The Traders Domain civil fraud trial has been scheduled for June 15th, 2026.

Other recent updates in the CFTC’s The Traders Domain case include:

  • answers to the CFTC’s Complaint filed by Alejandro Santiestaban, Gabriel Beltran, Holton Buggs, Michael Simms, Archie Rice, John Fortini and Robert Collazo on February 7th;
  • Entry of Default recorded against corporate defendant Centurion Capital Group on February 10th;
  • a surrendered property in Bimini, the Bahamas owned by Robert Collazo sold for $2.7 million, ~$2.5 million of which will be transferred to The Traders Domain Receivership;
  • a hearing on Alejandro Santiestaban’s and Archie Rice’s request for access to frozen funds is scheduled for February 26th; and
  • at the same February 26th hearing the Receiver’s contempt motion against Santiestaban and Rice will also be heard
