Share Now Biz Review: Three-tier $1000 ROI Ponzi cycler
There is no information on the Share Now Biz website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The Share Now Biz website domain (“sharenowbiz.net”) was first registered on the 5th of December, 2015. The registration was recently updated on October 17th, suggesting this is when the current owner took possession of it.
Kao Ke Saetern is listed as the owner of the domain. An address in the US state of California is also provided.
Saetern first popped up on BehindMLM’s radar back in August, as the owner of Team Build Income.
Team Build Income was a five-tier cash gifting scheme that collapsed shortly after launch.
Before the dust had settled on Team Build Income, Saetern returned with the launch of We Care We Build.
Like Team Build Income, We Care We Build is also a cash gifting scheme. Alexa statistics suggest We Care We Build is popular in the Netherlands and South Africa.

The Share Now Biz Product Line
Share Now Biz has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Share Now Biz affiliate membership itself.
Once signed up, Share Now Biz affiliates purchase positions in a matrix cycler. Bundled with each cycler position are a series of ad credits, which can be used to display advertising on the Share Now Biz website.
The Share Now Biz Compensation Plan
Share Now Biz affiliates purchase $25 positions in a three-tier 2×2 matrix cycler.
A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting each of the two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
A complete 2×2 matrix houses six positions. As a matrix is level is completed a “cycle” is triggered, which generates a commission and unlocks either the second level of the matrix or new matrix-tier as follows:
- Matrix 1, level 1 (positions cost $25, 2 positions to fill) – $10 commission and cycles into Matrix 1, Level 2
- Matrix 1, Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – $80 commission and cycles into Matrix 2, Level 1
- Matrix 2, Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – $60 commission and cycles into Matrix 2, Level 2
- Matrix 2, Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – $200 commission and cycles into Matrix 5
- Matrix 3, Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – $150 commission and cycles into Matrix 6
- Matrix 3, Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – $1000 commission
Joining Share Now Biz
Share Now Biz affiliate membership is tied to a $25 matrix cycler position purchase.
Conclusion
Technically speaking Share Now Biz is another cash gifting scheme.
Can a member request a refund?
No. This is a Member to Member activity, there are no refunds.
100% of funds are recycled into the matrix, however due to the cycler tier structure it operates more like a Ponzi scheme.
Share Now Biz affiliates invest $25 on the promise of an eventual $1500 ROI.
That ROI is paid out of subsequently invested funds, making Share Now Biz a Ponzi scheme.
Dollar for dollar, one $1500 ROI requires a minimum of sixty new $25 investments. Owing to the non-linear manner in which matrix cyclers fill, this figure is actually higher.
As with Team Build Income and We Care We Build, once affiliate recruitment dies down Share Now Biz will be unable to meet its ROI obligations.
Being a cycler this will manifest itself by way of cycling taking longer and longer, before ultimately collapsing entirely.
At that point any Share Now Biz affiliate who hasn’t recovered their initial $25 investment (mathematically I believe this requires a minimum of ten new $25 investments), loses money.
