on paying thousands for cartoon JPGs just so Awakend can grift millions from every market it launches?
How does that make MLM better?
Also don’t cheapen yourself by attempting to recruit on here. It undermines your input and reflects poorly on Awakend.
You seem to be your standard MLM cultist so you’ll be treated as such:
The cited study is for a different product,so – if the product you god-worship is the same, then why should people not just buy the cheaper non-mlm and less-scummy version that’s decades old?
If it isn’t the same why are they lying about the study by pasting their name in, that’s fraud.
I’m a bit lost. Why would anyone put anything into their body that was recommended by an MLM shill instead of a medical professional?
Surely if you’re fat and want to change that you should exercise more and eat less?
Yeah but see the problem is you’re eating too much because you have leptin resistance. You have leptin resistance because you’re eating too much. You’re eating too much because *bleep blop bleep blop insert coin to continue*
Awakend can’t sell you the will to stop eating and taking responsibility for your health. What they can sell you is a leptin reduction supplement, that will make you more hungry. So there’s other stuff added that will actually suppress hunger and stop you eating.
Wanna buy some NFTs? If you spend all your money on Awakend NFTs you can’t afford food. *taps forehead*
And if you don’t like working for a living and want to change that, you need to save / study / grow a business until you have enough capital (financial, intellectual or social) to retire on the income.
But some people think they can skip that part. And when somebody claims to be dumping an instant solution in their lap, they think “yay, finally the universe is giving me what I deserve” whereas the rest of us think “this must be too good to be true”.
Hence MLM.
It is not a coincidence that so many MLMs are based on weight loss. Or other magic solutions to make you healthier and fitter without exercise and training.
There’s a massive Venn intersection between “I wanna get rich quick” and “I wanna get thin quick”.
The answer to your question is obviously ‘no, it’s not okay to doctor primary source material’.
The patent indicates this is just a combination of 3 plant fibers, plus some fatty acids taken before meals.
The clinical was in conjunction with a diet and exercise plan. So what caused weight loss – the diet? The exercise? more fiber in the body?
It is not about leptin hormones. It is fiber.
patents.google.com/patent/US6899892B2/en
All of your claims to legitimacy in selling your overpriced product are rendered moot by the plagiarism and doctoring of someone else’s work. You should be too busy hiding in embarrassment to post any comments here.
I mean, wow, totally dick move.
Excellent points. Any “study” that includes multiple variables is suspect. Where is the control group that exercised and dieted without taking the supplement?
There wasn’t one?
Junk science affirmed.
Article updated with news of Awakend undoctoring study and adding disclaimer.
Thanks for providing the back-story on this product. According to the Awakened founders, they are basically “relabeling” an evidence-based product (with 1 study to support efficacy) and now calling it Zenith.
You posted an image of the prior product’s label, but what about Zenith’s label? Do we know for sure that it contains “viscous polysaccharides” and not a synthetic fiber?
This is important because the metabolic improvements showed in that study were specific to their formulation.
@Lola
I haven’t seen Zenith’s product label out in the wild.
ImageNetix, former maker of the products, appears to be dead, having originally incorporated back in 1988. But they are listed in DnB and Bloomberg so they DID exist at one time.
Trisynex has an interesting history. Apparently ImageNetix want to sell the ingredient raw to others, then changed their mind about whether the buyer can use the name Trisynex or not.
One of the buyers, TriPharma, made some for GNC (the big supplement retailer) and there was a big court fight between ImageNetix, TriPharma, and GNC. I don’t see how its resolved, but given ImageNetix is no longer around, I’d say it didn’t go too well for them.
It’s certainly POSSIBLE Awakened have purchased the formula and gave it a new name, but if so, they should just come clean about the whole thing rather than playing coy with info.
That doesn’t track with First Fruits Business Ministry LLC still selling Trisynex and Awakend claiming to only have “licensed” it.
FWIW, I don’t see a trademark application made for the trade name Zenith in terms of nutritional supplements in the USPTO, but then, I only browsed the first 20-30 on the list of 500+ word marks that had to do with Zenith.
There is a trademark for Trisynex as owned by First Fruits Business Ministry filed in 2017. They apparently got the name when the original (registered to TriPharma and Imagenetix) was apparently cancelled in 2016.
I guess we can assume Imagenetix died in 2016.
Yeah, it’s smelling a bit… *fishy* on who owns what. Reminds me a bit of the Zeek business on who owned which trademark. 😀 and who’s running which business.
Welcome back btw, long time no see.
Apparently, it’s another high priced mlm gimmick ingredient one can find cheaper elsewhere and in other products.
Typical mlm hype.
I found an earlier version of the published study at this time it was called Leptivin at this time. So the names have been changing:
dokumen.tips/documents/influences-of-a-dietary-supplement-in-combination-human-performance-laboratory-department.html?page=1
…
What I’m getting from these studies is leptin does go down but it’s the other ingredients doing the weight loss. Ingredients you can get in other products.
At the end of the day if you don’t change your diet your leptin will go back up again once you stop taking the supplement.
Not addressing your diet makes anything else a temporary bandaid solution. Also eating less garbage because of a supplement isn’t changing to a healthy diet.
The Leptin Levels go down for One Reason and One Reason Only Oz ……
Because there is weightloss happening …… I can Name 30 Nutrients that make the claim that it works on Leptin levels ….. But again …… MARKETING …… What is happening is as you Lose weight ….. Your Leptin Levels are effected …… It’s the Weight Loss and Inch Loss that will make the Levels adjust …. NOT Any Pill …..
There is NO Pill that will block a Communication Device in the Body …. Doesn’t and Will Never Exist ….. but ……
Show me the person that is JUST TAKING the Pill …. And Not Changing Any Nutritional Behavior and after taking the Pill and that is it ….. Now is Looking Like a Swim Suit Model …… That Doesn’t Exist Either …….
What you’re going to see next is …. Inside their Private Groups ….. Everybody is going to :
ALL These Healthy Living Challenges …. and You know what is going to happen ….. The Weight and Inches are going to to Fall Off ……. but GUARANTEED — It will NOT Stay OFF …. Because they are MISSING ONE VERY IMPORTANT COMPONENT !!!
And the Results Will NEVER happen Because of a MAGIC PILL ……
But Wait — NOW While we are Now Living Healthy again …….. Let’s Invest Thousands of Dollars in NFT’s that are Worthless …. So we Can ALL make a Big Hit ….. Every (whatever day ) when Commission is Paid Out !!!!
I Have been Teaching Healthy Living Behavior for 45 years Now ….. And have been All Over in International Media …. Shows like Good Morning America ….. The Today Show ….. Extra TV …. Woman’s World Magazine …. and On and On and On …….
Didn’t write that for Accolades …. But because I know what will happen Long – Term for anybody relying on the Magic this or the Magic that to keep them Healthy …. while they Still Live … just the Opposite ……. Nobody woke up One day and Look at all their Extra Weight and Said ….. ” How did that get there ” ….. It’s a Behavioral Problem …… Nothing a Pill is going to Fix …..
A Pill is NEVER going to Change Anybody’s Behavior !!!
This can be done without supplements. Or, if you have to, with supplements that don’t cost $135 a month.
I saw one of the comments said the patent was this one: patents.google.com/patent/US6899892B2/en
I’m a former patent attorney and regardless of what that patent covered this one is expired…. I can only imagine the other one is close behind if not also expired.
Patents only last 20 years. And they take years to be granted. Worldwide rights…. It’s bogus!
1000% TRUTH OZ !!!!
The product is bogus and here is why:
1. The original patent (US 6,899,892) was filed by Dan Gallaher and Laura FelBurger from the University of Minnesota in 2005.
Now, first, let that sink in. A revolution fat-melting pill was created prior to 2005 but it isn’t till 2022, thanks to “Indiana Meoli” who went on her quest to find the Holy grail of weight loss that the world will finally be saved from Fat-asia syndrome.
Serious if this formula was that good at shedding pounds do you think it would have been “hidden” from the masses that long? (I am selling oceanfront property in the Mojave desert for cheap if you do.)
This is the story they are using BUT once again no one can show the documents or share the verdict to prove such an allegation. (Is it just me or are MLM companies some of the best story writers? Their innate talents would be better put to use in Hollywood.)
2. Second and this is where the story goes a little off script, the ownership of the original formula ends up in the hands of Evan P. Dameshek (TriPharma) in Feb 2008 (Patent/Trademark US 3383357) and Imagenetix in July 2008 (Patent/trademark US 3477277).
The interesting part here is that other than that one study done in 2008 that Oz refers to, there is nothing that shows this product was a weight loss success at this time.
Again even in it was 2008 and the internet was not the library of stats it is not there the world was connected and that type of information would be readily available to show the efficacy of the product BUT there is nothing.
3. Now if you actually study the 2008 study of 22 women you will see that they were ALL running a carefully crafted calorie deficit of 500 calories a day.
HELLO – you remove 500 calories away from anyone’s daily intake, once you know their baseline, and everyone will lose weight. Biology 101 folks.
So, in all fairness did the non-placebo group lose more weight? It appears they did but only slightly more than the placebo group and certainly not enough to justify $135 per month.
4. Also, they were on a strict exercise regime. So, reduce calories and increase caloric demand what happens? No surprise there!
5. Let’s get back to Mr. “Shady” himself Evan Dameshek and his partner David Greg Leppo who pleaded guilty to fraud over some shady business they had with the Trisynex product.
Read the article for yourself. If this does make the whole deal stink I do not know what does.
justice.gov/usao-sdca/pr/defendants-admit-coordinated-fraud-san-diego-bankruptcy-court
6. Next – the weight loss “evidence” is from people who are telling their story about 14 years ago when they lost all this weight by just “timing” the intake of the wonder pill 30 minutes before every meal when Max WXL briefly had marketing rights to the pill. SHOW ME DON”T TELL ME THE RESULTS.
Oh, right they have a picture of Ms Awakend CEO herself on the pill. I guess she followed the 2008 study protocol to a T.
Unfortunately I live in reality and it is telling me that 99.9% of people are NOT going to follow this regime in the slightest.
7. Have a look at FRUIT company selling “Zenith” which is Trisynex. Just buy it here and save yourself $100/month.
trimfitforlife.com/products/keto-life-trim-fit?variant=40621500235934
Oz, the way I look at it people are either desperate for money or bum as dog shit. Either way, I am really sick of these Social “MLM” Warriors trying to baffle my brilliance with their BS.
So, when the MLM house of cards comes tumbling down eventually, and it will, the few at the top will make bank on this Ponzi while the rest will be left in a haze once again asking themselves – “I really thought this was the one. How did I miss the signs?”
Well, genius, you do what you always do and morphed into a Sheeple and joined the hype herd. (What pisses me off, even more, is you get to vote.)
Oh, and for the record, I am not ANTI MLM I am anti shady product/founders MLM.
BTW Oz – love your site. If only more people would read it, less time would be wasted with these shit-ass companies.
The End.
The product may be exclusive to them in MLM. But it is on the market today:

Ok… How about this?
US 10632092 B2
What about it? See #30.
We have a friend that is involved in the “launch”.
It’s so sad, you could change the name in the marketing document, and it matches every other weight log “supplement” ever sold via MLM. And the photos, the same trick of pushing out your gut for the before, sucking it in for the after.
People never learn, the same people get rich on these MLM scams and then take off and leave the suckers behind.
Well it appears you aren’t able to score $$ from the company. LoL Bottles are shipping. So much disinformation here.
BehindMLM has never taken payment from an MLM company for any reason in the fourteen years I’ve been running it. Nor have we ever requested payment for any reason.
We independently review MLM companies and publish MLM related news. Have done so from day one.
There are over 8000 articles on BehindMLM at present. I’ve only ever taken down 2 or 3 articles, usually within 24 hours of publication, for editorial reasons (new information came to light such that the article was either immediately outdated, or required a rework that turned it into something else).
One example I remember was Rippln. We had bad actors representing they were from Rippln corporate feeding us bad information. Rippln’s attorney notified us within a few hours of publication.
Further communication meant I was able to verify and that article was nuked.
That was amidst a developing broader story that nonetheless eventually led to Rippln’s collapse. You had to be there at the time to appreciate the publishing environment.
That one in particular stands out because it led to me refining source verification. This was nine or so years ago mind – it hasn’t happened again.
Awakend is full of some of the most distasteful people I’ve come across in MLM a while. I don’t think we’ve had a single distributor come on here that isn’t a jaded harpy screeching conspiracy theories.
It is idiotic that I have to address this but talk of payment for any reason never came up between BehindMLM and Awakend.
You might not like it but this is what actual due-diligence looks like.
You sound like an angry cultist supporting an MLM that are selling an illegal-copy of a product and hailing it as the new messiah.
Talk about lol.
Not angry at all. Just informed and know of the other sites that debunk everything you say here. (Ozedit: conspiracy theories removed)
I’m reporting what is going on in the courts, pertaining to the rights of a product attached to an MLM company.
You are not more “informed” than the courts sorting out this mess. You also can’t “debunk” reality.
And last warning; If you want to make unsubstantiated claims, fuck off back to FaceBook.
Exactly what an angry cultist would say – switching to ad hominem attacks because they can’t actually provide any factual dispute. Pathetic attempt at deflection.
See, this is something kids nowadays could benefit from including yourself – learning how to discern quality unbiased sources from nonsense blogposts and facebook complaints from MLM scammers trying to discount basically the best source of MLM news.
Nothing going on in the courts with the real formulators and rights owners. (Ozedit: conspiracy theories removed)
This is factually incorrect.
Not sure why you’d lie about something so easily verifiable, and don’t care. Goodbye.
I agree with Dr Oz, if you want to loose weight change your lifestyle with diet, exercise, and proper eating patterns, not pills.
However, I will say what ever method you use to loose weight will be a healthier state for the person as long as the weight does not come back.
As for the MLM they are a joke that makes a few people rich.
LMFAO ……
For Record …. have you seen the people on FB touting …… Look I got the Product …. It’s Here … Its Here ……
Its a Completely white Sticky Label that looks like it is just typing ……. So that is the Look of the Company ????
I have NEVER seen a Company just Launch with a Plain White Label …. NO MARKETING OR LOGO …… Just a Typed out Label …..
But I guess the NFT’s are Collectable …… Ha….. What a Joke ……
THANK YOU all. I almost fell for this and almost paid out the $316 (shipping etc) for 2 months of this stuff. Good thing I’m one of the smart ones and did some investigating first lol.
So. Thank you all. I will continue my weight loss journey the right way by exercising and changing my diet to whole foods.
That’s the spirit Joan. Good luck with the healthy weight loss. Walk, talk and dance.
Has anyone talked to any reps from the new mlm company or posted on FB about this.
I have a few FB friends in the new company but do not know how to tell them about this. I almost did buy in also but I am too cheap to spend that much. lol
They likely already know about this, It’s nothing new. Most industry leaders know of this place and have for years.
It means nothing to them, and has become a running joke.
In the FB group, they posted results from a test group from the MLM company with some pictures, many of the women said they did not change their diet or lifestyle. They claim they lost inches.
One person said she had a sample for one day and lost an inch from one day. How is that possible? Is it to get recruits or for real?
It’s obviously baloney, otherwise Meoli wouldn’t have put out that warning instructing people not to make bogus weight loss claims.
The test group were doing exercise and on a reduced diet.
Wait, if I spend $50, I get a shiny sticker that does absolutely NOTHING for me? What kind of fuckery is that?
This product is blowing up here and when I asked about anything they provided stuff but it was still contradicting other stuff.
The testers said they did nothing and it dropped off which also goes against what they said the testers were doing while taking the product.
When asked about all the information I was told by one person to just bow at gracefully and another that what I has doing was wrong on so many level so this Just made me even more skeptic.
Like if the company has something to hide this would explain the comments they made.
@Kim:
You are quite correct: when you ask valid questions and they suggest you shut up and go away, that tells you all you need to know.
I would recommend you take their advice and stay far away.
I have a “friend” that had made it big in “an oilY company” MLM, until she got a little too full of herself and joined another MLM.
Only, when her recruiter found out, she had violated the “oilY rules” of only being allowed to belong to one MLM – her entire downline was ripped away from her and given to the one above her.
However, she is now hooked on MLM and takes on every one of them she thinks will be the next BIG THING. Of course, they all fail.
She’s been blasting FB posts for over a month about this damn weight loss program that’s about to launch. I just saw the first bottle photo today – Zenith – and started researching it.
Found this thread and I’m sure glad I did. It’s going to be another flash in the pan for her.
After 60-90 days of no one losing weight – at THAT PRICE? – everyone is going to give it up and she’ll have to move on to the next newest, hottest, best MLM scam to hit the market.
I fell for this crap! $3,500 later still NO ship date and N product. Fraudulent claims made in Meoli’s pr-launch join now call I watched.
Please stay away. If you go to New U life’s ( The Gel ) page and scroll down you will find all of the same people claiming the GEL did the same thing!
Before and after’s of some of the Awakend people doing the same! Total Bullshit.
I belong to the FB group and all they are excited about is so many people who are signing up to sell the products.
I asked a simple question for someone to show me results but my question was denied. That tells me it’s is another diet scheme.
Well…….it is all messed up! I hope the people desperately wanting to loose weight and have an income! I hope they see this feed. How do people sleep At night?!
This but s a pyramid MLM. Please car least let trim fit get off the market.
AwKened/zenith is a joke. unless you want to Get in early and work social media. They dont even own the study or patients. Do your research.
Except…. People are losing weight and it is working for everyone that has it in their hands.
It started arriving for 20k people last week and those already seeing results.
Nobody is going to listen to you for long even if they do to begin with. Their results will prove you incorrect and irrelevant.
Funny thing is… you’re so sure you’re right, yet you aren’t even on the inside to have the cred. LoL.
Good. Now show us the bottle and all the labels. Especially since another affiliate here in the comments said that last week they had no shipment dates.
Almost joined yesterday with the $3500 Elite package but gut feeling told me I needed to do more research.
I reached out to a great network marketer in my area and he sent me this info. I am so thankful that this is being revealed!
I asked Kelly for Danelle’s before and after pictures last night and was told they’d be sent but so far – nothing.
I asked Danelle directly (we are friends on FB and I have met her in person) how the product was working for her and how long she’s been taking it and again, crickets!
If I really want to try the product, I will just go to trimfitforlife and get it for $39.95! Thanks for all you do!
I was blocked from their Facebook page for asking questions…
I ordered, no shipment ETA yet. Beginning to believe it’s all a scam.
I saw some people pushing this crap on Facebook over the past few months. I knew it was MLM bullsh*t immediately because they never once mentioned the product by name.
These clowns just kept posting multiple posts daily saying “These results are fantastic! There are already tens of thousands of people on board, so you don’t want to miss out…” blah, blah, blah.
Then they end it with hashtags like “get on the z” but no one ever mentioned it by name, and when they would show a picture of the bottles they had the labels blocked out.
Every person pushing this was doing it the exact, same way.
I don’t understand how people get caught up in this mess. And the cherry on top is when they call themselves “small business owners” or they’ll say “buy from a local business!” Hahahaaa, absolutely mental.
OMG I almost bought this product. It was on fb and what made do some research is why would someone who is totally fit with a rocking body be so excite to buy a weight loss product?
Well this person owns a gym and I think they may be getting a cut? Don’t quote me just guessing.
Anyway I was just looking for a kick start as I’m getting older and I thought this might be a good way. Menopause has been a little bitch.
After reading all that was said, the good, the bad, and the ugly, I will just buy a cheaper brand that was mentioned.
What really bothers me is how they prey on people who are already feeling down and out on their weight.
I’m so glad to have found this site and had enough sense to do a little digging before spending a fortune. Thanks Oz!
I am told by an Awakend affiliate per her up line: ‘Trimfit is 100% NOT the same thing. Trimfit is a counterfeit product.
There was a court case over it and Zenith (Awakend) won. The Trimfit owner owes the Zenith formulator 11M dollars in judgements. He makes Trimfit (not the same formula) at his kitchen table and sells about $1500 a month. He’s been ordered to take website down.’
On a separate note, I still have not received any before and after photos of Danelle.
Can confirm that Awkakend never won any lawsuit against FFBM.
The patent issue remains unresolved but is expected to be resolved next March.
FFBM has countersued Awakend for nonsense claims like what you’ve been told.
@One Fit Grandma
Of course they’ll tell you this. They want you to spend thousands instead of trying the same thing for $40.
And if Danielle hasn’t answered you yet, that’s a red flag if I ever saw one.
I feel like such an idiot but a friend of mine has lost 20 pounds recently and when I asked her how she directed me to the MLM website.
Normally I’d never pay so much for diet pills but I was desperate and she looks great.
I’ve been taking them for a week and nothing. No great energy or feeling less hungry. For all I know the capsules are filled with nothing.
I wonder if they’ll stand by their money back guarantee (LOL).
I just ordered so will see what happens.
I’m not doubting your friend isn’t taking Zenith, but anyone losing weight on Zenith is obviously doing the usual exercise and reduced diet.
No supplement is going to make you lose weight on its own. It always comes down to calories in vs. calories out (what you burn throughout the day).
Well, Im one of those fools. I spent the required $300 ish for the 2 bottles. Told that the second bottle is needed as this is the “melt down” time.
I work out, I eat healthy. I have been taking Zenith religiously for now 4 weeks. Not ONE pound lost, not ONE inch lost. No difference in energy, knee pain, hot flashes, or appetite.
I fell for her shit with the “gel” and fell for this shit again. NEVER AGAIN!
I will finish my second bottle because I foolishly paid for it, but then I am done with EVERY SINGLE MLM and her. S
o damn pissed as I watch her post her expensive cars, house, and “business” trips claiming she earned it. Yeah, she earned it all by taking advantage of people. She needs to be stopped.
A friend who falls for every MLM thing sucked me into this. I paid for the 2 bottles.
The release date moved and then delays when it was supposed to have shipped. Meanwhile I had a lot of personal stuff happen. Just couldn’t deal with this and wanted to cancel & get my money back.
So much guilt-tripping and hard selling. It was infuriating. My friend ditched me.
Guess my friendship wasn’t profitable enough. I hate MLMs so much!
I recently bought 2 bottles of Zenith. BIG WASTE OF MONEY.
I was on the group awakened life on facebook and when I said that after taking it for 3 weeks I had no change at all and that I should photoshop my pics, they booted me off group…LOL.
Truth hurts. Ialso wrote and told them I want a return label and they haven’t sent me one. Totally ignoring me.
I requested an RMA number and it took almost 2 weeks but they finally sent me one. Hang in there Karen – maybe you’ll get one soon.
I haven’t received the refund yet – I’ll bet that takes another 2 weeks!
I can tell you I spent $400 on Zenith product I have recieved two replacement bottles since the capsules weren’t dissolving properly so we’ll see what happens… I’ll keep you all updated.
After 6 months (launched in August 2022) of having access to this amazing weight loss product, Awakend just had their official launch this weekend and it appears it is not working for Founder Danielle Meoli based on pictures from the event.
I quit the company. the label was changed I wish I could add the photos but the first bottles say they have celedrin a proprietary blend and now the second label has added calcium carbonate and just plain old proprietary blend (does not state celedrin).
I asked Danielle directly since they are new capsules and a new blend how can they use old claims with new pills. She said they will will have new tests done. But obviously this was not done prior to sending out the the new bottles with new ingredients and capsules.
I cannot trust this company. And Megan smart is promoting this weight loss with a very obvious tummy tuck.
I have never seen a full on before and after picture of Danielle M. It’s horseshit to be ripping people off the way they are for personal gain. Done with anything to do with a company that is dishonest.
Is anyone experiencing side effects…?
