My Freedom in 365 Review: 8-tier 2×2 matrix Ponzi cycler
My Freedom in 365 provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.
In fact as I write this, My Freedom in 365’s website is nothing more than an affiliate login and/or recruitment capture page.
My Freedom in 365’s website domain (“myfreedomin365.com”) was registered with incomplete information on September 5th, 2019.
In researching My Freedom in 365 I came across a Facebook group linked off what appears to be the company’s official Facebook page (abandoned as of April 2020).
The group is named “The Freedom in 365 Movement” and has 8409 members.
Admins of the group are:
- Anthony Newson
- Thaddeus Shockley Jr.
- Tremelle Williams
- Darren Cooper
- Anthony Mitchell
- Jermaine Taylor
- Rick LitoTdc
- Tre Swaii
- Famous Amos (alias)
- Mark Lee Jr.
- Portia Shena Williams
- Shay Hargett
Presumably one or more of these group admins are involved in running My Freedom in 365, or are working closely with whoever is.
As per My Freedom in 365’s website terms and conditions, the company is “headquartered in the state of Tennessee”.
At the time of publication Alexa ranks the US as the only significant source of traffic to My Freedom in 365’s website (83%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
My Freedom in 365
My Freedom in 365 has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market My Freedom in 365 affiliate membership itself.
My Freedom in 365 affiliate membership provides access to “audios, videos, software, images, web collections, books, journals, teaching materials and other resources”.
My Freedom in 365’s Compensation Plan
My Freedom in 365 affiliates sign up for either $14.95 (Pro) or $100 a month (Platinum).
- a 40% commission is paid on personal recruitment of a Pro affiliate
- a 50% commission is paid on personal recruitment of a Platinum affiliate
These commissions are paid as long as recruited affiliates continue to pay monthly affiliate fees.
In addition to pyramid recruitment, My Freedom 365 affiliates also participate in a eight-tier 2×2 matrix Ponzi cycler.
A 2×2 matrix places a My Freedom in 365 affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each.
Positions in the matrix are filled via position purchases by newly recruited and existing My Freedom in 365 affiliates.
Returns are generated on the second level of the matrix, equating to a 400% ROI when all four positions are filled.
This is referred to as a “cycle”. Note that one of the four payments is used to create a new position on the same cycler tier.
Payments across all eight My Freedom in 365 cycler tiers are as follows:
- Middle School (positions cost $10) – $30 cycle commission and generates a new Middle School tier position
- Freshman (positions cost $25) – $75 cycle commission and generates a new Freshman tier position
- Sophomore (positions cost $50) – $150 cycle commission and generates a new Sophomore tier position
- Junior (positions cost $100) – $300 cycle commission and generates a new Junior tier position
- Senior (positions cost $250) – $750 cycle commission and generates a new Senior tier position
- College (positions cost $500) – $1500 cycle commission and generates a new College tier position
- Bachelor (positions cost $1000) – $3000 cycle commission and generates a new Bachelor tier position
- Master (positions cost $2500) – $7500 cycle commission and generates a new Master tier position
Joining My Freedom in 365
My Freedom in 365’s two paid affiliate memberships are $14.95 a month or $100 a month.
The difference between My Freedom in 365’s two paid membership tiers is what you get access to.
The different services provided to $14.95 and $100 a month memberships is not provided on My Freedom in 365’s website.
Full participation in My Freedom in 365’s Ponzi cycler costs an additional $4435.
There is also a free My Freedom in 365 membership tier. What free affiliates get access to is not disclosed on the company’s website.
Conclusion
Being a blatant Ponzi scheme utilizing elements of equally illegal cash gifting, it’s little wonder My Freedom in 365 don’t provide details on their website.
From what I gather My Freedom in 365 is primarily promoted and run through social media.
In any event Ponzi cyclers constitute an investment contract under securities law. Based on its official Facebook group, My Freedom in 365 primarily has US admins and is being promoted to US residents.
This brings it under the jurisdiction of the SEC. My Freedom in 365 is not registered with the SEC.
This means that My Freedom in 365, its owner(s) and promoters are committing securities fraud.
With respect to the specifics of what makes My Freedom in 365 a Ponzi cycler, this is due to affiliates paying in and those payments being used to pay returns to those who bought cycler positions before them.
The raw math is 300% of what is paid in per cycle, with another payment used to create a new cycler position (effectively paying another affiliate’s return).
100% of funds used to purchase positions is what qualifies My Freedom in 365 as a gifting scheme.
You understand that all payments made to you as an Independent Business Owner, are made from other Members and/or other Independent Business Owners within the My Freedom In 365 platform.
On top of that you have commissions paid on affiliate memberships, creating a third layer of fraud via pyramid recruitment.
Before scammers promoting My Freedom in 365 rush to comment, let me state that adding products and services to fraudulent business models does not legitimize them.
You understand that by joining the online educational-entrepreneurship platform you have and/or may gain access to audios, videos, software, images, web collections, books, journals, teaching materials and other resources included on this site.
Using new investment to pay returns (through a cycler or any other model)? Ponzi scheme.
Transferring payments from one affiliate investor to another? Gifting scheme.
Paying recruitment on affiliate membership fees? Pyramid scheme.
The services and digital library My Freedom in 365 doesn’t change any of the above statements.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
Being a Ponzi cycler, this will manifest itself by way of matrices starting to stall. Over time enough matrices will stall, causing an irreversible collapse.
The Company does not provide refunds of any kind, on any audios, videos, software, images, web collections, books, journals, teaching materials and/or other resources purchased.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
