Game Ocean fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Game Ocean’s website domain (“gameocean.io”), was privately registered on January 16th, 2024.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Game Ocean’s Products

Game Ocean has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able to market Game Ocean affiliate membership itself.

Game Ocean’s Compensation Plan

Game Ocean affiliates invest USD equivalents in tether (USDT).

This is done on the promise of a daily passive return.

  • invest $100 or $300 and receive a 1% daily ROI
  • invest $500 and receive a 1.05% daily ROI
  • invest $1000 and receive a 1.1% daily ROI
  • invest $3000 and receive a 1.2% daily ROI
  • invest $5000 and receive a 1.3% daily ROI
  • invest $10,000 and receive a 1.4% daily ROI
  • invest $25,000 and receive a 1.5% daily ROI

Game Ocean pays passive returns capped out at 200%. When combined with MLM commissions the total ROI rate on an investment is 400%.

Once these limits are reached, reinvestment is required to continue earning.

Note that Game Ocean’s marketing states “success at each level hinges on winning a minimum of 6 out of 10 games”.

This suggests the daily ROI rate might be manipulated by getting affiliates to perform a daily task (playing crappy games).

Also note that Game Ocean pays returns in its own GOT token. Game Ocean’s MLM commissions also appear to be paid in GOT.

Cashing out anything from Game Ocean attracts a mandatory 10% withdrawal fee.

The MLM side of Game Ocean pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.

Referral Commissions

Game Ocean affiliates receive a 10% referral commission on funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Game Ocean pays residual commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Game Ocean caps payable unilevel team levels at ten.

Residual commissions are paid a percentage of daily returns paid to downline affiliates across these ten levels as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 15% match
  • level 2 (must recruit two affiliates to qualify) – 8% match
  • level 3 (must recruit four affiliates to qualify) – 7% match
  • level 4 (must recruit six affiliates to qualify) – 6% match
  • level 5 (must recruit eight affiliates to qualify) – 5% match
  • level 6 (must recruit nine affiliates to qualify)- 4% match
  • level 7 (must recruit ten affiliates to qualify) – 3% match
  • level 8 (must recruit eleven affiliates to qualify) – 2% match
  • level 9 (must recruit twelve affiliates to qualify) – 1% match
  • level 10 (must recruit thirteen affiliates to qualify) – 1% match

Note that required recruited affiliates must have an active Game Ocean investment to count towards level qualification.

Rank Achievement Bonus

Game Ocean rewards affiliates for qualifying at Navigator Cadet and higher with the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:

  • qualify at Navigator Cadet and receive $500
  • qualify at Voyager Ensign and receive $1500
  • qualify at Commander Scholar and receive $2500
  • qualify at Admiral Pioneer and receive $4500
  • qualify at Captain Elite and receive $6000
  • qualify at Master Mariner and receive $7500
  • qualify at Oceanic Sovereign and receive $30,000

Ludo Game

Game Ocean offers participants participation in something called “Ludo Game”.

Progress through 10 levels with a minimum entry of $100 USD.

Each level requires participation in 10 games, with a minimum of 6 wins to advance.

Things get a bit confusing here with Game Ocean’s compensation plan citing both an “entry” fee and “game amount” fee.

Based on Game Ocean’s “win 6 games to advance” rule, I suspect the entry fee is in addition to a minimum of six game entry fee requirements.

All up their are ten Ludo Game levels to progress through:

  • level 1 – entry is $100 and game amount fee is $20, winning a game pays out $200
  • level 2 – entry is $100 and game amount fee is $40, winning a game pays out $400
  • level 3 – entry is $200 and game amount fee is $80, winning a game pays out $800
  • level 4 – entry is $300 and game amount fee is $160, winning a game pays out $1600
  • level 5 – entry is $400 and game amount fee is $320, winning a game pays out $3200
  • level 6 – entry is $500 and game amount fee is $640, winning a game pays out $6400
  • level 7 – entry is $600 and game amount fee is $1280, winning a game pays out $12,800
  • level 8 – entry is $700 and game amount fee is $2560, winning a game pays out $25,600
  • level 9 – entry is $800 and game amount fee is $5120, winning a game pays out $51,200
  • level 10 – entry is $900 and game amount fee is $10,240, winning a game pays out $102,400

Ludo Game Winning Match

Using the same ten-level deep unilevel team used to pay residual commissions, Game Ocean pays a percentage match on Ludo Game winnings paid to downline affiliates.

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 15%
  • level 2 – 8%
  • level 3 – 7%
  • level 4 – 6%
  • level 5 – 5%
  • level 6 – 4%
  • level 7 – 3%
  • level 8 – 2%
  • levels 9 and 10 – 1%

Game Ocean Conclusion

Game Ocean hides a simple Ponzi scheme behind a mobile gaming ruse.

Game Ocean aims to transform mobile gaming by merging it with blockchain’s potential.

Gaming has nothing to do with Game Ocean. If it did, why would Game Ocean require you to invest?

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Game Ocean is new investment.

Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals would make Game Ocean a Ponzi scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Game Ocean of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

Game Ocean’s GOT token is a BEP-20 token.

BEP-20 tokens can be created in a few minutes at little to no cost. Naturally, GOT holds no value outside of Game Ocean.

When Game Ocean inevitably collapses, the majority of Game Ocean affiliates will be left bagholding yet another worthless Ponzi token.
