Alex Dee has pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Dee’s guilty plea was entered on July 30th. Sentencing, including restitution is to be scheduled at a later date.

Earlier this year, Dee was one of three scammers arrested in connection to 8 Figures Dream Lifestyle.

Dee’s co-conspirators Brian Kaplan and Jerry Maurer have already pled guilty.

8 Figure Dream Lifestyle was an MLM gifting pyramid scheme launched in 2017.

8 Figure Dream Lifestyle criminal charges follow civil regulatory action from the FTC in 2019. The FTC’s case was settled for $31.9 million in 2020.

At sentencing, Dee faces a maximum 20 year sentence, restitution and maximum $250,000 fine.

Part of Dee’s plea deal is a DOJ recommendation for a reduced sentence.
