BC-Invest fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Instead, the company trots out this baloney:

BC Investments began in 1984 as Bain Company, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, from a desire to earn a solid return for our investors, and has grown over the past 20 years to become an independent and world-leading investment open platform in 2023, with approximately $5 billion in assets under management.

Bain & Company is a US management consulting company but it has nothing to do with BC-Invest.

In a further attempt to appear legitimate, BC-Invest provides a Colorado incorporation certificate for BC-Invest LTD.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

BC-Invest’s website domain (“bc-invest.ltd”), was privately registered on April 26th, 2023.

It we look at BC-Invest’s website support source-code, we find it’s run on Meiqia software.

Meiqia is a Chinese software company based out of Beijing. This suggests whoever is running BC-Invest has ties to China.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

BC-Invest Conclusion

BC-Invest is yet another “click a button” app Ponzi scheme.

BC-Invest’s “click a button” Ponzi ruse is “autonomous trading”:

(We) have created an independent, autonomous trading approach to multi-asset trading through convex analysis and optimisation in a formula.

BC-Invest affiliates set how often they want to “click a button” within BC-Invest’s app (every 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days).

Inbetween clicking of buttons, BC-Invest purportedly generates a passive return via trading.

If that makes no sense it’s because it doesn’t. If BC-Invest already has “$5 billion in assets” and is able to generate 4% a day on a consistent basis (that’s $200 million a day), why do they need your money?

In reality clicking a button inside BC-Invest does nothing. All BC-Invest is doing is recycling newly invested funds to pay earlier investors.

BC-Invest is part of a group of “click a button” app Ponzis that emerged in late 2021.

Examples of already collapsed “click a button” app Ponzis using the same trading ruse include ADV, Esom and Raysbot.

Including BC-Invest, BehindMLM has thus far documented seventy-six “click a button” app Ponzis. Most of them last a few weeks to a few months before collapsing.

“Click a button” app Ponzis disappear by disabling both their websites and app. This tends to happen without notice, leaving the majority of investors with a loss (inevitable Ponzi math).

The same group of Chinese scammers are believed to be behind the “click a button” app Ponzi plague.
