Titan FX Review: Indian real-estate ruse crypto Ponzi
Titan FX fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
Titan FX’s website domain (“thetitanfx.io”), was privately registered on March 28th, 2025.
Without explanation, on its website Titan FX refers to itself as “TTW Multi Services (OPC) Private Limited” and “OSK Infra Build PVT LTD”. These are both Indian companies.
TTW Multi Services (OPC) Private Limited is an Uttar Pradesh shell company registered on March 3rd, 2025. OSK Infra Build PVT LTD appears to be a construction company based out of Allahabad.
OSK Infra Build has its own website up but the “about” section is disabled:
Regardless, it appears whoever is running Titan FX has ties to India.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Titan FX’s Products
Titan FX has no retailable products or services.
Promoters are only able to market Titan FX promoter membership itself.
Titan FX’s Compensation Plan
Titan FX promoters invest $100 or more in either tether (USDT) or Indian rupees (INR). This is done on the promise of a passive 10% to 20% monthly return, capped at 200%.
Note that Titan FX charges a 5% withdrawal fee for USDT and 10% for INR.
The MLM side of Titan FX pays on recruitment of promoter investors.
Titan FX Promoter Ranks
There are seven promoter ranks within Titan FX’s compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- Bronze – invest $500 or more, recruit five promoter investors and generate $10,000 in total downline investment
- Silver – invest $1000 or more, recruit seven promoter investors and generate $30,000 in total downline investment
- Gold – invest $2000 or more, recruit ten promoter investors and generate $100,000 in total downline investment
- Platinum – invest $3000 or more, recruit fifteen promoter investors and have a Gold or higher promoter in three recruitment legs
- Emerald – maintain a $3000 personal investment and fifteen personally recruited promoters, and have a Platinum or higher promoter in three recruitment legs
- Diamond – invest $5000 or more, recruit twenty promoters and have an Emerald or higher promoter in three recruitment legs
- Crown Diamond – invest $7500 or more, recruit twenty-five promoters and have a Diamond or higher promoter in three recruitment legs
Referral Commissions
Titan FX pays a 5% referral commission on funds invested by personally recruited promoters.
ROI Match
Titan FX pays a ROI Match via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Titan FX caps payable unilevel team levels at twenty.
The ROI Match is paid as a percentage of returns paid across these twenty levels as follows:
- 20% match on level 1 (personally recruited promoters)
- 10% on level 2
- 5% on level 3
- 4% on level 4
- 2% on level 5
- 1% on levels 6 to 20
Note there’s an “S.R.NO.” qualification requirement but no explanation is provided. I thought it might be Titan FX promoter ranks but there are seven, whereas the ROI Match only has six tiers.
It’s also possible that the ROI Match is an additional referral commission. Titan FX refers to it as “level income” without any explanation.
Given referral commissions are already covered I’m assuming “level income” is a ROI match.
Club Income
Titan FX takes 4.5% of company-wide investment volume and places it into Club Income pools.
Promoters can qualify for a share in the pools by meeting the following criteria:
- Pool 1 (2%) – generate $1 million in downline investment in two recruitment legs
- Pool 2 (1.5%) – generate $2.5 million in downline investment in two recruitment legs
- Pool 3 (1%) – generate $5 million in downline investment in two recruitment legs
Rank Achievement Bonus
Titan FX rewards promoters for qualifying at Bronze and higher with the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:
- qualify at Bronze and receive $225
- qualify at Silver and receive $800
- qualify at Gold and receive $3000
- qualify at Platinum and receive $10,000
- qualify at Emerald and receive $35,000 and a “foreign trip with family”
- qualify at Diamond and receive $100,000 and an “SUV car”
- qualify at Crown Diamond and receive $300,000, a “premium car” and a “villa”.

Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum $100 investment.
Titan FX solicits investment in tether (UDST) and Indian rupees (INR).
Titan FX Conclusion
Tying into its use of OSK Infra Build PVT LTD, Titan FX represents it generates external revenue from real-estate sales.
OSK Infra Build PVT LTD appears to be an actual company but may be abandoned. The last post on OSK Infra Build’s official FaceBook page is from March 2021.
Either way, I’m not 100% convinced Titan FX actually has anything to do with OSK Infra Build PVT LTD.
What I do know is Titan FX’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.
If Titan FX is already generating revenue from real-estate sales, what does it need your money for?
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Titan FX is new investment.
Using new investment to pay 10% to 20% a month would make Titan FX a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Titan FX of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
