Recruitment over at S Block has started to cool, prompting the Ponzi scheme to launch a new Plan Flash investment spinoff.

Plan Flash is headed up by Lundi Klein.

Although it’s presented as a separate company, a news bulletin on Plan Flash’s website credits Klein as an S Block co-founder:

Whereas S Block initial Ponzi model saw affiliates invest in SBO tokens, the company is now representing returns via data processing.

As above, Plan Flash affiliates are advertising monthly returns of up to 414%.

Returns are calculated based on how much an S Block affiliate invests in Plan Flash.

  • Level 1 – invest $1 to $150
  • Level 2 – invest $150 to $300

Level 2 is all that’s required to earn referral commissions.

Plan Flash pays referral commissions are paid down fifteen levels of recruitment, based on personal recruitment efforts.

  • recruit two to ten affiliates and receive a 100% match on level 1 and 10% on levels 2 to 10

Beyond Level 2 you have Levels 3 to 6, which each pay additional bonuses.

  • Level 3 – invest $301 or more, recruit fifteen investors and generate at least $200,000 in downline returns = 5% of personally recruited Level 3 downline affiliate’s earnings and that of their downline
  • Level 4 – invest $301 or more, maintain fifteen personally recruited investors and have at least three Level 3 affiliates in your downline (separate legs) = 10% of personally recruited Level 4 downline affiliate’s earnings and that of their downline
  • Level 5 – invest $301 or more, maintain fifteen personally recruited investors and have at least three Level 4 affiliates in your downline (separate legs) = 15% of personally recruited Level 5 downline affiliate’s earnings and that of their downline
  • Level 6 – invest $301 or more, maintain fifteen personally recruited investors and have at least three Level 5 affiliates in your downline (separate legs) = 20% of personally recruited Level 6 downline affiliate’s earnings and that of their downline

The catch is that, like S Block and its worthless SBO tokens, Plan Flash returns are paid in worthless PF Coin.

PF Coin is not publicly tradeable and as of mid November, launched with a 10 cent internal value.

Going forward, Plan Flash and S Block can value PF Coin at whatever they want internally.

PF Coin can be exchanged for actual money through an internal exchange, for as long as S Block decides to keep Plan Flash going.

Naturally Plan Flash provides no evidence of external clients using their supposed data processing services.

Nor is Plan Flash or S Block registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction.

This is important because it means the company operates illegally worldwide, irrespective of the finer points of its business model.
