InnovAds Review: 120% free or 150% paid ROI Ponzi scheme
There is no information on the InnovAds website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The InnovAds website domain (“innovads.com”) was registered on June 22nd 2016, however the domain registration is set to private.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The InnovAds Product Line
InnovAds has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market InnovAds affiliate membership itself.
Once signed up, InnovAds affiliates invest in “Ad Packs” to participate in the attached income opportunity.
Bundled with each Ad Pack investment are advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the InnovAds website.
The InnovAds Compensation Plan
InnovAds affiliates invest $50 on the promise of an advertised 120% ROI.
If an InnovAds affiliate pays $25 a month, the ROI is increased to 150%.
To qualify for a daily ROI payout, InnovAds must click ten company-supplied advertisements.
Note that free InnovAds affiliates must re-invest 50% of all ROIs paid out. Paid InnovAds affiliates must reinvest only 20%.
Referral commissions in InnovAds are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
InnovAds cap payable unilevel levels at eight, with commissions paid out as a percentage of funds invested by affiliates in a unilevel team as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 8%
- level 2 – 4%
- levels 3 and 4 – 2%
- levels 5 to 8 – 1%
InnovAds affiliate membership is tied to a minimum $50 investment.
Innovads Network is a [sic] advertising and crowdfunding company. We offer advertising packages and revenue sharing positions for our packages, projects, and so on.
Under the guise of offering advertising and crowdfunding, InnovAds operate a simple adcredit Ponzi scheme.
InnovAds affiliates invest $50 on the promise of a $60 or $75 ROI. That ROI is paid out of subsequently invested funds, making InnovAds a Ponzi scheme.
The advertising credits are neither here nor there, serving only as pseudo-compliance to facilitate Ponzi fraud. The use of newly invested funds to pay off existing investors makes InnovAds a Ponzi scheme, not whether adcredits are bundled with affiliate investments.
As for crowdfunding, that appears to have just been thrown in for good measure. There’s absolutely nothing in InnovAds that has anything to do with crowdfunding.
As with all Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dies down InnovAds will be unable to meet its advertised ROI obligations.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
No refunds, because all revenues are already shared with all active members and commissions paid to your referring sponsor.
At that point the scheme collapses, with mathematics guaranteeing the majority of InnovAds affiliates lose money.
