Finance Pro Plus originally launched circa April 2024 on the domain “financeproplus.com”.

That domain was abandoned, with Finance Pro Plus now operating from “financepropartner.com”.

“Financepropartner.com” was privately registered on January 3rd, 2025. Why Finance Pro Plus changed website domains is unclear.

Heading up Finance Pro Plus is CEO Josh Felts.

BehindMLM first came across Josh Felts in March 2022 as co-founder of Manifest FX:

Manifest FX is a collapsed fraudulent investment scheme co-run with Jimmy Bennett.

Felts is understood to have bailed out of Manifest FX around the time BehindMLM’s review was published.

A few months later, in May 2022, BehindMLM noted Felts reappearing as CEO of Pro Trade Club.

In addition to Felts, Felts’ brother Jason Felts and Fotis Papatheofanous were named Pro Trade Club executives.

Although their respective photos appear on Finance Pro Plus’ website, neither Jason Felts or Fotis Papatheofanous are not named.

At time of publication Pro Trade Club’s website is disabled. For all intents and purposes, Finance Pro Plus appears to be a rename reboot of Pro Trade Club.

Given the website change, technically Finance Pro Plus itself has already been rebooted once.

One thing that caught my eye was Finance Pro Plus claiming to be a 2024 NASCAR sponsor:

It doesn’t add any legitimacy to the company, but it does appear Finance Pro Plus sponsored car #44, run by NY Racing Team last year.

Prior to Manifest FX, Josh Felts promoted Silver Star Live and Epic Trading.

Silver Star Live’s founder was fined $15.6 million for commodities fraud in 2021. Epic Trading is a collapsed MLM pyramid scheme.

Both Finance Pro Plus and Josh Felts appear to be based out of Florida in the US.

Finance Pro Plus’ Products

There is a disconnect in Finance Pro Plus’ video marketing and website advertised services.

In Finance Pro Plus’ video marketing, the company markets subscriptions to “streaming”, “wellness” and “wireless”.

At time of publication Finance Pro Plus has only disclosed details pertaining to “wellness”.

Finance Pro Plus’ “wellness” product is called Pro Wellness Club. Pro Wellness Club appears to be a white labeled health services subscription.

Cited Pro Wellness Club “features” in Finance Pro Plus’ marketing are:

  • virtual primary & urgent care
  • lab work
  • chiropractic
  • in-person urgent health care
  • care navigator
  • dental & vision
  • tele counselling and
  • alternative therapies & treatments

Access to Pro Wellness Club is available at two monthly price-tiers:

  • Pro Wellness Club Plus – $99 for a single subscription or $199 for a family subscription
  • Pro Wellness Club Ultimate – $124.95 for a single subscription or $224.95 for a family subscription

Finance Pro Plus’ “streaming” and “wireless” services have only been marketed through single-sentences:

  • streaming – “only licensed live TV platform in network marketing”
  • wireless – “the best wireless plans on the best network nationwide”

It should be noted that, as of June 2025, all of Finance Pro Plus’ offered services are marketed as “coming soon”.

It should also be noted that Felts’ collapsed Pro Trade Club makes a brief unexplained appearance in Finance Pro Plus’ marketing:

This suggests that Finance Pro Plus’ trading training might be part of Finance Pro Plus.

On Finance Pro Plus’ website, the company markets:

  • Finance Pro GPS – “AI-Infused CRM with high-powered tools for business management, plus advanced website and content creation from our team”
  • Finance Pro Settlements – “claim what’s rightfully YOURS with our portfolio of class action settlements. Our team is dedicated to your claim’s success”
  • Finance Pro Payments – “ZERO-fee credit card processing custom tailored to your business”
  • Finance Pro Tax Credits – “the Employee Retention Credit (ERC)”

No specific details on any of the above Finance Pro Plus website services (including pricing) are provided.

Finance Pro Plus’ Compensation Plan

Keeping in mind no pricing except for Pro Wellness Club has been disclosed (of which there’s no mention on Finance Pro Plus’ website), Finance Pro Plus’ compensation plan pays on affiliate and retail customer recruitment.

Finance Pro Plus Affiliate Ranks

There are twelve affiliate ranks within Finance Pro Plus’ compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  1. Pro 250 – recruit three affiliates and build a recruited downline of ten affiliates, split 4/4/2 across a 3x matrix
  2. Pro 500 – maintain three personally recruited affiliates and build a recruited downline of twenty affiliates, split 8/8/4 across a 3x matrix
  3. Pro 1000 – maintain three personally recruited affiliates and build a recruited downline of fifty affiliates, split 20/20/10 across a 3x matrix
  4. Pro 2000 – maintain three personally recruited affiliates and build a recruited downline of one hundred and fifty affiliates, split 60/60/30 across a 3x matrix
  5. Pro 5000 – recruit five affiliates and build a recruited downline of five hundred affiliates, split 200/200/100 across a 3x matrix

Finance Pro Plus pays $25 per five retail customers referred to any of Finance Pro Plus’ “coming soon” services.

Recruitment Commissions

Finance Pro Plus pays $50 per five affiliates recruited who subscribe to any of Finance Pro Plus’ “coming soon” services.

Stream On Us Bonus

Finance Pro Plus offers a Stream On Us Bonus to affiliates who sign up for Finance Pro Plus’ “coming soon” streaming service.

  • Pro 250 Rank – qualification criteria not disclosed, pays $17.99 and covers a monthly Netflix subscription
  • Pro 1000 Rank – qualification criteria not disclosed, pays $16.99 month (not a typo) and covers a monthly Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ subscription

Residual Commissions

Finance Pro Plus appears to pay residual commissions via an unknown depth 3x matrix.

A 3x matrix starts with three positions on the first level, with each subsequent level housing three times as many positions as the previous level:

Irrespective of how deep Finance Pro Plus’ residual commissions matrix is, positions in the matrix are filled by directly and indirectly recruited affiliates.

Finance Pro Plus affiliate membership costs are not disclosed.

Finance Pro Plus Conclusion

Finance Pro Plus is a MLM pyramid scheme with the thinnest of pseudo-compliance.

While retail subscription sales are possible, they are clearly not a focus in the MLM opportunity.

Supporting this we have:

  • Finance Pro Plus penalizing affiliates for referring retail customer subscriptions in rank qualification (which is directly tied to residual commissions);
  • Josh Felts marketing Finance Pro Plus’ compensation plan as a “10K blueprint”, exclusively tied to recruitment (get 10 who get 10 who get 10 etc.);
  • recruitment tied to Finance Pro Plus rank qualification while retail subscription criteria is absent (again, Finance Pro Plus affiliates are penalized for referring retail customers over recruitment);
  • direct recruitment commissions being double that of personally referred retail customer subscriptions; and
  • multiple disclosure issues across Finance Pro Plus’ marketed services (they don’t matter, just pay your monthly fees and get paid to recruit others who do the same)

None of the above should come as a surprise. Silver Star Live, Epic Trading, Manifest FX and Pro Trade Club all had MLM pyramid scheme elements to them.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will commissions.

This is what happened with Pro Trade Plus and appears to have already happened once with Finance Pro Plus as per the website change and reboot.

Math guarantees that when a pyramid scheme collapsed, the majority of participants lose money.
