AiConnects fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

AiConnects’ website domain (“aiconnects.io”), was privately registered on April 12th, 2024.

Over on YouTube we find AiConnects marketing videos tying three names to the company:

  • AiConnects founder – M. Baris Arslan (below)
  • AiConnects CEO – Nicoletta Flare
  • AiConnects Director of Sales – Asker Sakinmaz

Baris Arslan is purportedly from Germany. Arslan doesn’t appear to have an MLM history (or much of a digital footprint), which is an immediate red flag.

Nicoletta Flare, aka Nicoletta Weinstock, is originally from Germany but lives in Spain,

Flare also doesn’t appear to have a verifiable MLM history. On social media Flare  cites herself as a “business & life coach” and “wealth creator”

Asker Sakinmaz has a history of serial involvement in fraudulent in MLM schemes.

Sakinmaz, from Turkey, first popped up on BehindMLM’s radar as CEO of the FlexKom pyramid scheme in 2013.

FlexKom was rebooted as Weeconomy in 2019. Weeconomy marked a transition to MLM related crypto fraud.

In his capacity as a FlexKom executive, Sakinmaz was convicted on fraud charges in Belgium in 2020. Sakinmaz, convicted in absentia,  was sentenced to forty months in prison and an €18,000 EUR fine.

After Weeconomy collapsed, in 2021 Sakinmaz resurfaced as part of Safir International’s “circle of trust”.

Safir International was an MLM crypto Ponzi built around Zeniq Coin. The scam collapsed in 2023.

Another name attached to AiConnects worth noting is George van Wijk:

Wijk was a top promoter of the Crowd1 Ponzi scheme.

After a fallout with owner Jonas Werner, Wijk ditched Crowd1 in 2022. Later that same year Wijk resurfaced with Star Horizon.

Star Horizon, essentially an unofficial spinoff of Crowd1, collapsed in March 2024.

Instead of acknowledging its ties to Germany and Turkey through its executives, AiConnects provides a Singapore PO Box address on its website.

The address purportedly corresponds to FintechBay Pte Ltd, a purported Singapore shell company.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Affiliates are only able to market AiConnects affiliate membership itself.

AiConnects’ Compensation Plan

AiConnects purchase AIC tokens (AICT) from AiConnects with tether (USDT):

Referral Commissions

AiConnects affiliates receive a 10% commission on AICT investment by personally recruited affiliates.

Residual Commissions

AiConnects pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each week AiConnects tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.

Residual commissions are paid as 10% of new investment on the weaker binary team side.

Note that AiConnects caps weekly residual commissions based on how much an affiliate has invested:

  • Advanced tier affiliates can earn up to $500 a week
  • Pro tier affiliates can earn up to $400 a week
  • Elite tier affiliates can earn up to $800 a week
  • Premier tier affiliates can earn up to $1800 a week

Once paid out on, volume is matched against the stronger binary team side and flushed. Leftover volume on the stronger binary team side carries over.

Matching Bonus

AiConnects pays a Matching Bonus via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

AiConnects caps the Matching Bonus at five unilevel team levels.

The Matching Bonus is paid out as a percentage of residual commissions earned across these five levels based on how much an AiConnects affiliate invests:

  • Advanced tier affiliates receive 19% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and 8% on level 2
  • Pro tier affiliates receive 10% on level 1, 8% on level 2 and 7% on level 3
  • Elite tier affiliates receive 10% on level 1, 8% on level 2, 7% on level 3 and 3% on level 4
  • Premier tier affiliates receive 10% on level 1, 8% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 3% on level 4 and 2% on level 5

Profit Sharing Pools

AiConnects takes 3% of company-wide investment in AICT and places it into a Profit Sharing Pool.

The Profit Sharing Pool is split into three smaller pools and paid out quarterly:

Builder Pool

  • Senior Builders receive one share in the Builder pool
  • Team Builders receive two shares in the Builder pool
  • Executive Builders receive three shares in the Builder pool

Manager Pool

  • Junior Managers receive one share in the Manager Pool

…is a simple MLM crypto Ponzi pyramid scheme.

AiConnect affiliates invest in AICT on the promise of passive returns, paid in AICT.

ROI withdrawals are purportedly tied to undisclosed third-party projects, of which there is no verifiable evidence to confirm.

In addition to being a legal requirement, the only acceptable verifiable evidence is audited financial reports filed with regulators.

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering AiConnects is new investment.

Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make AiConnects a Ponzi scheme. AiConnects also being a pyramid scheme is due to nothing being marketed or sold to retail customers.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve AiConnects of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
