Thrive99X fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Thrive99X operates from two known website domains:

  1. thrive99x.com – privately registered on December 26th, 2024 (already abandoned)
  2. thrive99x.io – privately registered on April 8th, 2025

Thrive99X launched on or around April 22nd. The company maintains social media profiles on both Instagram and TikTok. All of Thrive99X’s promotional content is in Spanish.

In one marketing video, purportedly showing off a Thrive99X marketing event held in Panama last month, we find Juan Carlos Reynoso.

Juan Carlos Reynoso is a serial fraudster, primarily responsible for losses across Central and South America.

Reynoso was a top promoter of the collapsed OmegaPro Ponzi scheme, which led to his arrest in Florida on June 30th.

In court filings, the DOJ noted Reynoso last used his Peruvian passport on June 13th. It’s assumed this is related to the recent Thrive99X marketing event.

Prior to OmegaPro, Reynoso was involved in AirBit ClubCrypto World EvolutioniComTech and TeaMiner.

Another attendee of Thrive99X’s June 2025 marketing event was Alejandra Viteri.

On social media, Viteri cites herself as a “digital creator”, “investor” and “manifestor”.

Viteri is also behind Viteri Studio, an “eyebrow specialist” business based out of Medellin, Colombia.

Viteri Studio appears to have been abandoned in or around 2022.

One last name worth noting is Noach Kettler Yakowitz.

From 2018 to 2022, Yakowitz was a General Manager at Ecoondas SAS, a Colombian wholesale precious metals retailer.

Circa 2022 Yakowitz reinvented himself as a crypto bro. In August 2022 Yakowitz co-founded Alternun, a crypto scheme that claims it wants to “revolutionize the gold mining industry”.

As of January 2025, Yakowitz is also Chief Business Officer at Futswap.

On its website Futswap states it

offers a variety of products such as Trust account and digital asset management, payment processors, digital wallets, custodian and financial cards.

Whether Futswap is providing financial services to Thrive99X is unclear.

Also unclear is whether Juan Carlos Reynoso is working with Russians.

Towards the bottom of the “marketing system” section of Thrive99X’s website, we find a link to a “ready to go marketing system”:

If we follow this link we’re sent to “sx3digital.com”. The root domain is disabled but a registration page remains active:

The marketing platform is of little interest. What’s of note is the “welcome to profitclub.io” message on the top right.

That domain is disabled. Through the WayBack Machine though, we can see it was once a crypto investment scheme pitching up to 52% annually.

As you can see above, Profit Club’s website defaulted to Russian. This suggests whoever Reynoso is working with has ties to eastern Europe (typically Russia, Ukraine and/or Belarus).

In the footer of Thrive99X’s website we find a message claiming “design, development and hosting by GorillaSH.com”. That domain is defunct so the message is likely a red herring.

Just to cover my bases, a visit to the Wayback Machine reveals when the GorillaSH domain was active, it was represented to offer “custom web-based software designed and developed in the USA since 2011.

No ownership details were provided.

In what might be another red herring, Thrive99X’s website Terms and Condition state:

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes must be resolved in California courts and conducted in English.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Thrive99X’s Products

Thrive99X has no retailable products or services.

Promoters are only able to market Thrive99X promoter membership itself.

Once signed up, Thrive99X promoters are able to invest to participate in the company’s compensation plan.

Thrive99X bundles a digital marketing, “AI mastery” and/or “wealth bundle” course based on the amount invested.

Thrive99X’s Compensation Plan

Thrive99X promoters purchase packages:

  • Package 1 – invest $199
  • Package 2 – invest $299
  • Package 3 – invest $499

The MLM side of Thrive99X pays on package purchase by recruited promoters.

Thrive99X Promoter Ranks

There are three promoter ranks within Thrive99X’s compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  • 5X – recruit five promoters
  • 10X – recruit ten promoters
  • 20X – recruit twenty promoters

Note that in order to count towards rank qualification, recruited promoters must have purchased at least one package.

Referral Commissions

Thrive99X pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Thrive99X caps payable unilevel team levels at three.

Base referral commissions are paid across these three levels as follows:

  • a Package 1 investment generates $60 on level 1 (personally recruited promoters), and $10 on levels 2 and 3
  • a Package 2 investment generates $90 on level 1 and $20 on levels 2 and 3
  • a Package 3 investment generates $125 on level 1 and $50 on levels 2 and 3

Additionally, rank-based referral commissions are paid on each investment tier:

  • a Package 1 investment pays $20 to the first 5X, 10X and/or 20X ranked promoter found in the unilevel team
  • a Package 2 investment pays $25 to the first 5X, 10X and/or 20X ranked promoter found in the unilevel team
  • a Package 3 investment pays $50 to the first 5X, 10X and/or 20X ranked promoter found in the unilevel team

Note that rank-based referral commissions are coded. This means that higher ranked promoters are paid the difference between their rank and lower-ranked promoters in their downline.

If a 20X ranked promoter is the first found, they are paid the full rank-based referral commission available on each tier ($60, $75 and $150 respectively).

Thrive99X Conclusion

Nothing Thrive99X offers is marketed or sold to retail customers. 100% of commissions Thrive99X pays out is tied to money spent by recruited promoters.

This in turn means Thrive99X’s entire compensation plan is funded by recruited promoter spend.

In light of Juan Carlos Reynoso’s June 30th arrest, one might assume Thrive99X was DOA. This however does not appear to be the case, with Thrive99X’s social media accounts active as of July 22nd.

Such to the extent Reynoso’s arrest might impact Thrive99X’s business operations, that is not immediately clear.

With nothing marketed or sold to retail customers, what is clear is Thrive99X is a pyramid scheme.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once recruitment dries up so too will commissions.

Math guarantees that when a pyramid scheme inevitably collapses, the majority of participants lose money.
