instantadbuzz-logoThere is no information on the InstantAdBuzz website indicating who owns or runs the business.

InstantAdBuzz is owned by Instant Advert Buzz Limited and is the sole owner of the program.

The InstantAdBuzz website domain (“instantadbuzz.com”) was registered on the 11th of September 2015, however the domain registration is set to private.

According to the InstantAdBuzz website, the company is registered in the UK:

InstantAdBuzz is owned by a fully registered company in UK since 2015 in the name Instant Advert Buzz Limited with Registration number 0980140.

A search for that registration number returns an entry for “Instant Advert Buzz Limited“, incorporated in September 2015. Andrea is cited as CEO of Instant Advert Buzz Limited.

A UK company registration requires payment of a £20 GBP or so fee and a UK-based address.

At the time of publication over thirty businesses use the address cited in the Instant Advert Buzz Limited registration, suggesting it is little more than a mail forwarding address.

A UK registration with mail forwarding address in MLM is typically a calling card of scammers.

The InstantAdBuzz Facebook page has one admin, Brkanic Andrea. Andrea’s Facebook page only became active earlier this year, with it mostly used to promote InstantAdBuzz.

Of note is Andrea claims to be a co-admin of InstantAdBuzz on her Facebook timeline, however no other admins are referenced.

InstantAdBuzz affiliates are claiming someone called “Jaime Oscar” is the other co-admin, however I was unable to independently verify this information.

Given the otherwise lack of information available on Brkanic Andrea and Jaime Oscar, I’m flagging them both are likely bogus profiles.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The InstantAdBuzz Product Line

InstantAdBuzz has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market InstantAdBuzz affiliate membership itself.

Once signed up, InstantAdBuzz affiliates are able to invest in AdPacks and participate in the attached MLM opportunity.

Bundled with each AdPack investment are a series of advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the InstantAdBuzz website.

The InstantAdBuzz Compensation Plan

The InstantAdBuzz compensation plan sees affiliates invest in $10 AdPacks.

“Up to 140%” ROIs are advertised on the InstantAdBuzz website, with a guaranteed 1% to 6% daily ROI offered.

InstantAdBuzz affiliates also receive a ROI multiplier based on how much they’ve invested:

  • invest up to $500 = 1x ROI multiplier
  • invest $510 to $2500 = 1.07x ROI multiplier
  • invest $2510 to $10,000 = 1.16x ROI multiplier
  • invest $10,010 to $50,000 = 1.31 ROI multiplier
  • invest $50,010 or more = 1.52 ROI multiplier

Note that 40% of all ROI payments InstantAdBuzz pay out must be reinvested. Affiliates must also watch a set amount of affiliate-supplied ads each day to qualify for a ROI.

Referral commissions are available on funds invested by recruited affiliates, paid out down three levels of recruitment (unilevel):

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 6%
  • level 2 – 3%
  • level 3 – 1%

60% of all referral commissions InstantAdBuzz paid out must be reinvested.

Joining InstantAdBuzz

Affiliate membership with InstantAdBuzz is tied to a minimum $10 investment.

Conclusion

On their own they might only raise an eyebrow, but combined you’re pretty much looking at the ingredients of a scam.

  • admin(s) nobody knows anything about with suspiciously fake Facebook profiles
  • UK company registration with mail-forwarding address
  • India as the top source of traffic to the company website (14.5%)

From the InstantAdBuzz website;

InstantAdBuzz is a company that shares profit from ads among active advertisers … you will also receive a percentage of all revenue generated by our website from selling advertising.

  • advertisers = affiliates
  • shares profit from ads = shuffle newly invested funds to pay off existing investors
  • receive a percentage of all revenue = daily ROI
  • InstantAdBuzz = Ponzi scheme

Using the cookie-cutter adcredit Ponzi model, InstantAdBuzz takes money from new investors and uses it to pay off existing investors.

ROI multipliers and referral commissions are used as recruitment incentives, with affiliates paid until invested funds run dry.

As with all such schemes, once newly invested funds run out InstantAdBuzz will collapse.

Mathematically for those who invest early to make money, the majority of InstantAdBuzz affiliates will have to lose money.
