Betronomy fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Betronomy’s website domain (“betronomy.com”), was privately registered on May 22nd, 2025.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Betronomy provides a company registration certificate for “Betronomy Limited”. Betronomy Limited was purportedly registered in Hong Kong on June 4th, 2025.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

Betronomy also provides quarterly financial reports on its website:

These reports are meaningless at face value given they are neither audited nor filed with financial regulators (legal requirement).

Additionally, the reports are backdated to Q4 2024, which is roughly six months before Betronomy even existed.

In Betronomy’s website source-code we find a hidden label with Russian as the default language:

This syncs with Betronomy holding staged marketing events in Moscow:

On Betronomy’s official YouTube channel, we find an obligatory rented office marketing video featuring at least one actor with an eastern European accent:

The video also features a Unitree G1 humanoid, sold by the Chinese robotics company for $16,000 as of August 2025.

Betronomy also represents it has held at least one staged event in Vietnam:

Putting all of this together, Betronomy is likely run by Russian scammers working with Chinese scammers.

It’s possible Russian crime groups are operating solo across Asia (Thailand), but they are unlikely to be doing so in Vietnam (a long established proxy for organized Chinese crime groups).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Referral Commissions

A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Betronomy caps payable unilevel team levels at twelve.

Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of cryptocurrency invested across these twelve levels based on rank:

Betronomy Conclusion

Betronomy represents it generates external revenue via an AI betting bot:

No verifiable evidence of Betronomy generating external revenue of any kind is provided.

Furthermore, Betronomy claims to have generated $57.9 million in “steady revenue” for Q4 2025 (see quarterly report screenshot in review introduction above).

Putting aside this was at least six months before Betronomy even existed, 3.5% of $57.9 million is $2 million a day. Compounded that’s… well it’s enough to ask why does Betronomy need your money to begin with?

On the regulatory front, Betronomy’s passive returns investment scheme constitutes a securities offering. This requires Betronomy to register with financial regulators in every jursidiction it solicits investment in.

Instead of doing that, filing audited financial reports and operating legally, Betronomy trots about baloney about gambling laws:

This is non-issue as far as Betronomy’s securities regualtion requirements go. Either Betronomy has registered with financial regulators and is filing audited financial reports, or it’s committing securities fraud.

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Betronomy is new investment.

Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make Betronomy a Ponzi scheme. Additionally, with nothing marketed or sold to retail customers, the MLM side of Betronomy operates as a pyramid scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Betronomy of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

Math guarantees that when a Ponzi scheme collapses, the majority of participants lose money.
