KlixGlobal fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
In fact as I write this, KlixGlobal’s website homepage is nothing more than an an affiliate log in/sign up form:
KlixGlobal’s website domain (“klixglobal.net”), was privately registered on September 5th, 2024.
The majority of KlixGlobal marketing available is from Indians. As of November 2024, SimilarWeb also tracked 100% of KlixGlobal’s website traffic as originating from India.
From this there’s a high probability that whoever is running KlixGlobal is based out of or at a minimum has ties to India.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
KlixGlobal’s Products
KlixGlobal has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market KlixGlobal affiliate membership itself.
KlixGlobal’s Compensation Plan
KlixGlobal affiliates pay 150 tether (USDT) annually. This fee provides access a trading platform of unknown origin.
KlixGlobal charges a 35% fee on all trading returns.
The MLM side of KlixGlobal pays on recruitment of affiliates.
KlixGlobal Affiliate Ranks
There are eight affiliate ranks within KlixGlobal’s compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- X1 – sign up as a KlixGlobal affiliate
- X2 – recruit three affiliates and generate a downline of at least twenty affiliates
- X3 – have three X2 or higher ranked affiliates in separate recruitment legs and generate a downline of at least one hundred affiliates
- X4 – have three X3 or higher ranked affiliates in separate recruitment legs and generate a downline of at least five hundred affiliates
- X5 – have three X4 or higher ranked affiliates in separate recruitment legs
- X6 – have three X5 or higher ranked affiliates in separate recruitment legs
- X7 – have three X6 or higher ranked affiliates in separate recruitment legs
- X8 – have three X7 or higher ranked affiliates in separate recruitment legs
Recruitment Commissions
KlixGlobal affiliates earn a referral commission per affiliate recruited.
KlixGlobal pays out referral commissions based on rank:
- X1 ranked affiliates earn 20 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X2 ranked affiliates earn 30 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X3 ranked affiliates earn 40 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X4 ranked affiliates earn 50 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X5 ranked affiliates earn 60 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X6 ranked affiliates earn 65 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X7 ranked affiliates earn 70 USDT per affiliate recruited
- X8 ranked affiliates earn 75 USDT per affiliate recruited
Note that higher ranked KlixGlobal affiliates collect the difference in referral commissions between their rate and lower ranked affiliates in their downline.
Same Rank Bonus
KlixGlobal affiliates do not receive passed up referral commissions on personally recruited affiliates of the same rank (the rate is the same so nothing is passed up).
In these situations KlixGlobal pays out a Same Rank Bonus:
- X1 rank = 5 USDT
- X2 rank = 4 USDT
- X3 rank = 3 USDT
- X4 to X8 rank = 2 USDT
Trading ROI Match
KlixGlobal affiliates earn a ROI match on trading income paid to personally recruited affiliates:
- X1 ranked affiliates receive a 3% match
- X2 ranked affiliates receive a 5% match
- X3 ranked affiliates receive a 7% match
- X4 ranked affiliates receive an 8% match
- X5 ranked affiliates receive a 9% match
- X6 ranked affiliates receive a 10% match
- X7 ranked affiliates receive an 11% match
- X8 ranked affiliates receive a 12% match
Rank Achievement Bonus
KlixGlobal rewards affiliates for qualifying at X3 and above with the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:
- qualify at X3 and receive 600 USDT
- qualify at X4 and receive 3000 USDT
- qualify at X5 and receive 12,000 USDT
- qualify at X6 and receive 30,000 USDT
- qualify at X7 and receive 100,000 USDT
- qualify at X8 and receive 300,000 USDT
Trading Pool
KlixGlobal sets aside an undisclosed percentage of trading ROI fees it collects. These funds are placed into a Trading Pool.
The Trading Pool is split into five smaller pools, paid out to X4 and higher ranked affiliates each month:
- X4 ranked affiliates receive a share in a 2% Trading Pool
- X5 to X8 ranked affiliates receive a share in four separate 1.5% Trading Pools
Royalty Income
KlixGlobal takes 3 USDT of each 150 USDT affiliate fee paid and shares it equally with all X8 ranked affiliates.
Joining KlixGlobal
KlixGlobal affiliate membership is 150 USDT annually.
KlixGlobal Conclusion
KlixGlobal is a combination pyramid scheme, coupled with securities and commodities fraud.
The pyramid scheme side of KlixGlobal is simple: There are no retail customers and commissions are tied to recruitment.
The commodities and securities fraud side of KlixGlobal takes place via purported unregistered forex trading.
KlixGlobal represents it trades through the usual AI trading robot baloney.
With respect to regulation and operating legally, KlixGlobal fails to provide evidence it has registered with securities and/or commodities regulators in any jurisdiction.
KlixGLobal fraudulent trading scheme uses the “lulz can’t touch our money!” model.
The “lulz can’t touch our money!” model allows affiliates to invest funds in their own exchange account. This is done on the promise of passive returns, derived through Klix Global’s purported trading of unknown origin.
Under this model, investors are duped into believing that because funds are traded in their own broker/exchange accounts, they can’t be stolen.
This is false. Typically “lulz can’t touch our money!” schemes exit-scam through blowing the bot up or rigged trades.
Undermining every “lulz can’t touch our money!” scheme is the fact that if the purported trading was profitable in the long-term, scammers would just deploy it for themselves.
Pending KlixGlobal trading losses are in addition to funds lost through its pyramid scheme. This alone will affect the majority of KlixGlobal affiliates when said pyramid scheme inevitably collapses.
