Fidocap fails to provide verifiable ownership or executive information on its website.

Fidocap’s website domain (“fidocap.com”), was privately registered on December 22nd, 2023.

On its website Fidocap presents its CEO as “Horald Livani”.

“Horald Livani” of course doesn’t exist. He’s a Boris CEO played by Jordon Shinn.

According to his personal website, Shinn “is an American actor, model and VO artist based in Bangkok, Thailand.”

Over on Fidocap’s official YouTube channel we have marketing videos featuring actors in rented office space:

As of early July 2024, Shinn was still playing Horald Livani:

Boris CEO schemes, wherein an actor is hired to play an executive, are typically the work of Russian scammers. This isn’t definitive but does potentially tie in to Thailand’s growing Russian population.

That said, I couldn’t help but notice Shinn claims to be “fluent in Mandarin Chinese” with a “master’s degree in teaching Chinese language”.

This potentially lends itself to Chinese scammers might be behind Fidocap.

Despite appearing to be run from Thailand, on its website Fidocap presents a shell company certificate for Fido Capital LTD.

Fido Capital LTD was incorporated in the UK on March 18th, 2024.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Referral Commissions

Fidocap pays a 10% referral commission on cryptocurrency invested by personally recruited affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Fidocap pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day Fidocap tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.

Affiliates are paid 10% of new investment on the weaker binary team side, capped based on how much they’ve personally invested.

  • Beginner tier affiliates can earn up to $2500 a day in residual commissions
  • Master tier affiliates can earn up to $10,000 a day in residual commissions
  • Apex tier affiliates can earn up to $20,000 a day in residual commissions

Once paid out on, volume is matched against the stronger binary team side and flushed. Any leftover volume on the stronger binary team side carries over.

Fidocap Conclusion

Fidocap represents it generates external revenue via “trading in various digital assets.”

Naturally, Fidocap fails to provide verifiable evidence it generates external revenue of any kind.

Furthermore, Fidocap’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.

If Fidocap is already legitimately generating 432% every 200 days, what do they need your money for? And why is Fidocap offering anyone access to these unheard of ROI rates at no cost?

In case it wasn’t obvious, like its fictional CEO the trading Fidocap claims to be engaged in doesn’t exist.

As it stands the only verifiable source of revenue entering Fidocap is new investment.

Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make Fidocap a Ponzi scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Fidocap of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

This is from Fidocap’s website FAQ;

Can the user cancel or get a refund in between the contract?

No, you cannot cancel the contract and claim for a refund.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
