Titan Trade Club Review: Bitcoin mining trading Ponzi & recruitment
Titan Trade Club provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Titan Trade Club website domain (“titantradeclub.com”) was privately registered on July 18th, 2017.
A marketing video on the Titan Trade Club website is hosted on a YouTube channel bearing the name “Willian Heloy”.
According to Heloy’s Facebook profile, he’s based out of Sao Paulo in Brazil.
Based on the information currently available, Heloy’s specific role within Titan Trade Club isn’t clear.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Recruitment Commissions
Titan Trade Club affiliates pay recruitment commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Titan Trade Club cap payable unilevel levels at ten, with commissions paid out as a percentage of funds invested across these ten levels.
How many unilevel team levels a Titan Trade Club affiliate earns on is determined by how much they’ve invested:
- Bronze affiliates earn 8% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and 2% on levels 2 and 3
- Silver affiliates earn 9% on level 1, 2% on levels 2 to 4 and 1% on level 5
- Gold affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 2% on levels 2 to 4 and 5% on levels 5 to 7
- Platinum affiliates earn 11% on level 1, 2% on levels 2 to 4, 5% on levels 5 to 9 and 2% on level 10
Residual Commissions
Titan Trade Club pay residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each day Titan Trade Club tally up new investment volume across both sides of the binary team.
Affiliates are paid a percentage of funds matched on both sides of the binary team, based on how much they themselves invested:
- Bronze affiliates receive 10%, capped at 1 BTC daily
- Silver affiliates receive 10%, capped at 3 BTC daily
- Gold affiliates receive 10%, capped at 5 BTC daily
- Platinum affiliates receive 10%, capped at 10 BTC daily
Residual Matching Bonus
Titan Trade Club pay affiliates a matching bonus on downline residual binary commissions.
The Residual Matching Bonus is paid using the same unilevel team structure as recruitment commissions, capped at four levels.
How many levels a Titan Trade Club affiliate earns a match on is determined by their rank:
- Level 3 rank – 5% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- Level 5 rank – 5% match on level 1 and 4% match on level 2
- Level 7 rank – 5% match on level 1, 4% match on level 2 and 3% match on level 3
- Level 10 rank – 5% match on level 1, 4% match on level 2, 3% match on level 3 and 5% match on level 4
Membership Fee Commissions
Each Titan Trade Club affiliate pays a monthly fee:
- Bronze affiliates pay 0.01 BTC a month
- Silver affiliates pay 0.015 BTC a month
- Gold affiliates pay 0.02 BTC a month
- Platinum affiliates pay 0.025 BTC a month
Titan Trade Club take affiliate fees paid and pay commissions on them through a 3×15 matrix.
A 3×15 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with three positions directly under them:
These three positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these three positions into another three positions each (9 positions).
Levels three to fifteen of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing three times as many positions as the previous level.
Commissions are paid at a rate of 0.0015 BTC per fee-paying affiliate placed in a matrix.
How many matrix levels a Titan Trade Club affiliate earns on is determined by how much they’ve invested:
- Bronze affiliates are paid on four matrix levels
- Silver affiliates are paid on eight matrix levels
- Gold affiliates are paid on twelve matrix levels
- Platinum affiliates are paid on all fifteen matrix levels
Renewal Bonus
The Renewal Bonus is volume generated when personally recruited affiliates earn five times the amount the affiliate who recruited them initially invested.
This triggers a “contract renewal” equal to the investment amount, which generates new investment volume for the affiliate’s upline (recruitment, binary and binary match commissions).

Conclusion
Titan Trade Club represent affiliate ROIs are generated through bitcoin mining and trading.
The company provides no evidence whatsoever of bitcoin mining or trading taking place, much the less any revenue generated from such activities used to pay affiliates with.
This leaves new affiliate investment in bitcoin the only verifiable source of revenue entering Titan Trade Club, the use of which to pay existing affiliates a ROI making it a Ponzi scheme.
The rest of the Titan Trade Club compensation plan is pyramid fraud, with fees and investment volume from new affiliates used to pay those who recruited them and their uplines.
Those gullible enough to invest in yet another “we trade and mine bitcoin” Ponzi scam should be aware that the use of bitcoin means victim fund recovery is next to impossible.
This is important because, in both pyramid and Ponzi schemes, upon collapse the majority of affiliates lose money.
In Titan Trade Club this will inevitably occur once affiliate recruitment dies down, starving Titan Trade Club of new revenue to pay existing affiliates with.
Once the withdrawal problems begin it’ll be too late, with Willian Heloy and whoever he’s working with long gone with your money.
Willian Heloy simply makes marketing videos. Lol… he was hired to make a video for the company & now you’re blasting his photo on here as if he’s apart of the business. Smh..
How you got “now you’re blasting his photo on here as if he’s apart of the business. Smh..” from
I have no idea. Do you even English bro?
TYPO: Lol… happens to us all. Anyways, I was just pointing out that the poor guy simply makes marketing videos for a living.
He was hired to make a video for Titan and now you’ve got him on blast like he runs the company. Smh…
The review states a Titan Trade Club marketing video is hosted on Heloy’s YouTube channel.
That’s a fact. If you have an issue with facts that’s not my problem.
This is a scam. They have no trading or mining and they recently cancelled the BTC program and refused to pay out any earned commissions.
They are continuing collecting ETH from members.
I’m trying to find out what happened to the Titan Trade Club that I was a member in.
They no longer answer our emails to support and they don’t send any requested funds from their system.
Thank You.
What happened is Titan Trade Club was a Ponzi scheme. The owners took your money and ran. That’s how Ponzi schemes work.
Sorry for your loss.
