The FBI is seeking information from victims of the OmegaPro Ponzi scheme.

As per a form created by the FBI on May 19th, 2025;

The FBI’s San Juan Field Office is seeking to identify potential victims of the OmegaPro multi-level marketing program, which was the subject of a recent indictment. The FBI believes the scheme primarily targeted victims between the timeframe of 2018 and 2023.

If you have suffered losses as a result of OmegaPro or have information relevant to this investigation, please fill out this short form.

If you know of someone else who has possibly been the victim of OmegaPro, please encourage them to complete the form themselves.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes it investigates. Victims may be eligible for certain services, restitution, and rights under federal and/or state law.

Your responses are voluntary but may be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim.

Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. All identities of victims will be kept confidential.

Note BehindMLM is unable to assist with any individual queries regarding the OmegaPro victim form. Legal questions should be directed to a lawyer.

OmegaPro was an MLM crypto Ponzi run by co-founders Andreas Szakacs, Mike Sims and Dilawar Singh.

OmegaPro collapsed in November 2022, after which Szakacs and Singh went into hiding.

Szakacs was arrested in Turkey on July 10th, 2024. Other than $160 million in stolen OmegaPro investor funds tracked across Szakacs’ seized devices, there have been no further updates.

Singh remains at large. Singh’s last reported whereabouts were Spain however specifics remain unconfirmed.

Sims, aka Michael Shannon Sims, is a US national residing in Florida.

Details of the US federal investigation into OmegaPro have yet to be made public but Sims settled SAEG Ponzi fraud charges brought by the CFTC for $250,000 in late 2024.

Another possible indictment is Eric Worre, a US national and well-known MLM figure.

Worre, already disgraced over his promotion of the related The Traders Domain Ponzi scheme (OmegaPro is suspected of funneling stolen investor funds into The Traders Domain through Mike Sims), signed on as OmegaPro’s Official Strategic Coach in May 2022.

Worse still, Worre gaslit OmegaPro victims in a shameful public response to backlash after OmegaPro collapsed.

After Go Global collapsed, executives Nader Poordeljoo and AK Khalil launched a Go Global reboot. Worre was of course the face of of Go Global’s reboot launch.

Worre and wife Marina still appear prominently on Go Global’s website:

As of May 2025, SimilarWeb was tracking just ~4300 monthly Go Global website visits. The last post on Go Global’s official FaceBook page is dated February 6th, 2025.

US federal investigations into fraud have no specific timeline. Pending further updates on US OmegaPro criminal charges, we’ll keep you posted.
